Ispezionare le parti danneggiate
Prima di utilizzare ulteriormente l’elettroutensile, questo deve

possono causare il surriscaldamento e il danneggiamento del

Se questa macchina deve essere utilizzata quando si lavora ad

ringhiera e battipiede o una piattaforma a torre, in modo tale da

PROTEGGERSI DALLE SCOSSE ELETTRICHE
Evitare il contatto del corpo con superfici messe a terra o
a massa (per esempio tubazioni, radiatori, lavastoviglie e

Cavi di alimentazione
Non strattonare o tirare il cavo di alimentazione per scollegarlo

Per i cavi di prolunga fino a 15 metri utilizzare conduttori di
sezione trasversale di 1,5 mm2.
Per i cavi di prolunga più lunghi di 15 metri, ma meno di 40

Proteggere il cavo di prolunga da oggetti affilati, calore eccessivo
edall’esposizioneall’umiditàoall’acqua.

riparazioni, della lubrificazione e inoltre prima di cambiare gli

Non fermare la lama forzando la macchina oppure esercitando

attraverso l’intero spessore del pezzo, nel corso di tagli secondo la
fibraoditaglitrasversali.Teneresempreilpezzobenappoggiato
controilmisuratoredell’angolool’appoggio.
Utilizzare sempre un bastoncino di spinta per il taglio contro la
fibradipezzistretti.Vederelasezionedelmanualedelleistruzioni
dedicataalleapplicazioniditagliocontrolafibra.
Usare sempre l’appoggio o il misuratore dell’angolo per posizionare
eguidareilpezzoinlavorazione.
Non mettere mai il corpo o parti del corpo nel percorso di taglio
dellalama.Tenerelemanifuoridallalineaditagliodellalama.
Non cercare mai di mettere le mani dietro o sopra un utensile di
taglio,pernessunaragione.
Se la macchina si blocca per via dei pezzetti di legno rimasti al suo

Introdurre il pezzo nella lama solo nella direzione opposta al senso

Non usare mai la guida pezzo come misuratore per il taglio durante

Non cercare MAI di liberare una lama bloccata senza prima

Sostenere in modo adeguato il retro e i lati del tavolo della sega, nel

Evitare il contraccolpo (ossia il ritorno del pezzo nella vostra
direzione) mantenendo ben affilata la lama, tenendo la guida
pezzo parallela rispetto alla lama della sega e tenendo in posizione
ildistanziatore,inottolinid’arrestoantireazione(seinstallati)ela
protezione.
Non segare contro la fibra pezzi contorti o deformati, oppure pezzi
chenonpresentinounprofilodirittodaguidarelungol’appoggio.
Evitare le operazioni complicate e non mettere le mani in una
posizione che, in caso si scivoli improvvisamente, potrebbe portare
alcontattolemaniconlalama.
Non utilizzare mai solventi per pulire le parti in plastica della
macchina.Isolventi,infatti, potrebberodissolvere odanneggiare
ilmateriale.
Servirsi esclusivamente di un panno morbido e umido per pulire le
partiinplastica.

MONTAGGIO DEI MANICI DI SOLLEVAMENTO
Vi sono due manici incernierati che consentono di sollevare con
facilitàlamacchinaperglispostamenti.Iduemanicivengono
fissatialleduegambeanteriori(Fig.4.1).Fissareiduemanici
(Fig.4.2)usandoiquattrodadiebulloniforniti.
MONTAGGIO DELL’INTERRUTTORE ACCESO SPENTO
Fissare l’interruttore acceso/spento sulla gamba predisposta
con il foro (5.1). Controllare che l’interruttore venga fissato
conilpulsanteverdediaccensioneinalto(Fig.5.2).Fissarein
posizioneconidadiebulloniforniti.
Questamacchinaèdotatadiun“Interruttoreazerovolt”che,in
caso di interruzione della corrente oppure se si stacca la spina
dalla presa elettrica prima di spegnere la macchina, impedisce
alla macchina di ripartire inavvertitamente al ritorno della
correnteo quandosiricollega la spinaallapresa.Agaranzia
della sicurezza, la macchina riparte solo dopo averla riaccesa
premendol’appositointerruttoreacceso/spento.
MONTAGGIO DELLA BOCCHETTA PER
L’ASPIRAZIONE DELLA POLVERE
Fissare in posizione l’adattatore per l’aspirazione della polvere
(Fig.6.1)sullabocchettadellasededelmotore/lama,utilizzando
i bulloni esagonali forniti. Collegare il piccolo tubo alla presa
laterale (Fig. 6.2). Per il momento, non cercare di collegare
l’estremitàoppostadeltubo.
ATTENZIONE: Per questa procedura sono necessarie due
persone.
Ora è possibile rimettere la macchina in verticale. Si ricorda
che le ruote toccheranno terra solo quando si solleva la parte
anteriore della macchina prendendola dai due manici incernierati
disollevamento.
MONTAGGIO DEL CANALE ANTERIORE (corto) E

