GENERAL / ALLMÄNT
Equipment for collecting e.g. hydraulic oil and relling the same liquid after
the service is completed. Consists of drum trolley, an empty 208 l plastic
drum, air operated diaphragm pump, outlet hose with control valve, suction
hose with suction strainer and an additional lter before the pump.
OPERATION
Emptying the vehicle’s container – FIG 1
Place the suction hose in the container to be drained. Connect air to the
pump. Fill the uid in the provided drum using the oil valve. Adjust the speed
of the pump using the needle valve.
Return to vehicle container – FIG 2
Place the suction hose in the provided drum. Connect air to the pump. Fill
the uid in the vehicle’s reservoir using the oil valve.
CLEANING THE FILTER
If the speed of lling decreases, the lters should be disassembled and clea-
ned. Unscrew the strainer on the bottom valve (3) and clean it. Reassemble
and continue with the suction lter tted to the pump (4). Unscrew the
bottom of the lter and remove the lter insert and clean. Reassemble in
reverse order.

Utrustning för uppsamling av t.ex hydraulolja och påfyllning av samma
vätska efter avslutad service. Består av fatvagn, ett tomt 208 l plastfat,
tryckluftsdriven membranpump, utloppsslang med påfyllningshandtag,
sugslang med sugsil och ett ytterligare lter innan pumpen.
HANDHAVANDE
Tömning av fordonets behållare – FIG 1
Placera sugslangen i behållaren som ska sugas ur. Anslut luft till pumpen.
Fyll vätskan i det medföljande fatet med hjälp av oljeventilen. Justera farten
på pumpen med hjälp av nålventilen.
Återföring till fordonets behållare – FIG 2
Placera sugslangen i det medföljande fatet. Anslut luft till pumpen. Fyll
vätskan i fordonets behållare med hjälp av oljeventilen.
RENGÖRING AV FILTER
Om hastigheten på fyllningen minskar bör ltren demonteras och rengöras.
Skruva bort silen på bottenventilen (3) och rensa denna. Återmontera och
fortsätt med sugltret monterat på pumpen (4). Skruva av ltrets nederdel
och ta ur lterinsatsen och rengör. Återmontera i omvänd ordning.
