NUCANOE 7152 Installation instructions

1. Fasten Quick Release Puck to Large Bow Motor Mount Plate.
2. Remove Bow Handle Scews.

Frontier 12 Bow Motor Mount Instructions
-Phillips Screwdriver -7/16” Wrench
For MotorGuide use:
[4] 1¼” Panhead Screws
[4] Thin Lock Nuts
For MinnKota use:
[4] 1 ½” Flathead Screws
[4] Thin Lock Nuts
Tools Required:
3. Secure Plate to Boat.
Install Mount over bow handle holes and secure using
[2] 2” Panhead Screws and [2] Fender Washers.
4. Secure Plate with Extra Bow Screw (optional).
Drill out bow hole through Mount and secure using
[1] 1” Truss Screw through the top, and [1] Bonded Sealing
Washer and [1] Locknut inside hull chamber.

1. Remove Bow Handle.
2. Drill holes to mount plate.

-Phillips Screwdriver -7/16” Wrench -Drill with 1/4” drill bit
Tools Required:
4. Secure Motor Mount to Boat.
Install Mount over pre-drilled holes and secure:
a. Rest small motor plate on bow so that the bow is
nestled into the plate groove. Rest large motor plate on
top of small plate and temporarily insert bolts into
gunwale holes to keep plates aligned properly. Using a
1/4” drill bit, drill out the bow hole, then temporarily
insert a bolt in bow hole to maintain plate alignment.
b. Remove bolts from one gunwale hole. Using 1/4” drill
bit, drill through hole, then replace bolt and repeat on
opposite side.
3. Fasten Quick Release Puck to Large Bow Motor Mount Plate.
For MotorGuide use:
[4] 1¼” Panhead Screws
[4] Thin Lock Nuts
For MinnKota use:
[4] 1 ½” Flathead Screws
[4] Thin Lock Nuts
For gunwale holes use:
[2] 2” Panhead Bolts
[2] 1” Washers
[2] Bonded Sealing Washers (from inside hull chamber)
[2] Locknuts (from inside hull chamber)
For bow holes use:
[1] 1” Truss Bolt
[1] 1” Washer
[1] Bonded Sealing Washer (from inside hull chamber)
[1] Locknut (from inside hull chamber)
