4. Use Surge protection (upto 10kV) to protect against surges/Use Type B+C surge type SPD in
distribution box to arrest switching and lighting surges.
6. Carefully re-install all seals and gaskets when servicing the luminaire.
CAUTION
1. Ensure Earthing is connected in right manner.
FAILURE OF PRODUCT DUE TO NON COMPLIANCE TO ANY OF THE ABOVE, VOIDS WARRANTY
2. Cable Entry gland should be properly tightened.
3. Product should be operated between 120-270V A.C.
5. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable, when the light source reaches
its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.

Take the Luminaire out of the packing Box.
Unscrew the M4x8 Retainer Screw to open the
driver cover and to have access to the electrical
connections.
Note: Driver cover has Self retaining screws.

Firstly, remove the LED Engine connections. Care
to be taken through out the process to not to
create any type of pull force on any of the LED
Engine wires.
Then, loosen the three M4 screw slightly, then
rotate the gear tray in ant-clockwise direction and
take the gear tray out of the housing.
Rotate the driver gear tray in clockwise direction to lock
the gear tray in between screws, then, fix it by tightening
the loosen screws

Screw the M4x8 Captive screw to close the
driver cover.
Tighten the Gland with the help of box
spanner with a torque of 2 to 2.5 Nm.

Secure the Gasket on the housing rib. Place the
Driver Cover on the housing matching with the
profile of gasket.
Fix the driver tray as shown in the figure.
Care to be taken that no force to be applied on
earthing wires during the process.

Loosen the Gland with the help of box
spanner and insert the wire from the Pole
mounting side. Take wire length of 80mm
inside the compartment.

Make the electrical connections in 3 pole connector
as per the LNE marking. Then, connect the LED
Engine wire connections with the driver output.

This luminaire is suitable for Pole of outer
Dia 48mm to Dia 60mm. Tighten the screws
with a torque of 8Nm.
Tighten the M4 Retainer Screw after properly
placing the Driver Cover with initially a torque of
1Nm, then finally tighten with a torque of 1.2Nm.

For pre-wired luminaire, directly connect it to the
incoming Power Cable. Wires to be properly
terminated to ensure safety, preferably using a IP65
sealed connector (not part of supply).
Ensure ground wire is properly connected.
For non-prewired luminaire follow the instructions
as per the steps defined.
