IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
• Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponding
to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
For Mainland China, standard electrical outlet is 220V~50Hz.
• To disconnect, grasp plug and unplug cord from electrical
outlet.
• To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the
cord, plug or motor base in water or any other liquids.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch
hot surfaces.
• Never leave appliance unattended when in use.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
• Close supervision is necessary when used by or near children.
• Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands and utensils out
of bottle while blending to prevent personal injury or damage
to the blender.
• The blade is sharp. Handle with care.
• To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutter-assembly
blades on base without bottle properly attached.
• Do not attempt to bypass the interlock system that powers the
unit on.
• Do not blend hot liquids in the blender.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or
after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in
any manner. To avoid any hazards, call the Consumer Service
number as listed on the back of this user manual, and return
the appliance to the nearest Authorized Service Center for
examination, repair or electrical mechanical adjustment.
• Do not use outdoors or for commercial purposes; this
appliance is for household use only.
• Always operate on a flat surface.
• Unplug the blender when not in use, before taking off or
putting on parts and before cleaning.
• Use this appliance for its intended use as described in
this manual. The use of attachments not made by the
manufacturer, including canning or ordinary jar and
processing assembly parts, is not recommended by Sunbeam
Products, Inc. and may cause a risk to persons.

suspend one minute for every three minutes of continuous

Using Your Oster®MyBlend®blender
Clean blender according to the instructions in the “Cleaning and Storing
Your Blender” section.Your Oster®MyBlend®Blender comes with 2 bottles
(600mL and 350mL) to optimize different capacity usage. Both bottles can fit
with the same blade assembly and can work with the same blender base.
Place the MyBlend®bottle on a
flat surface with the open end
facing up. Fill the bottle with your
favorite ingredients. Be sure not to
fill ingredients past the marking
on each bottle (600mL/350mL).
Fasten the blade assembly on the open
end of the bottle.
Turn the bottle upside down, line up
arrows on the blade assembly to the
arrows on the base, and place the
bottle in the base.
Blending begins by pressing the sport
bottle down in the base.
For best results, simply turn the bottle
clockwise and lock the bottle in the
base, hands-free blending will begin.
Once you stop pressing the sport
bottle into the base or unlock the
bottle from the base, blending will
stop.
Turn the bottle over and place on a flat
surface. Replace the blade assembly with the
drinking lid. Take the MyBlend®bottle
with you throughout the day to stay hydrated.

Recipes
Rise ’N’ Shine Shake
Makes 1 (540ml) serving **
1 cup milk
1 cup strawberries,
hulled and halved
1 kiwi, peeled and
quartered
½ cup strawberry
frozen yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar
Pour milk into MyBlend®bottle. Add
strawberries, kiwi, frozen yogurt and sugar.
Fasten the blade assembly on the open end
of the bottle.
Turn the bottle upside down and place it in
the base, lining up the arrows on the blade
assembly with the arrows on the base. Press
the bottle down in the base or turn the bottle
clockwise to lock it for hands-free operation.
Blend 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth.
Turn the bottle over and place on a flat surface.
Replace the blade assembly with the drinking
lid.

TIP: After you’ve consumed your blended beverage, wash out the bottle and reuse it
throughout the day for water or other cold liquids.
Note: For optimal performance, place desired ingredients in the Bottle according to the
following order: Liquids, fresh ingredients, frozen fruit, yogurt and ice cream.
Blending Tips
• Put liquids in the cup first, unless a recipe says otherwise.
• Cut all firm fruits and vegetables into pieces no larger than ¾inch (1.8 cm) to 1 inch
(2.5 cm).
• Don’t overload bottle. If the motor stalls, turn the blender off immediately, unplug the
unit and let it cool for at least 15 minutes. Then, remove a portion of the food and
continue.
• This blender will not mash potatoes, whip egg whites or substitute dairy toppings,
mix stiff dough or grind raw meat.
Cleaning and Storing Your Blender
IMPORTANT: UNPLUG BEFORE CLEANING. DO NOT IMMERSE THE
BLENDER BASE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID. Use a damp, soft sponge
with mild detergent to clean the outside of the blender base. All parts except for the
blender base are dishwasher-safe. You can also wash the parts, except the blender
base, in warm, soapy water. Rinse well and dry.
Storing Your Blender
After cleaning, reassemble blade assembly to open end of the tall bottle and then
place in the blender base. Snap the drinking lid on the other end of the tall bottle.
Store the small bottle with the drinking lid.
** When blending with the small bottle, adjust the amount of ingredients proportionally. Do not fill
ingredients over the maximum marking on the bottles (600mL & 350mL respectively).
The lid of the bottle comes with a convenient loop handle for easy
transportation of your blended drink or water. The handle on the lid also has
a non-locking carabiner that can be used to attach the bottle to your bike,
motorcycle, golf bag, belt, or belt loop. Keys, IDs and badges can also be
added to the split ring.

