Installation of connection box for HERU 70 K
Product description
The connection box is wall mounted to simplify the installation of HERU 70 K.
The connection box is condensation insulated, and is available in either
right-hand or left-hand design for HERU 70 K. Duct connections 4x125 mm.
Preparations:
• Lift the connection box out of the carton.
1 Leave the pre mounted duct insulations in place.
• The ducts for fresh and exhaust air must always be insulated against condensation.
• The ducts must be insulated all the way up to the connection box.
2 Dismount HERU unit’s front cover for easier handling.
3 Remove the HERU unit’s wall console and associated screws.
They will not be needed.
No other preparations are required.
NOTE! All operations on the HERU unit must be performed
according to the manual for HERU 70 K.
Tools:
• Screwdriver
Material:
• Fasteners that are suitable for the construction and condition of the wall
• Condensation insulation for fresh and exhaust air ducts
Mount the connection box.
• The duct connections of the connection box must
be downwards.
4 Measure the height on the wall where
the connection box is to be mounted.
Bottom edge of the fitting with slotted groove
= top edge of the HERU unit.
5 Fasten a screw in the slot grooves on the lower fitting.
Adjust the height.
6 Secure the upper fittings.
7 Secure the lower fittings.
• Mount the ducts to the connection box
and insulate the fresh and exhaust air ducts.

8 Pull out the locking handle.
9 Slide in and lift up the HERU unit in place.
10 Push in the locking handle.
11 Let the Heru unit sink down to locked
position towards the locking handle.
12 Refit the front cover
on the HERU unit.
Tighten the screws
clockwise.

Installation av anslutningsbox till HERU 70 K
Beskrivning
Anslutningsboxen monteras på vägg för enklare installation av HERU 70 K.
Anslutningsboxen är kondensisolerad, och finns till höger- och vänstermodell av HERU 70 K.
Kanalanslutningar 4x125 mm.
Förberedelser:
• Plocka ur anslutningsboxen ur kartongen.
1 Låt de monterade kanalisoleringarna sitta kvar.
• Kanalerna för ute- och avluft ska alltid isoleras mot kondens.
• Kanalerna ska isoleras hela vägen fram till anslutningsboxen.
2 Demontera frontluckan på HERU-aggregatet
för lättare handhavande.
3 Plocka bort HERU-aggregatets väggskena
med tillhörande skruvar. Denna behövs ej.
Inga andra förberedelser krävs.
OBS! Alla åtgärder på HERU-aggregatet ska utföras
enligt manualen för HERU 70 K.
Verktyg:
• Skruvmejsel/skruvdragare
Material:
• Skruvar som är lämpliga för väggens konstruktion och skick
• Kondensisolering till ute- och avluftskanal
Montera anslutningsboxen.
• Anslutningsboxens kanalanslutningar ska vara nedåt.
4 Mät ut höjden på väggen som
anslutningsboxen ska sitta på.
Nederkant av skenan med slitsade spåret
= överkant HERU-aggregat.
5 Skruva i de slitsade spåren på de nedre beslagen.
Justera höjden.
6 Skruva fast de övre beslagen.
7 Skruva fast de nedre beslagen.
• Montera kanalerna mot anslutningsboxen
och isolera ute- och avluftskanalerna.

8 Dra ut låsskaftet.
9 Skjut in och lyft upp HERU-aggregatet på plats.
10 Skjut in låsskaftet.
11 Låt HERU-aggregatet sjunka ner
till låst position mot låsskaftet.
12 Montera tillbaka
frontluckan på
HERU-aggregatet.
Dra åt skruvarna
medurs.

Installasjon av koblingsboks til HERU 70 K
Produktbeskrivelse
Koblingsboksen er montert på veggen for en enklere installasjon av HERU 70 K.
Koblingsboksen er kondensisolert og er tilgjengelig i en høyre og venstre modell av HERU 70 K.
Kanaltilkoblinger 4x125 mm.
Forberedelser:
• Fjern koblingsboksen fra pappesken.
1 La den installerte kanalisolasjonen være på plass.
• Frisklufts- og avkastkanalen må alltid isoleres mot kondens.
• Kanalene må isoleres hele veien frem til koblingsboksen
og helt ned over stussen.
2 Fjern frontdekselet på HERU-enheten
for enklere håndtering.
3 Fjern HERU-enhetens veggskinne med tilhørende
skruer. Dette er ikke nødvendig.
Ingen andre forberedelser er nødvendig.
MERK! Alle operasjoner på HERU-enheten må utføres
i samsvar med manualen for HERU 70 K.
Verktøy:
• Skrutrekker
Materiale:
• Festmidler som er egnet for montasje i henhold til veggens
konstruksjon og materiale
• Kondensisolasjon til frisklufts- og avkastkanal
Monter koblingsboksen.
• Kanaltilkoblingene av koblingsboksen må være nedad.
4 Mål høyden på veggen som
koblingsboksen skal sitte på.
Nedre kant av skinnen med avlange spor
= øvre kant HERU-enhet.
5 Skru fast gjennom de avlange sporene
i de nederste festebeslagene.
Juster høyden.
6 Skru fast de øverste festebeslagene.
7 Skru så på de 2 siste i det nederste
beslagene.
• Monter kanalene til koblingsboksen og isoler
frisklufts- og avkastkanalene.
