Säkerhet och försiktighetsåtgärder
VARNING: Grundläggande säkerhetsåtgärder bör
alltid följas vid bruk av verktyget för att minska
risken för personskador och andra skador.
Läs alla instruktioner innan du använder detta
verktyg!
1. Håll arbetsytan ren. Oordning bjuder in till
skador.
2. Iaktta förhållandena på arbetsområdet. Använd
inte maskiner eller motordrivna verktyg på fuk-
tiga eller blöta platser. Utsätt inte för regn. Håll
arbetsområdet ordentligt upplyst. Använd inte
eldrivna verktyg i närvaro av brandfarliga gaser
eller vätskor.
3. Håll barn borta. Barn bör aldrig tillåtas på
arbetsområdet. Låt dem inte hantera maskiner,
verktyg eller förlängningssladdar.
4. Förvara utrustning som inte används. När de
inte används ska verktyg förvaras på en torr
plats för att inte angripas av rost. Lås alltid in
verktyg och håll borta från barn.
5. Tvinga inte verktyget. Det kommer göra jobbet
bättre och säkrare i den kapacitet det var avsett
för. Använd inte olämpliga tillbehör i ett försök
att överskrida verktygets kapacitet.
6. Använd rätt verktyg för jobbet. Försök inte få ett
litet verktyg eller tillbehör att göra ett större
industriverktygs jobb. Modiera inte detta
verktyg och använd det inte i ett syfte som det
inte var avsett för.
7. Klä dig rätt. Ha inte löst sittande kläder
eller smycken, då de kan fastna i rörliga delar.
Skyddande, elektriskt icke-ledande kläder och
halkfria skor rekommenderas under arbete. Ha
hårskydd för att hålla undan långt hår.
8. Använd ögon- och hörselskydd. Bär alltid
godkända säkerhetsglasögon. Bär hel ansikts
skärm om jobbet producerar metallspån eller
träis. Bär en godkänd ansiktsmask eller and-
ningsmask när du arbetar i närheten av metall,
trä och kemiska stoft och dimvätskor.
9. Sträck dig inte. Ha fötterna i marken och håll
balansen. Sträck dig inte över eller längs med
maskiner i drift. Håll händer och ngrar borta
från valsarna när den används.
10. Underhåll verktyg ordentligt. Håll verktyg skarpa
och rengjorda för bättre och säkrare
prestanda. Följ anvisningar för smörjning
och byte av tillbehör. Inspektera regelbundet
verktygssladdar och, om de är skadade, låt en
auktoriserad tekniker reparera dem. Handtaget
måste alltid hållas rent, tort och fritt från olja
och fett.
11. Ta bort omställbara nycklar och vred. Kontroll-
era att nycklar och omställbara vred tas bort
från verktyget eller maskinens arbetsyta innan
du kopplar in den.
12. Var alert. Håll koll på vad du gör och använd
sunt förnuft. Använd inga verktyg när du är
trött.

13. Se om det nns skadade delar. Innan du an-
vänder något verktyg ska alla delar som ser
skadade ut noggrant kontrolleras för att se om
de kan användas ordentligt och utföra avsedd
funktion. Kontrollera anslutning och fästen hos
rörliga delar; trasiga delar eller monteringstill
behör; och alla andra skick som kan påverka
korrekt drift. Alla skadade delar ska repareras
eller ersättas av en kvalicerad tekniker.
14. Reservdelar och tillbehör. Använd enbart
identiska reservdelar när du gör service. Att an
vända andra delar gör garantin ogiltig. Använd
bara tillbehör som är avsedda för att användas
med detta verktyg.
15. Använd inte verktyget om du druckit alkohol
eller tagit mediciner. Läs varningstexter om du
tar receptbelagd medicin för att avgöra om ditt
omdöme eller dina reexer är nedsatta medan
du tar medicinen. Om det nns någon tvekan
bör du inte använda verktyget.
16. Underhåll. För din säkerhet bör service och
underhåll göras regelbundet av en kvalicerad
tekniker.
17. Arbetsstycket kan vara vasst. Var försiktig efter
att ha böjt eller kapat arbetsstycken. Håll upp-
sikt efter vassa kanter eller vassa metallfrag-
ment som kan uppstå. Använd rejäla handskar
när du hanterar arbetsstycket.
VARNING: Varningar, försiktighetsåtgärder och
anvisningar i denna bruksanvisning kan inte täcka

försiktighet är faktorer som inte kan byggas in i

Funktioner

värmning och hamring.

