1. Seat Fabric Setup
(a) Feed side strap through loops on
back of seat.
(b) Connect buckle and adjust to desired
angle.
(c) Tighten back straps to snug.
Hardware Pack 2:
[12] 2” Hex Bolts
[4] Hex Coved Spacers
[12] Washers
[12] Locknuts
2. Connect Cross Beams to Seat Base
Hardware Pack 1:
[4] 2.25” Hex Bolts
[4] Hex Coved Spacers
[4] Washers
[4] Locknuts
(a) Determine desired seat height:
HIGH - Seat height of 10”.
LOW - Seat height of 9”.

(b) Install cross beams to seat base
using 2.25” Hex Bolts and Coved
Spacers, securing with washers and
locknuts using a 7/16” wrench.
3. Install Swivel to Seat Base
(b) Twist swivel 45⁰ to better access slots.
(a) Insert locknuts into center hex recesses,
as shown above.

(Curved side of cross beam)

5. Ready to install on boat!
Insert 4 Mighty Bolts into track. Place seat over Bolts and secure with Mighty Knobs
4. Install Cross Beams to Seat Frame to Swivel.

(a) Flip seat on side.
This will make it
easier to complete the
following steps.
(d) Place Seat Base with installed swivel over the four bolts
on bottom side of the seat. Place washer over bolts, then
secure with locknut using 7/16” wrench.

(c) Install cross beams to seat frame using [4] 2” Hex Bolts and [4] Hex Coved Spacers, securing with [4]
washers and [4] locknuts using a 7/16” wrench.
(b) Insert 2” Hex Bolts through the center holes on
cross beams, as shown above, making sure bolt
heads are flush with cross beam.

3. Install Swivel to Seat Base (Cont’d)

(c) Insert 2” Hex Bolts through
washer, then through swivel, and
finally through cross beam,
securing into locknuts with a
7/16” wrench.
