Using your Soup and Smoothie Blender
Before Using For The First Time
1. Removetheapplianceandallaccessoriesfromthepackaging.
2. Peeloffanylabels,pointofsaleandtheprotectioncoveroncontrolpanel
oftheblender.
3. Thoroughlycleanthepartswhichcomeintocontactwithfoodbefore
usingtheblenderforthefirsttime.Drythoroughlybeforeassembling.
Using Your Soup and Smoothie Blender
1. Placetheblenderonafirm,stableandflatsurface,
allowingsufficientventilation.
2. Placeingredientsinsidetheglassjar
3. Placethelidontheglassjarandpressitdown
firmlyandproperly.
4. Placethemeasuringcupintotheopeningonthe
lid.
NOTE:Theappliancewillstartonlyiftheglassjariscorrectlypositioned
onthemotorbasehousingwiththelidontheglassjar.
5. Positiontheglassjarontothemotorbasehousingunitbyusingguided
groovesandmakesureglassjarfitsproperlyonmotorbasehousingunit.
6. Connect the appliance to a suitable mains supply outlet.
7. Press the ON/OFF key ( )to turn on the blender and the display panel.
8. Select the desired programme and start the
process by pressing Start/Stop (开始/停止).
9. During the programme, press Start/Stop key
(开始/停止) to pause the process. Re-press
the Start/Stop key (开始/停止) again and the
programme continues.
10. After completion of the programme, if no key is
pressed for 10 minutes the appliance will shut down automatically.
11. To turn off the appliance at any time, press ON/OFF key ( ).
12. At the end of the programme, the LCD display “00” and the appliance
will sound an alert (5 beeps).
13. Disconnect the appliance from mains supply and let it cool down
completely once finished cooking.
WARNING: Do not touch the glass jar and its bottom during cooking, as it
becomes very hot. If the glass jar contains hot liquid, pour it out carefully.
AUTO MODES (5 Automatic programmes)
Soup Making
1. Put the diced vegetables/ingredients into the glass jar and add water as per
your desired recipe, then cover the lid.
2. Press the ON/OFF key ( ), the appliance initializing the program, then
goes to ‘standby’ mode.
Note: The maximum content for hot ingredients is 1400 ml. During the
cooking process, you can add more ingredients by lifting the measuring cup
and putting them through the opening of the lid.
WARNING: Do not remove the measuring cup or add ingredients when the
appliance is blending.
A. Chunky/Thick Soup Function (Semi blended soup)
1. Press the function key (粗粒汤汁) to select the Chunky soup programme.
The selected programme will be highlighted and the Start / Stop key
(开始/停止) will flash.
2. Press the Start/Stop key (开始/停止) to start the process. The key will
stop flashing and change from white to red. The cooking time will start to
count down.
3. The appliance will cook the ingredients for a few minutes, and start
stirring the ingredients automatically. The appliance will continue this
cooking cycle intermittently.
NOTE: During the cooking process, you can stir at any time by pressing the
Blend key (
) on control panel.