Posizionare il canale della guida pezzo e fissarlo in posizione
coniduebulloni(Fig.7.1).
MONTAGGIO DELLA STAFFA COMBINATA PER

Inserire con cura la staffa combinata per guida pezzo e guida
angolonelcanalediguida(Fig.8.1).
MONTAGGIO DELLA GUIDA PEZZO (FIG. 11)
Localizzareidue bulloni(Fig. 8.2);inserire idue bulloninella
fessuraa“T”sullaguidapezzo.
Attenzione! Prima di procedere a qualsiasi manutenzione
o modifica della macchina, scollegarla dall’alimentazione
di rete.
MONTAGGIO DELLA PROTEZIONE DELLA LAMA
La protezione della lama presenta una bocchetta per
l’aspirazione della polvere, e va sempre installata sulla
macchina.Fissarelaprotezionedellalamaconl’ausiliodei
bulloniforniti(Fig.9.1).Verificarechelaprotezionedellalama
possafunzionaresenzaimpedimenti.

SOSTITUZIONE DELLA LAMA
Attenzione!Tuttelelameperseghesonoestremamenteaffilate
ed occorre usare molta cautela nel maneggiarle. Ovunque
possibile,indossareguantiidonei.
Sollevarelalamafinoallaposizionemassima(vederelasezione
sucomesollevareeabbassarelalama)(Fig.10).
Estrarre l’inserto per il tavolo togliendo le viti svasate a croce
(Fig.11.1), poisollevareprimala parte posteriore dell’inserto
servendosi del foro per le dita. Servendosi della chiave per
estrarrelalama,togliereilbullonedifermodellalama(svitandolo
insensoorario).
Montare la nuova lama sull’alberino del motore, controllando
che la lama venga inserita con i denti rivolti verso il basso se
vistidadavantiallamacchina.
NB: Durante l’uso, controllare a intervalli regolari che il bullone
difermodellalamasiabenstretto.
SOLLEVAMENTO E ABBASSAMENTO DELLA LAMA
Per sollevare la lama, ruotare l’impugnatura in senso orario
(Fig.12.1).Perabbassarelalama,ruotareinvecel’impugnatura
insensoantiorario.Èpossibileimpostarelaprofonditàditaglio
usandolascaladellaprofonditàel’indicatore(Fig.12.2)situato
sopral’impugnaturadisollevamento.
INCLINAZIONE DELLA LAMA
Questamacchinaèprovvistadiunsistemadiinclinazionelama
pertagliareadangolazionifra0°e45°.
Per inclinare il gruppo lama, localizzare le due manopole di fermo
dellalama(Fig.13.1),quindiallentarleentrambeeselezionare
l’angolo di taglio servendosi della scala graduata appena sopra
lamanopolaanterioredifermo(Fig.13.2).Unavoltaimpostato
l’angolocorretto,stringereleduemanopolediblocco.
NB: La scala graduata offre una semplice guida; per tagli obliqui
precisisiconsiglial’usodiungoniometroregolabile.
NB: In caso di qualunque problema di natura elettrica,
isolare la macchina e disinserire la spina dalla presa
elettrica prima di contattare un elettricista qualificato. A

Alwaysuseeitherthefenceorthemitregaugetopositionand

Never stand or have any part of your body in line with the path
ofthesawblade.Keepyourhandsoutofthelineofthesaw