Uppackning
När du packar upp, kontrollera att artikeln är intakt
och oskadd. Om några delar saknas eller är trasiga
ska du kontakta Verktygsboden.
Underhåll
1. Håll maskinen ren.
2. Smörj de rörliga delarna med fett.
3. Täck utsidans yta med anti-rostolja.
Montering
1. Placera topphjulet (#2) i konsolen överst på en-
heten. Fäst med topphjulsaxeln (#3) och säkra
med C-ring (#4).
2. Sätt prolhjulskonsolen (#5) i hållaren i slutet
av ramen (#1).
3. Skruva i justeringsskruven (#14) i enheten.
4. Skruva i vredet (#9) i ramens (#1) gängade hål
för att låta vredet (#9) hamna i
prolhjulskonsolens (#5) springa. Skruva åt
vredet (#9).
5. Placera de två delarna av prolhjulsstället (#13)
på enheten och säkra med mutter M6 (#11),
bricka 6mm (#8) och bult M6x40 (#15).
6. Säkra det engelska hjulet på dess mittpunkt
med ett skruvstycke. Montera endast det
engelska hjulet på en arbetsyta som kan ta
vikten av både hjulet och arbetsstycket.
7. Skjut prolhjulsaxeln (#6) genom hålet i
prolhjulen (#12-01, #12-02, #12-03, #12-04,
#12-05, #12-06, #12-07) och placera dem i
stället (#13).
8. Koppla samman vinkelstålet (#16) med ramen
(#1) med hjälp av bult M8x45 (#17), bricka
8mm (#18) och mutter M8 (#19).
Användande
1. Bär alltid arbetshandskar när du använder det
engelska hjulet.
2. Välj lämpligt prolhjul (#12-01, #12-02, #12-03,
#12-04, #12-05, #12-06, #12-07) för arbetet och
placera det i prolhjulskonsolen (#5).
3. För in arbetsstycket mellan topphjulet (#2) och
det valda prolhjulet (#12-01, #12-02, #12-03,
#12-04, #12-05, #12-06, #12-07).
4. Vrid justeringsskruven (14#) tills topphjulet
(#2) och prolhjulet (#12-01, #12-02, #12-03,
#12-04, #12-05, #12-06, #12-07) möter
metallen. Det rekommenderas att ha ett lätt
tryck, snarare än ett hårt. Ett hårt tryck gör
det svårare att röra metallen och kan orsaka
veckning. Ett löst tryck gör det enkelt att röra
metallen och möjliggör större exakthet. Det kan
dock krävas er gånger för att forma metallen.
5. Forma metallen genom att trycka och dra den
mellan hjulen.
6. När du är klar, lossa justeringsskruven (#14)
och ta bort arbetsstycket från det engelska
hjulet.
7. Rengör och förvara sedan produkten inomhus
där barn inte kan komma åt den.

tions, installation instructions, operation and
maintenance procedures, list and diagram of parts.
Keep your invoice together with this manual. Write
the invoice number on the inside of the front. Store
manual and invoice in a safe and dry place for
future use.
Safety and precautions
WARNING: Basic safety precautions should always
be followed when using the tool to reduce the risk
of personal injury and other injuries.
Read all instructions before using this tool!
1. Keep the work surface clean. Disorder might
cause injury.
2. Observe the conditions in the work area. Do not
use machines or power tools in damp or wet
places. Do not expose to rain. Keep the work
area properly lit. Do not use power tools in the
presence of ammable gases or liquids.
3. Keep children away. Children should never be
allowed in the work area. Do not allow them to
handle machines, tools or extension cords.
4. Store unused equipment. When not in use,
store tools in a dry place so it does not get
attacked by rust. Always lock tools and keep
away from children.
5. Do not force the tool. It will make the job better
and safer in the capacity it was intended for.
Do not use inappropriate accessories in an
attempt to exceed the capacity of the tool.
6. Use the right tools for the job. Do not try to get
a small tool or accessory to do the job of a
larger industrial tool. Do not modify this tool or
use it for a purpose for which it was not
intended.
7. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing
or jewelry, as they may get caught in moving
parts. Protective, electrically non-conductive
clothing and non-slip shoes are recommended
during work. Wear hair protection to keep long
hair away.
8. Wear eye and hearing protection. Always wear
ANSI-approved safety goggles. Wear a full face
shield if you produce metal shavings or wood
chips. Wear an ANSI-approved face mask or
respirator when working near metal, wood, and
chemical dust and fog liquids.
9. Do not stretch. Keep your feet on the ground
and keep your balance. Do not extend over or
along machines in operation. Keep hands and
ngers away from rollers when in use.
10. Maintain tools properly. Keep tools sharp and
clean for better and safer performance. Follow
the instructions for lubrication and replacement
of accessories. Regularly inspect tool cords
and, if damaged, have them repaired by an
authorized technician. The handle must always
be kept clean, dry and free of oil and grease.
11. Remove adjustable keys and knobs. Before
engaging it, make sure that keys and adjustable
knobs are removed from the tool or the
machine’s work surface.
12. Be alert. Keep track of what you do and use
common sense. Do not use tools when you are
tired.