4. At the last minute of the programme, the appliance will automatically start to
mix the ingredients faster alternately until the end of the programme.
5. Once the cooking completes the appliance will make an alert sound
(5 beeps), then automatically switch to keep warm mode for 20 minutes.
The display indicates
6. After 20 minutes, the appliance will make an alert sound (5 beeps) and
automatically go to standby mode.
Note: Cooked soup should be consumed as soon as possible, in order to
avoid the breeding of bacteria.
B. Fine Soup Function (Fully blended soup)
1. Press the function key (细滑汤汁) to select the fine soup programme, the
icon will be selected and the Start / Stop key (开始/停止) will flash.
2. Press the Start/Stop key (开始/停止) to start the process, the key will stop to
flash and change from white to red. The cooking time will start to count down.
3. The appliance will cook the ingredients for a few minutes, and start
stirring the ingredients automatically. The appliance will continue this
cooking cycle intermittently.
NOTE: During the cooking process, you can stir at any time by pressing the
Blend key (
) on control panel.
4. At the last minute of the programme, the appliance will automatically
mix the ingredients faster alternately until the end of the programme.
5. Once the cooking completes the appliance will make an alert sound
(5 beeps), then automatically switch to keep warm mode for 20 minutes.
The display indicates
6. During this keep warm function, the appliance will stir the soup
automatically once every 3 minutes until the end of keep warm function.
7. After 20 minutes of keep warm function, the appliance will make an alert
sound (5 beeps) and automatically go to standby mode.
Note: Cooked soup should be consumed as soon as possible, in order to
avoid the breeding of bacteria.
Sauce Making
1. Press the function key (酱汁) to select the sauce programme, the icon will
be highlighted and the Start / Stop key (开始/停止) will flash.
2. Press the Start / Stop key (开始/停止) to start the process, the key will stop to
flash and change from white to red. The cooking time will start to count down.
3. The appliance starts cooking up the ingredients, it blends the ingredients
alternately.
NOTE: During the cooking process, you can stir at any time by pressing
Blend key (
) on control panel.
4. At the end of the programme, the appliance will make an alert sound
(5 beeps) and automatically go to the standby mode.
Ice Crushing / Smoothie Function
NOTE: The maximum fill for cold ingredients/ice cubes is 1750ml.
1. Press the key (奶昔/冰沙), then press Start/Stop key (开始/停止) to start
the process.
2. The blender will blend in High speed alternately for up to 1 minute.
3. The appliance will make an alert sound (5 beeps) when the programme
completes.
Auto Clean Function
1. Fill the glass jar with 1200ml of water with 3 or 4 drops of washing-up
liquid. Cover the jar with the lid.
2. Select auto cleaning function by pressing the key (自动清洗) on control
panel.
3. Press Start/Stop key (开始/停止) to start the cleaning process. The whole
process of Auto Clean takes about 5 minutes to complete.
4. The appliance will start to blend, then heat up the liquid for 2 minutes.
This cycle repeats automatically until the end of the programme. This
helps release any food residue on the underside of the blades.
5. When the process completes, unplug the appliance.
NOTE: In Auto Mode, the cooking time and blending speed is set as follow:

MANUAL MODE
Cooking Function
1. Put the ingredients into the glass jar and add water, then cover the lid.
2. Press the ON/OFF key ( ).
3. Press Temperature key ( ) on control panel, by default the high
temperature (90ºC - 100ºC) will be selected and displays a default
cooking time of 30 minutes.
4. To change the temperature, press Temperature key ( ) again into low
temperature (75ºC - 85ºC).
5. To change the cooking time, press the Increase key (+) to set from 1 to 60
minutes. The default setting is 30 minutes.

Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Solution
The appliance does

spatula only to free the blade
from any obstructions.
iii) Wait for 45 minutes, let
the blender to cool down.
iv) Plug in again and press
the ON/OFF key ( ) to
turn on the blender and
operate normally.
If the blender does not start
operation with the jar in place,
the unit may not be cooled
sufficiently. Turn OFF the
unit and wait another 10-20
minutes before trying to reset
the motor again.
The glass jar has not placed
on base unit. The control
panel will display ( )

Blending Function
1. Put the ingredients into glass jar, cover with lid and make sure it fits properly.
2. Press the Blend key (
) on control panel.
3. By default the medium speed will be selected.
4. Press Blend key (
) to adjust the speed of blending function. In this
blend mode, you can select three different speeds by using the “+” key
such as LOW (01), MEDIUM (02), HIGH (03) accordingly and no time
duration.
5. Once selected the blending speed, hold the Blend key (
) to start
blending. If you remove the finger from this key, blending will stop.
NOTE: For safety reasons, the blending function in manual operation will
stop automatically after few seconds.
Care and Cleaning
1. Run Auto Clean function to clean the blender (see previous “Auto Clean
Function” section).
2. Rinse inside of the jar using the provided cleaning brush to remove
residue sticking on glass jar.
3. Clean the base housing unit with moist damp soft cloth.
4. Wash the lid in water with washing up liquid and rinse it using the
cleaning brush, then cover the glass jar with lid.
Warnings:
1. Do not clean glass jar, interface and base housing with abrasive side of a
sponge or pad. Use only soft cloth to clean.
2. Do not use any harsh abrasives or strong household cleaners or any
abrasive tools as these may damage the non-stick coating surface.
3. Handle the blades inside the glass jar carefully when cleaning them; they
are very sharp.
4. Do not put the glass jar in the dishwasher.
5. Ensure the unit cools down completely before cleaning.