Neverreachbehindoroverthecuttingtoolforanyreason.
If off cuts of wood become jammed in the machine, switch off
anddisconnectfromsupplybeforeremoval.
Feed the work piece into the blade against the direction of
rotationonly.
Neverusetheripfenceasacut-offgaugewhencross-cutting.
NEVER attempt to free a stalled saw blade without first turning
thesawOFF.
Provide adequate support to the rear and sides of the saw table
forwideorlongworkpieces.
Avoidkickback(workthrownbacktowardyou)bykeepingthe
blade sharp, keeping rip fence parallel to the saw blade, keeping
spreaderandanti-kickbackpawls(iffitted)andguardinplace.
Do not release work before it is pushed all the way past the
sawblade.
Do not rip work that is twisted or warped or does not have a
straightedgetoguidealongthefence.
Avoidawkwardoperationsandhandpositionswhereasudden
slipcouldcauseyourhandtomoveintotheblade.
Never use solvents to clean plastic parts Solvents could possibly
dissolveorotherwisedamage thematerial. Onlyasoftdamp
clothshouldbeusedtocleanplasticparts.
Useinawellventilatedarea.Removesawdustfrequently.Clean
out sawdust from the interior of the saw to prevent a potential
firehazard.
Saw dust is potentially hazardous to health. Always use a
suitable dust collection system and wear an approved face
mask.
Replacetableinsertwhenworn.
Thepush-stickshouldalwaysbestoredwiththemachinewhen
not in use
Rebating or grooving should not be carried out without suitable
guardingastunnelguard.
Circularsawshallnotbeusedforslotting(stoppedgroove).

Turnthesawtableupsidedown.Attachthefoursupportlegs
(Pic.2.1)ateachcorneroftheup-turnedsawtableusingthe
nutsandboltssupplied.Attachthetwolonglegbraces(Pic.2.2)
andthetwoshortlegbraces(Pic.2.3)tothesupportlegsand
securewiththenutsandboltssupplied.Fittherubberfeetto
eachofthefourlegs(Pic.2.4).Checkthesecurityofallnuts
andboltsandtightenifrequired.
FITTING THE WHEEL ASSEMBLY
This machine is supplied with a wheel assembly that allows
easy movement of the machine in the work shop.Attach the
wheel assembly to the two rear support legs by securing the two
brackets(Pic.3.1)withthenutsandboltssupplied.
FITTING THE LIFTING HANDLES
Two hinged lifting handles are provided to allow easy lifting when
movingthemachinetoanotherlocation.Thetwohandlesare
attachedtothetwofrontlegs(Pic.4.1)attachthetwohandles
(Pic.4.2)withthefournutsandboltssupplied.
FITTING THE ON/OFF SWITCH
MounttheON/OFFswitchonthelegwiththepre-arrangedslot
(Pic. 5.1). Ensure that the switch is mounted with the green
ONbuttonatthetop(Pic.5.2).Securewiththenutsandbolts
supplied.
Thismachineisfittedwitha«NoVoltsSwitch».Intheeventof
a mains power failure or if the mains plug is removed from the
mainssupply socket before the machine is switched off.The
machinewillnotre-startwithoutwarningwhenthemainssupply
is restored or the mains plug is re-connected to the mains
supply,untilthemachineisswitchedONattheON/OFFswitch
fittedtothemachine.
FITTING THE DUST EXTRACTION OUTLET
Securethedustextractionadaptor(Pic.6.1)totheoutletonthe
motor/bladehousingwiththehexagonalheadedboltssupplied.
Attachthesmallpipetothesideinlet(Pic.6.2).
Donotattempttoattachtheotherendofthepipeyet.
CAUTION:Thismachinerequirestwopersonhandling.
The machine can now be turned the right way up. Note the
wheels will only touch the ground when the front of the machine
israisedusingthetwohingedliftinghandles.
FITTING THE FRONT (short)/SIDE (Long) RIP FENCE
GUIDE CHANNEL
Position the rip fence, guide channel and secure in place by the
twolegoutersecuringbolts(Pic.7.1).
FITTING THE COMBINED RIP FENCE & MITRE
GUIDE BRACKET
Carefully offer the combined rip fence & mitre guide bracket into
theguidechannel(Pic.8.1).Locatethetwobolts.Slidethetwo
boltsintothe«T»slot(Pic.8.2)intheripfence.
Warning!
Before carrying out any maintenance or adjustments the
machine must be disconnected from the mains power
supply.
FITTING THE BLADE GUARD
Thebladeguardiscompletewithadustextractionoutletand
must be fitted to the machine at all times. Secure the blade
guardusingtheboltsupplied(Pic.9.1).Checktheoperationof
thebladeguardensuringthatitoperatesfreely.
