6.-Oncethe food iscooked,placethe basket so that the excess oil canfall backintothe container.
7.-After having used it,makesure toplacethe control knob inthe OFF position, turning the red
light off.The green light will remainlit ifthe applianceisnot unplugged.
8.-Pour inthe oil.The level must be between the ‘MAX’and ‘MIN’marks.
9.-Tore-use oil,allowtocool then pour the oil throughfine muslinor absorbent paper.
10.-Alwaysunplug the fryer afteruse.

•Pre –cooked food needsahigher temperature thanrawfood.
•Cookfood thoroughly.The outsidemaylookreadybefore the insideiscooked.
•Keep your fryer withoil (cooled and strained)insideit,readyforuse. The lid keeps the dust out.
•Before frying battered food,drainoffexcess batter.
•Tomakechips, cut the potatoes up evenly,so theycookevenly.Rinse anddrybefore cooking.

CARE ANDCLEANING
The electricfryer does not require special maintenance, but the following precautions should be
taken:
-Donot leave the appliancerunning unsupervised;the oil will decrease and heating the resistor and
sensor without oil mayrender them inoperative forfuture uses.
-Oil mayspontaneouslycatchfire ifthe temperature surpasses 300ºC, so you should never leave it
running at maximum temperature.
-When using more thanone fryer, makesure thatthere isenoughspacebetween them tocirculate
hot air, sincetheymaydeform due tothe heat.
-Onlyuse the original baskets; forcing the basket intothe oil container maycreateariskupon
removing it when finished.
-Ifyou donot use the fryer for long periodsoftime, werecommend applying athinlayerofoil over
the completesurface, even on the resistor and sensor.
-Donot use margarine, butter or lard.Theyare not suitablefor frying sincetheyemit smokeat low
temperatures.
-Ifoverheated,the safetysystem turns the deviceoff.Inorder torestart it,unplug the unit and wait
until it cools. Oncecooled,re-plug it inand press the "RESTART"buttononthe backofthe heating
unit.Todoso you will need athinand long tool.
•Never startcleaninguntil theoil has cooleddown.
•Alwaysunplug the fryer before cleaning.
•Pour the oil out ofthe bowl using the pouring lipon the rim ofthe bowl.

•Fryer outerbody–wipe withadampclothand drythoroughly. Never put itinwater.