橡胶刮铲进行清洁。
• 如出现以下情况，请停止使用本产品：
-电源线或插头损坏
-本机不能正常工作
-摔落或损坏了本机
为避免危险，请联络印于本手册背面的客户服务热线，并必须由制造商或其
指定售后服务中心的专门人员来更换。
• 本机的刀片十分锋利，在处理时应特别小心。为防止受伤，切勿在搅拌杯未
正确装配时就将刀片组件直接放在底座上。
• 操作搅拌机前一定要盖上搅拌杯的盖子。本机设有安全装置, 若搅拌杯杯盖
未有安全装好，本机将不会启动。
• 小心打开杯盖及量杯，以免被蒸气烫伤。
• 切勿将本机置于热气体或电炉的旁边，或者置入滚烫的烤箱中。切勿将本机
置于其他电器上。
• 切勿让电源线接触高温表面，或悬挂在桌子或柜台边缘。
• 当不使用搅拌机时、或在拆卸/安装部件以及清洁之前，应先将搅拌机关
闭，再拔出搅拌机的电源插头。
•当本机还有热度时,请不要移动本机以免烫伤。若杯内载有热的液体，倒出
时请小心以免烫伤。
•机器开动时，切勿触摸发热元件。切勿在近墙位置或柜旁使用本机，以免高
温蒸气损害家具。
•搅拌杯内没有任何食物时，切勿开启本机。
•切勿将食品之外的物体放入搅拌杯内搅拌。
•使用本机中途，切勿将食物刮或匙羹经杯盖中央洞口放进杯内。
•加热后切勿即时加入冻食材以免发生温度冲击意外。

制作热汤
1. 按食谱将切细的蔬菜等食材放进玻璃搅拌杯内后，加水并盖上杯盖。
2. 按电源开关( )。
注意：煮食情况下，本机最高容量为1400毫升。加热过程中，可掀起量杯，
经洞口加入食材。
警告：搅拌过程中，切勿打开杯盖或加入食材。
A. 制作粗粒汤汁(中度搅拌)
1. 按键选择“粗粒汤汁”程式，该键底下会出现一横线，“开始/停止”将会闪动。
2. 按“开始/停止”启动程式。该键会停止闪动，并由白色转为红色。煮食
时间开始倒数。
3. 本机将会进行加热，中途会自动搅拌食材，并持续重复程序。
注意：如有需要，煮食途中，可随时按搅拌速度 (
)进行搅拌。
4. 程式的最后一分钟，本机会自动以加快速度搅拌食材，直至程式完成为止。

使用本产品
首次使用之前
1. 把本机及配件从包装物中取出
2. 撕掉贴纸、保护胶及其他包装物料。
3. 清洗所有会接触到食物的部份，干透后安装好。
如何使用冷热多功能搅拌机
1. 将本机放在通风佳的稳固平面上。
2. 按食谱把食材及水倒入搅拌杯。
3. 将杯盖向下盖稳。
4. 将量杯放于杯盖中央。
5. 按搅拌杯底的凹槽，将之稳固放进主机上。
注意：若搅拌杯及杯盖未有装到位，本机将不会启动。
6. 接上电源。
7. 按电源开关( )启动本机。
8. 选择模式后，按控制面板上的“开始/停止”开
始操作。
9. 设定模式进行时，按“开始/停止”可暂停运
作，只需重按该键运作即会继续。
10. 模式完成后，若10分钟内没有任何指示，本机
将自动关闭。
11. 任何情況下按电源开关( )，本机将完全终止。
12. 设定模式完成后，显示屏将显示“00”并发出提示响号 (连响五次)。
13. 使用后请拔掉电源，并待机件冷却后再处理。
警告：煮食进行时切勿触及玻璃搅拌杯及其底部以免烫伤。若杯内载有热的
液体，倒出时请小心。

