Description
This support immobilises the shoulder after rotator cuff repair,
shoulder girdle fracture, dislocation/subluxation or multidirectional
instability. Made from a soft velour material for comfort and has easy
use features such as a quick release buckle, de-rotational shoulder
strap and an exercise ball to facilitate hand function and stimulates
circulation.
This support is manufactured from high quality materials and we
recommend that a medical professional fits the support for you. If at any time you experience discomfort or your
condition worsens, remove the support immediately and consult your therapist/medical professional. For size
measure the length of the forearm.
Fitting Instructions
A) Detach shoulder strap and open front panel. Position elbow in the sling as far back as possible.
Loop the sling strap through the D-ring and secure.
B) Secure strap at the top of the sling. If the thumb strap is desired, attach strap at the front of the sling.
C) Place shoulder strap over the opposite shoulder. Connect shoulder strap to the sling using the quick
release buckle.
D) Place pillow at the waistline of the affected
side. Attach the sling to the outside of the
pillow, along the hook and loop strips.
Buckle the waist strap to the pillow and
adjust the strap to fit. Position the arm
for desired internal or external rotation by
sliding the pillow forward or back along
the waistline.
Cleaning and Care
Hand wash in warm water with liquid mild
soap and leave to dry naturally.
DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR
TUMBLE DRY.
NEVER OVER TIGHTEN STRAPS.
This support should feel comfortable at
all times.
REMOVE BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP.

Description
Ce support immobilise l’épaule après réparation de la coiffe des rotateurs,
fracture de la ceinture thoracique, luxation complète ou incomplète ou
instabilité multidirectionnelle. Fabriqué en velours souple pour un confort
et une utilisation facile grâce notamment à son système d’ouverture
/ fermeture rapide, sa bretelle de blocage de rotation et une balle
d’exercice pour exercer la main et stimuler la circulation. Ce support est
fabriqué à partir de matériaux de grande qualité et nous recommandons
qu’il soit posé sur vous par un professionnel de la santé. Si, à un moment
ou à un autre, vous ressentez une certaine gêne ou votre état empire,
retirez immédiatement le support et consultez votre médecin. Pour la taille mesurer la longueur de l’avant-bras.
Instructions de mise en place
A) Détacher la bretelle et ouvrir le panneau avant. Placer le coude dans l’écharpe, aussi loin que possible. Faire
passer la bande de l’écharpe à travers la bague en D et la fixer.
B) Attacher la bande en haut de l’écharpe. Si une bande de pouce est requise, l’attacher à l’avant de l’écharpe.
C) Placer la bretelle par-dessus l’épaule du côté opposé. Raccorder la bretelle à l’écharpe au moyen du système à
ouverture / fermeture rapide.
D) Placer le coussin au niveau de la ceinture, sur le côté affecté. Attacher l’écharpe à l’extérieur du coussin, avec le
crochet et les longueurs de boucle. Attacher au coussin la sangle de fixation à la taille et régler la sangle comme il
convient. Placer le bras selon la rotation interne ou externe souhaitée en faisant glisser le coussin vers l’avant ou
vers l’arrière le long de la ceinture.
Nettoyage et Entretien
À laver à la main dans de l’eau tiède et avec un détergent liquide doux, puis laisser sécher naturellement.
NE PAS LAVER À LA MACHINE OU NE PAS PASSER AU SÈCHE-LINGE. NE JAMAIS TROP SERRER LES
SANGLES. Vous devez toujours vous sentir à l’aise avec ce support. LE RETIRER AVANT D’ALLER AU LIT.

oder bei mehrdirektionaler Instabilität. Aus weichen Veloursmaterial für
höheren Komfort hergestellt. Mit einfach zu benutzenden Funktionen wie
einer Schnellverschlussschnalle, einem De-Rotation-Schultergurt und
einem Übungsball zur Kräftigung der Handfunktion und Stimulation des
Blutkreislaufs. Diese Bandage ist aus qualitativ hochwertigen Materialien
hergestellt, und wir empfehlen Ihnen, die Bandage von medizinischem
Fachpersonal anpassen zu lassen. Sollten Sie zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt
Beschwerden feststellen oder falls sich Ihr Zustand verschlechtert, nehmen Sie die Bandage sofort ab und wenden Sie an
Ihren Therapeuten bzw. Arzt. Für Größe messen Sie die Länge des Unterarms.
Anleitung zum Anlegen
A) Schultergurt lösen und Vorderteil öffnen Ellbogen soweit wie möglich nach hinten in der Schlinge positionieren.
Schlingengurt durch den D-Ring schlingen und befestigen.
B) Gurt an der Oberseite der Schlinge befestigen. Wenn der Daumengurt benötigt wird, Gurt an der Vorderseite der
Schlinge anbringen.
C) Schultergurt über die gegenüberliegende Schulter legen. Schultergurt mit der Schnellverschlussschnalle an der
Schlinge befestigen.
D) Polster an der Taille der betroffenen Seite positionieren. Schlinge an der Außenseite des Polsters entlang der
Klettstreifen befestigen. Den Taillengurt am Polster festschnallen und passend einstellen. Den Arm für gewünschte
interne oder externe Rotation durch Verschieben des Polsters entlang der Taille nach vorn oder hinten positionieren.
Reinigung und Pflege
In warmem Wasser mit der Hand mit milder Seife waschen und an der Luft trocknen lassen.
NICHT IN DER MASCHINE WASCHEN ODER IM TROCKNER TROCKNEN. GURTE NIEMALS ÜBERMÄSSIG
FEST ANZIEHEN. Diese Bandage sollte jederzeit komfortabel anliegen. VOR DEM SCHLAFENGEHEN ABNEHMEN.