Raspberry-Lemon Smoothie
Makes 1 (540ml) serving **
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups frozen
raspberries
1 container (180ml)
lemon yogurt
Pour milk and vanilla into MyBlend®bottle.
Add raspberries and yogurt. Fasten the blade
assembly on the open end of the bottle.
Turn the bottle upside down and place it in
the base, lining up the arrows on the blade
assembly with the arrows on the base. Press
the bottle down in the base or turn the bottle
clockwise to lock it for hands-free operation.
Blend 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth.
Turn the bottle over and place on a flat surface.
Replace the blade assembly with the drinking
lid.

Frozen Hot Chocolate
Makes 1 (540ml) serving **
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons
hot cocoa mix
1 cup ice cubes
½ cup chocolate
ice cream
1 container (180ml)
vanilla yogurt
Pour milk into MyBlend®bottle. Add hot cocoa
mix, ice cubes, ice cream and yogurt. Fasten
the blade assembly on the open end of the
bottle.
Turn the bottle upside down and place it in
the base, lining up the arrows on the blade
assembly with the arrows on the base. Press
the bottle down in the base or turn the bottle
clockwise to lock it for hands-free operation.
Blend 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth.
Turn the bottle over and place on a flat surface.
Replace the blade assembly with the drinking
lid.
** When blending with the small bottle, adjust the amount of ingredients proportionally. Do not fill
ingredients over the maximum marking on the bottles (600mL & 350mL respectively).

Berry Morning Medley
Makes 1 (540ml) serving **
1 cup milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup old-fashioned
oats
1 cup frozen mixed
berries
1 container (180ml)
plain yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar
Pour milk and vanilla into MyBlend®bottle. Add
oats, berries, yogurt and sugar. Fasten the
blade assembly on the open end of the bottle.
Turn the bottle upside down and place it in
the base, lining up the arrows on the blade
assembly with the arrows on the base. Press
the bottle down in the base or turn the bottle
clockwise to lock it for hands-free operation.
Blend 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth.
Turn the bottle over and place on a flat surface.

lid.
Protein Energy Shake
Makes 1 (540ml) serving **
1 cup plain soymilk
2 tablespoons honey
¼ cup walnuts
¼ to ½ teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1¼ cups vanilla
soy yogurt
Pour milk and honey into MyBlend®bottle.
Add walnuts, cinnamon and yogurt. Fasten the
blade assembly on the open end of the bottle.
Turn the bottle upside down and place it in
the base, lining up the arrows on the blade
assembly with the arrows on the base. Press
the bottle down in the base or turn the bottle
clockwise to lock it for hands-free operation.
Blend 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth.
Turn the bottle over and place on a flat surface.

lid.

使用Oster®MyBlend®随身搅拌器
请按照“搅拌器的清洁与存储”部分的指示清洁搅拌器。
Oster® MyBlend®搅拌器配有2只瓶子（600毫升和350毫升），
用于优化不同的使用容量。这两只瓶子可以搭配相同的刀片组
件，而且还可以使用相同的搅拌器底座。
请把刀片组件固定在瓶子开口端上。把瓶
子倒转过来，请把刀片组件的箭头和底座
上的箭头对齐，然后把瓶子放入底座。
把瓶子向下按入底座，搅拌器即可开始
工作。
为更好操作，你可简单地把瓶子顺时针
旋转，并把它锁定在底座，进行自动操
作。一旦你停止把瓶子按入底座，或把
瓶子从底座释放，搅拌工作就会停止。
把瓶子翻转过来，然后放置在水平面上。
这时，请把刀片组件更换成饮用盖。你可整天
把瓶子带在身边，以便随时饮用。
请把随身搅拌器的瓶子放在水平
面上，把开口端朝上。
然后，把你最喜欢的材料放入瓶
子。请确保放入的材料不要超过
每只瓶子上的最大量标准线（分
别为600毫升与350毫升）。

提示：在喝完搅拌饮料后，请把瓶子清洗干净，便可用来盛装水
或其它冷饮。
备注：为获得最佳性能，请按照下述顺序将所需的材料放入瓶子
中：液体、新鲜材料、冷冻水果、 酸奶和冰淇淋。
搅拌提示
• 除非食谱另有说明，请首先把液体放入杯里。
• 请把所有坚实水果和蔬菜切成片状，尺寸不大于¾英寸（1.8厘
米）至1英寸（2.5厘米）。
• 请勿使瓶子超负荷。如果电机停止转动，请立即关闭搅拌器，拔
掉设备电源，让它冷却至少15分钟。然后，在取出食品后继续操
作。
• 此搅拌器不可用来搅土豆泥、搅拌蛋白或代替乳制品配料，也不
可搅拌稠厚面团或绞肉。
瓶盖有个方便的循环手柄，便于携带。手柄有个扣，可以把瓶
子套紧自行车、摩托车、高尔夫球袋或皮带。也可连同钥匙和

拌器底座外，所有部件都可以安全放心地用洗碗机进行清洗。你也
可以用温肥皂水清洗上述部件，但不包括搅拌器底座在内，冲洗后
请彻底擦干。
搅拌器清洗好后应晾干。
搅拌器的存储
在搅拌器清洁后，请把刀片组件重新装到高的瓶子开口端上，然后
把它插入搅拌器底座。请把饮用盖合在高的瓶子另一端上。将小瓶
子与饮用盖子一起存放。
