DESMONTAR, MONTARYUTILIZARLAFREIDORA
Paradesmontar
1. Levantelatapa.
2. Retire el cestilloylaparteeléctrica
Montajeyutilización
1. Conecteel enchufealatomadecorrienteapropiada,se encenderálaluzverdedel cabezal
calefactor. Estapermaneceraencendidamientrasel aparatose encuentre conectadoalatensión
dealimentación.
2. Seleccione latemperaturadecocción, girandoel mandoen sentidohorario. Se encenderálaluz
rojadel cabezal calefactor. Asegúrese que latapano estapuesta.
3. Trasunos minutos decalentamiento, laluzrojaseapagarapor loque en ese momentopuede
introducirel cestillocon los elementos afreir. Extremelaprecaución, pueden producirse
peligrosassalpicadurasdeaceite.
4. ADVERTENCIA;Encaso deintroducirunacantidadimportante, latemperaturadel aceite
descendera,por loque deberaesperarmástiempo. Paraproductos congelados prefritos,
recomendamos realizarlosen pequeñascantidades.
5. Trasfinalizarel proceso decocción, coloque el cestillodeformaque el exceso deaceitecaigaen
el interior delacuba.
6. Trasfinalizarel uso, asegurese desituarel mandoen laposición OFF, laluzrojase apagará.
7. Laluzverdese mantendráencendidasi no desenchufa el aparato.
8. Añadael aceite. El nivel deaceitedebe estarentre lasseñales “MÁX”y“MÍN”.
9. Paravolver autilizarel aceite, permitaque se enfríeyentonces cuéleloutilizandounagasafinao
papel absorbente.

Trucos
Los alimentos precocinados necesitanunatemperaturamásaltaque los alimentos crudos.
•Fríabien los alimentos. Elexterior puedetener elaspectodeestarcocinadoantes deque se fría
el interior.
•Mantengasufreidoraconaceite(fríoycolado)dentro deella,listaparautilizarse. Latapaevita
que caigapolvo en el interior delafreidora.
•Antes defreírproductos rebozados, retire el exceso depanrallado.
•Parafreírpatatas,córtelasen trozos iguales paraque se fríandemanerauniforme. Lávelasy
séquelasantes defreirlas.

LIMPIEZAYMANTENIMIENTO
Mantenimiento
Lafreidoraeléctricano precisadeun mantenimientoespecial,pero deberáobservarlos siguientes
cuidados;
-Nodejeelaparatoen marchasinsupervisión, elaceitese consumiráyuncalentamentientoen
vacíodelaresistenciaydelasondapuedeser fatal parasu futuro uso.
-Elaceitepuedeinflamarse expontáneamentesilatemperaturadecalentamientosuperalos
300ºC, por loque no deberanuncadejarque estese consumaapotenciamáxima.
-Cuandoemplee másdeunafreidora,asegureseque entre ellasseencuentraespaciosuficiente
paracircularel aire caliente, pues delocontrariolasasaspueden deformarse debidoal calor.
-Tansoloemplee cestillos originales, forzarlaentradadelcestilloen lacubadeaceitepuedeser
un riesgoalahoradeextraerlatraslacocción.
-Sino utilizaelaparatoenun largoperíodo,lerecomendamos aplique unafinacapadeaceitea
todaslassuperficies, incluidaslasresistenciasylasonda.
-Noemplee margarina,mantequillaomanteca,noson apropiadasparafreir, pues comienzana
expeler humoabajatemperatura.

BEFOREPLUGGING IN
•Makesure your electricitysupplyisthe sameasthe one shownon the undersideofthe fryer.
Important
•The wires inthe cord are coloured asfollows:
Green &Yellow=Earth, Blue =Neutral,Brown=Live.

1. Removing all packaging.
2. Dismantle: see ‘todismantle, assembleand use your fryer’.

2. Remove the basket.

1.-Ifthe heating unit isnot properlyplaced,the safetyswitchcannot be pressed,and the appliance
will not operate.
2.-Connect the plug tothe mains and agreen light will turn on the heating unit.Thiswill remainon
whilethe applianceisconnected tothe mains.
3.-Select the frying temperature byturning the knob clockwise. A red lightwill turn on inthe
heating unit.Makesure that the cover isnot on.
4.-After afewminutes ofheating,the red light will turn off,signalling thatthe basket canbe
inserted withthe food tofry.Beextremelycareful:dangerous splashes ofoil mayflyout.
5.-WARNING: Iffrying alargeamount offood,theoil temperature will drop, so you should wait
longer. When frying pre-fried frozen products, werecommend using small quantities.
6.-Oncethe food iscooked,placethe basket so that the excess oil canfall backintothe container.
7.-After having used it,makesure toplacethe control knob inthe OFF position, turning the red
light off.The green light will remainlit ifthe applianceisnot unplugged.
8.-Pour inthe oil.The level must be between the ‘MAX’and ‘MIN’marks.
9.-Tore-use oil,allowtocool then pour the oil throughfine muslinor absorbent paper.
10.-Alwaysunplug the fryer afteruse.
Hints
•Pre –cooked food needsahigher temperature thanrawfood.
•Cookfood thoroughly.The outsidemaylookreadybefore the insideiscooked.
•Keep your fryer withoil (cooled and strained)insideit,readyforuse. The lid keeps the dust out.
•Before frying battered food,drainoffexcess batter.
•Tomakechips, cut the potatoes up evenly,so theycookevenly.Rinse anddrybefore cooking.
•Toprolong the lifeofyour fryer,filter the oil aftereachuse and changeit after 8-10uses.
CARE ANDCLEANING
The electricfryer does not require special maintenance, but the following precautions should be
taken:
-Donot leave the appliancerunning unsupervised;the oil will decrease and heating the resistor and
sensor without oil mayrender them inoperative forfuture uses.
-Oil mayspontaneouslycatchfire ifthe temperature surpasses 300ºC, so you should never leave it
running at maximum temperature.
-When using more thanone fryer, makesure thatthere isenoughspacebetween them tocirculate
hot air, sincetheymaydeform due tothe heat.
-Onlyuse the original baskets; forcing the basket intothe oil container maycreateariskupon
removing it when finished.
-Ifyou donot use the fryer for long periodsoftime, werecommend applying athinlayerofoil over
the completesurface, even on the resistor and sensor.
-Donot use margarine, butter or lard.Theyare not suitablefor frying sincetheyemit smokeat low
temperatures.

-Ifoverheated,the safetysystem turns the deviceoff.Inorder torestart it,unplug the unit and wait
until it cools. Oncecooled,re-plug it inand press the "RESTART"buttononthe backofthe heating
unit.Todoso you will need athinand long tool.
•Never startcleaninguntil theoil has cooleddown.
•Alwaysunplug the fryer before cleaning.
•Pour the oil out ofthe bowl using the pouring lipon the rim ofthe bowl.
Fryer body/fixedbowl
•Fryer outerbody–wipe withadampclothand drythoroughly. Never put itinwater.
•Inner bowl–aftereachuse, fill withhotsoapywater andsoakfor 20minutes. Then use a
non-abrasive cleaner.
Basket
•After eachuse, remove and soak inhot soapywater for 20minutes. Then use astiff brush.
•The lid and basket canalternativelybe washed inyour dishwasher.