con materiales de alta calidad. Se recomienda que un profesional médico
realice el ajuste para usted. Si en algún momento no se siente cómodo o su
estado empeora, retire inmediatamente el soporte y consulte a su terapeuta

Instrucciones de colocación
A) Suelte la correa del hombro y abra el panel frontal. Coloque el codo en el cabestrillo e introdúzcalo todo lo
posible. Pase la correa del cabestrillo a través del anillo en D y sujétela.
B) Sujete la correa en la parte superior del cabestrillo. Si desea utilizar la correa de pulgar, sujete la correa en la
parte delantera del cabestrillo.
C) Coloque la correa de hombro sobre el hombro opuesto. Una la correa de hombro del cabestrillo con la hebilla de
liberación rápida.
D) Coloque la almohadilla en la cintura del lado afectado. Fije el cabestrillo al exterior de la almohadila, a lo largo de las
tiras del gancho y el bucle. Abroche la correa de la cintura a la almohadilla y ajuste la correa. Coloque el brazo para
la rotación interna o externa deseada pasando la almohadilla hacia adelante o hacia atrás a lo largo de la cintura.
Limpieza y cuidados
Lavar a mano en agua tibia con jabón líquido suave y dejar secar al aire libre. NO LAVAR A MAQUINA NI SECAR
EN SECADORA. NO APRETAR LAS CORREAS EN EXCESO. Este soporte debe sentirse cómodo en todo
momento. QUÍTESELO ANTES DE IR A DORMIR.

Questo tutore immobilizza la spalla in seguito a riparazione della cuffia
dei rotatori, frattura del cingolo scapolare, dislocazione/sublussazione o
instabilità multidirezionale. È realizzato in morbido materiale simil-velluto
che garantisce il massimo comfort ed è provvisto di accessori facili da
utilizzare, come la fibbia a sgancio rapido, la tracolla derotativa e la
pallina per esercizi per semplificare il movimento della mano e stimolare
la circolazione. Per misurare la dimensione lunghezza dell’avambraccio.
Istruzioni di Posizionamento
A) Rimuovere la tracolla e aprire il pannello anteriore. Posizionare il
gomito nella fascia il più indietro possibile. Far passare la cinghia della fascia nell’anello fissarla.
B) Fissare la cinghia sulla parte superiore della fascia. Se si desidera utilizzare anche la cinghia per il pollice,
applicarla nella parte anteriore della fascia.
C) Appoggiare la tracolla sulla spalla opposta. Agganciare la tracolla alla fascia utilizzando la fibbia a sgancio rapido.
D) Appoggiare il cuscino sulla vita nel lato interessato. Fissare la fascia alla parte esterna del cuscino, lungo il gancio e
le cinghie del cappio. Allacciare la cinghia della vita al cuscino e regolarla in modo che sia ben fissata. Posizionare
il braccio in base alla rotazione interna o esterna desiderata facendo scorrere il cuscino in avanti e indietro lungo
la vita.
Pulizia e cura
Lavare a mano in acqua calda con detergente liquido delicato e lasciare asciugare naturalmente.
NON LAVARE IN LAVATRICE O ASCIUGARE A SECCO. NON SERRARE ECCESSIVAMENTE LE CINGHIE.Il
supporto non deve mai essere scomodo. RIMUOVERE PRIMA DI ANDARE A LETTO.

Omschrijving
Dit hulpmiddel immobiliseert de schouder na een operatie aan de
rotatorenmanchet, een schoudergordelbreuk, dislocatie/subluxatie of
algemene instabiliteit. De immobilisator is gemaakt van zacht velours
zodat die comfortabel is en heeft allerlei aspecten die het gebruiksgemak
verhogen, zoals een snel los te maken gesp, derotationele schouderband
en een oefenbal om de handfunctie te bevorderen en de circulatie te
stimuleren. Dit hulpmiddel is gemaakt van hoogwaardige materialen. We
adviseren u dit hulpmiddel te laten aanmeten door een zorgprofessional.
Mocht u op enig moment pijn ondervinden of mocht uw situatie
verslechteren, verwijder het hulpmiddel dan direct en raadpleeg uw
therapeut/zorgprofessional. Voor de grootte meten de lengte van de onderarm.
Pasinstructies
A) Maak de schouderband los en maak het voorstuk open. Plaats de elleboog zo ver mogelijk in de mitella.
Haal de band van de mitella door de D-ring en zet die vast.
B) Maak de band boven aan de mitella vast. Als de duimband gewenst is, maak die dan vast aan de voorzijde
van de mitella.
C) Plaats de schouderband over de andere schouder. Bevestig de schouderband aan de mitella met de snel los te
maken gesp.
D) Plaats het kussen aan de getroffen zijde in de taille. Bevestig de mitella met klittenband aan de buitenkant van het
kussen. Gesp de tailleband vast aan het kussen en stel de band in op de juiste maat. Breng de arm voor gewenste
interne of externe rotatie op de juiste plaats door het kussen in de taille naar voren of naar achteren te schuiven.
Schoonmaken en Onderhoud
Was het hulpmiddel met de hand in warm water met vloeibare milde zeep en laat het aan de lucht drogen.
NIET IN DE WASMACHINE OF WASDROGER STOPPEN. TREK BANDEN NOOIT TE STRAK AAN.
Dit hulpmiddel dient altijd prettig aan te voelen. VERWIJDER HET VOORDAT U GAAT SLAPEN.
