USER INSTRUCTIONS
COMPACT EASY ROLLATOR
M66739 Silver P64612 Electric Blue
General Safety Warning
Please make sure that you read and follow these
instructions carefully. Keep these instructions in
a safe place for future reference.
Maximum User Weight
21st
135kg
1. INTENDED USE
The Compact Easy Rollator is designed to provide
support and assistance to those unable to, or who lack
the confidence to, walk without some level of support.
This Rollator is intended for indoor and outdoor use.
2. SAFETY
Warning: The maximum user weight must not be more
than 21st (135kg).
Do not adjust the rollator while in use.
Only use as a walking aid in the forward direction.
Do not use the rollator on stairs or escalators and take
care on steep hills.
Do not sit on the seat without locking the brakes first.
Do not use the seat to transport people or objects.
Do not use the seat without the backrest in place.
Do not hang items from the handles as this will affect
the stability of the rollator.
Only use the specified accessories and spare parts for
this rollator.
Make sure the rollator is locked in the open position
before use.
Loads should only be transported using the bag
supplied (maximum load 5kg).
Handle Height Range: 805 - 935mm
Width: 220mm (folded) - 650mm (Unfolded).
3. UNPACKING
Remove the packaging and check all parts carefully.
Contact your supplier immediately if parts are missing or
damaged and do not try and assemble.
Contents:
1. Compact Easy Rollator
2. Bag
3. Bag Handle
4. Back Rest.
4. ASSEMBLY
4.1 Unfolding the Rollator:
1. Squeeze the handle clips together to release the
handles from the frame.
Note: Do the above step from below while the rollator
is in the upright position (see below).
2. Lift the handles to an upright position making sure
the handle bracket collar fits securely over the
locking bracket.

3. Pull the locking lever towards you, rotating through
180 degrees, to lock the locking bracket washer
against the handle bracket collar.
4. Rotate the locking lever 90 degrees, making sure
the lever locks into place as shown.
5. Repeat for the opposite side.
6. Undo the seat frame clips.
7. Push down on the seat tubes until they click into
place.
Note: Keep fingers from under the seat tube.
The Rollator is now fully open.
4.2 Fit the Back Rest
Fitting the back rest
1. Slide the back rest onto the handle bracket.
2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to fasten the seat rest
bracket to the handle bracket.
3. Repeat for the opposite side.

Reverse the fitting process in Section 4.2.
4.3 Fitting the Bag

Side the bag fixing loops onto the seat tubes, making
sure the loops fit under the seat tube hooks.
Note: Make sure the bag is fully secure before use.

4.4 Handle Height Adjustment
Adjust the Rollator handle height so that when the
user’s arm is down to their side, the hand-grip is at wrist
height. This will ensure the arms are at an approximate
20°-30° bend when using the Rollator.
1. Push and hold the handle button-clip, then raise or
lower the handle until the button-clip clicks into the
required position.
Note: Make sure that the button-clip has fully engaged
into the hole.
2. Repeat for the opposite handle.
Note: Make sure both handles have been set to the
same height.
5. USING THE ROLLATOR
5.1 Brake Operation
1. To slow down or stop the rollator, pull both brake
handles up.
2. To apply the parking brake, push the brake handles
down until they lock into place.
Note: Make sure both brake handles have been applied.
3. Pull both handles up to release the parking brakes.
Warning: If the brakes fail to stop or lock the wheels,
stop using the rollator immediately. Do not use the
rollator again until the brakes have been checked and
correctly adjusted. Refer to Section 5.2.
5.2 Brake Adjustment
Warning: The following section requires some technical
ability, do not attempt to carry out the adjustment unless
you are confident to do so. Incorrectly adjusted brakes
can lead to injury, please contact your supplier if you
require assistance.

Tighten the Brakes
While holding part (A), use a 10mm spanner to tighten
the locking nut (B) in a clockwise direction.
Note: You may need to use a pair of pliers to hold part
(A) still during the adjustment.
Loosen the Brakes
While holding part (A), use a 10mm spanner to loosen
the locking nut (B) in an anti-clockwise direction.
Note: You may need to use a pair of pliers to hold part
(A) still during the adjustment.
Note: There must be a gap of 2-3 mm between the
brake mechanism and the wheel, when the brake lever
is released.
Test the brakes in accordance with Section 5.1.
5.3 Folding the Rollator
Note: Make sure all items have been removed from the
bag before folding.

4. Lift the seat handle until the seat tubes release from
the brackets.
5. Reverse the unfolding process (refer to Section 4.1)
5.4 Using the Walking Stick Holder
Place the walking stick in the cup, then clip into place.
6. MAINTENANCE
Check all button clips are fully clicked into position.
Check all wheels can rotate freely.
Regularly check for wear and damage. Any suspected
faults or damage should be reported immediately to your
supplier and the product taken out of use.
Check brakes regularly in accordance with Section 5.1
before use.
7. CLEANING
Make sure that all dirt and debris is removed from
around the wheels, axle and brakes.
To clean the bag wipe with a damp cloth. Do not
machine wash.
Clean the frame regularly, using a general purpose,
neutral detergent and warm water.
Please check the suitability of the cleaning products
before use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or cloths
as these could permanently damage the surface and
invalidate any warranty.
Always allow the product to dry thoroughly prior to use
or storage.

9. PRODUCT DISPOSAL
This product should be thoroughly cleaned prior to
disposal.
This product is manufactured from metal and plastic and
can be disposed of through Local Authority Household
Waste and Recycling Centres or through Local Trade
Waste Collectors.
10.PRODUCT GUARANTEE
NRS Healthcare guarantee this product for a period of
12 months, from the date of purchase, against faulty
materials and workmanship.
This guarantee does not cover; abuse, misuse,
interference or tampering with any part of the product.
Any guarantee issued by NRS Healthcare does not
affect your statutory rights.