13. Check for damaged parts. Before using any
tool, carefully inspect all parts that look da-
maged to see if they can be used properly and
perform the intended function. Check the con-
nection and brackets of moving parts; broken
parts or mounting accessories; and any other
condition that may affect proper operation. All
damaged parts must be repaired or replaced by
a qualied technician.
14. Spare parts and accessories. Use only identical
spare parts when servicing. Using other parts
invalidates the warranty. Use only accessories
that are intended for use with this tool.
15. Do not use the tool if you have drunk alcohol
or taken medication. Read warning texts if you
are taking prescription medication to determine
if your judgment or reexes are impaired while
you are taking the medication. If in doubt, do
not use the tool.
16. Maintenance. For your safety, service and ma-
intenance should be done regularly by a
qualied technician.
17. The workpiece may be sharp. Be careful after
bending or cutting workpieces. Watch out for
sharp edges or sharp metal fragments that
may occur. Wear sturdy gloves when handling
the workpiece.
WARNING: The warnings, precautions, and

The operator should understand that common
sense and caution are factors that cannot be built
into the product, but must come from the operator
himself.
Functions
1. Make a smooth radiant surface in sheet metal
without heating and hammering.
2. Easy to adjust and assemble.
3. Lower prole wheel matrix for another radius.
4. Construction entirely in steel.
Unpacking
When unpacking, make sure the item is intact and
undamaged. If any parts are missing or broken,
contact the seller.
Maintenance
1. Keep the machine clean.
2. Lubricate the moving parts with grease.
3. Cover the outside surface with anti-rust oil.
Assembly
1. Place the top matrix (# 2) in the console at the
top of the device. Attach with the top matrix
shaft (# 3) and secure with C-ring (# 4).
2. Insert the prole wheel bracket (# 5) into the
holder at the end of the frame (# 1).
3. Screw in the adjusting screw (# 14) in the unit.
4. Screw in the knob (# 9) in the threaded hole of
the frame (# 1) to allow the knob (# 9) to end
up in the prole wheel bracket (# 5). Tighten
the knob (# 9).
5. Place the two parts of the matrix stand (# 13)
on the unit and secure with a nut M6 (# 11),
washer 6 mm (# 8) and bolt M6x40 (# 15).
6. Secure the English wheel to its center point
with a vice. Only mount the English wheel on a
work surface that can carry the weight of both
the wheel and the workpiece.
7. Slide the prole wheel shaft (# 6) through the
hole in the prole wheels (# 12-01, # 12-02, #
12-03, # 12-04, # 12-05, # 12-06, # 12-07) and
place those in the matrix space (# 13).
8. Connect the angle steel (# 16) to the frame (#
1) using bolt M8x45 (# 17), washer 8mm (# 18)
and nut M8 (# 19).
Usage
1. Always wear work gloves when using the
English wheel.
2. Select the appropriate prole wheel (# 12-01, #
12-02, # 12-03, # 12-04, # 12-05, # 12-06,
# 12-07) for the job and place it in the prole
wheel console (# 5).
3. Insert the workpiece between the top matrix
(# 2) and the selected prole wheel (# 12-01,
# 12-02, # 12-03, # 12-04, # 12-05, # 12-06, #
12-07 ).
4. Turn the adjusting screw (14 #) until the top
matrix (# 2) and the prole wheel (# 12-01, #
12-02, # 12-03, # 12-04, # 12-05, # 12-06, #
12-07) meets the metal. It is recommended to
have a light pressure, rather than a hard one.
A hard pressure makes it harder to touch the
metal and can cause creasing. A loose
pressure makes it easy to move the metal and
enables greater accuracy. However, more times
may be required to shape the metal.
5. Shape the metal by pushing and pulling it
between the matrices.
6. When nished, loosen the adjusting screw
(# 14) and remove the workpiece from the
English wheel.
7. Then clean and store the product indoors
where children cannot access it.