B. 制作细滑汤汁(均匀搅拌)
1. 按键选择“细滑汤汁”程式，该键底下会出现一横线，“开始/停止”将会闪动。
2. 按“开始/停止”启动程式。该键会停止闪动，并由白色转为红色。煮食
时间开始倒数。
3. 本机将会进行加热，中途会自动搅拌食材，然后继续加热。
注意：如有需要，煮食中途，可随时按搅拌速度 (
)进行搅拌。
4. 程式的最后一分钟，本机会自动以加快速度搅拌食材，至程式完成为止。
5. 程式完成时，本机会发出提示响号 (连响5次)，再自动转至保温模式20分
钟。显示屏将出现以下图示：
6. 保温模式时，本机会自动每隔3分钟搅拌食材1次。
7. 20分钟保温时段过后，本机会发出提示响号 (连响5次)，停止保温并自动
转至待机模式。

制作醬汁
1. 依据食谱放入食材及水后，按“酱汁”选取酱汁程式，该键底下会出现
一横线，“开始/停止”将会闪动。
2. 按“开始/停止”启动程式。该键会停止闪动，并由白色转为红色。煮食
时间开始倒数。
3. 本机将会进行加热，中途会自动搅拌食材，然后继续加热。
注意：如有需要，煮食中途，可随时按搅拌速度 (
)进行搅拌。
4. 程式完成时，本机会发出提示响号 (连响5次)，再自动转至待机模式。
制作奶昔/冰沙/冻饮
注意：本机可放冷饮食材或冰块的最高容量是1750豪升。
1. 按食谱放食材及冰块到搅拌杯后，按“奶昔/冰沙”选取程式，该键底
下会出现一横线，而“开始/停止”将会闪动。按“开始/停止”启动程
式。该键会停止闪动，并由白色转为红色。煮食时间开始倒数。
2. 搅拌机将高速搅拌约1分钟。
3. 程式完成时，本机会发出提示响号 (连响5次)，再自动转至待机模式。
进行自动清洗
1. 倒1200毫升水到搅拌杯内，再加3至4滴洗洁精，盖好杯盖。
2. 按“自动清洗”选取自动清洗程式，该键底下会出现一横线，而
“开始/停止”将会闪动。
3. 按“开始/停止”启动程式。该键会停止闪动，并由白色转为红色。整个
自动清洗程序需大約五分钟完成。
4. 本机会循环进行搅拌清洁液及加热的程序(两分钟)，进行彻底清洁，包括
刀座的位置。
5. 程序完成后，拔掉电源。
手动模式
加热
1. 按食谱把食材及水倒入搅拌杯后，盖好杯盖。
2. 按电源开关( )。
3. 按温度调节( )选取温度，该键底下会出现一横线，而“开始/停止”
将会闪动。预设为高温 (90ºC-100ºC)及煮食时间30分钟。
4. 若需改变煮食温度，可按温度调节( )，调较至低温 (75ºC-85ºC) 。
5. 若需改动煮食时间，可按增加/减少(+)，调较煮食时间(1至60分钟)。.
6. 按“开始/停止”启动程式。该键会停止闪动，并由白色转为红色。煮食
时间开始倒数。
注意：如有需要，煮食中途，可随时按搅拌速度(
)进行搅拌。

4. 若需要改变速度，按搅拌速度(
)。本机共有低 (01)、中 (02) 及高速
(03) 三个速度供选择按“ + ”选择，但不设时限。
5. 选择速度后，长按搅拌速度(
)即可进行搅拌。停止按键搅拌功能即会
停止。
注意：基于安全，搅拌功能每隔数秒会自行停止。
