FIXATION AU SOL DE LA SÉRIE

INSTRUCCIONES DE FIJACIÓN
DE LA BASE PARA LA SERIE
SS1180K/E FORTRESS
Merci d'avoir acheté un coffre-fort Phoenix. Votre coffre-fort est prêt à être fixé au sol. Pour ce faire,
suivez les instructions ci-après. Si vous ne souhaitez pas fixer votre coffre-fort au sol, insérez les
bouchons noirs de fond dans les trous de fixation.
COMMENT FIXER VOTRE COFFRE-FORT AU SOL
IL VOUS FAUT :
1) Une perceuse électrique.
2) 1 mèche de maçonnerie – 1 x 10 mm.
3) Une tête creuse de 13 mm.
4) Du ruban adhésif.
5) Un crayon.
6) Une règle.
CHOISISSEZ L'EMPLACEMENT DE VOTRE COFFRE-FORT.
1) Choisissez un emplacement qui ne gênera pas l'accès, ni l'ouverture de la porte.
2) Vérifiez que le sol est bien plat.
3) Pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats, il est conseillé de choisir un sol en béton.
PERÇAGE ET BOULONNAGE
1) Posez le coffre-fort dans la position voulue. Tracez ensuite un repère au crayon, sur le sol, autour du
coffre-fort. (Si le coffre-fort est fixé contre un mur, seuls l'avant et les côtés doivent être tracés.)
2) Ouvrez la porte du coffre-fort.
3) Tracez des repères sur le sol pour le perçage. Utilisez le crayon à travers les trous de fixation au sol
se trouvant dans le fond du coffre-fort.
4) Mettez ensuite le coffre-fort de côté, afin d'avoir accès aux repères tracés sur le sol.
5) Avant d'utiliser la mèche de 10 mm : avec la règle, mesurez 45 mm à partir de la pointe de la
mèche et posez un morceau de ruban adhésif autour de la mèche pour être sûr de ne pas percer
trop profond.
6) Percez les trous de 10 mm dans le sol jusqu'à atteindre votre repère de 45 mm.
7) Vos boulons comptent trois parties :
a. Un boulon à tête creuse
b. Une rondelle
c. Une cheville
8) Prenez les chevilles et insérez-les dans les trous percés.
9) Remettez le coffre-fort à sa place, posez les rondelles sur les boulons et introduisez les boulons
dans le fond du coffre-fort, dans le sol, puis serrez.
VOTRE COFFRE-FORT EST À PRÉSENT FIXÉ.
Gracias por comprar una caja de seguridad Phoenix. Su caja de seguridad está preparada para fijar al
suelo. Para fijarla al suelo, siga las instrucciones que se ofrecen a continuación. Si no tiene pensado
fijarla al suelo, inserte el tapón negro en los orificios de fijación.
CÓMO FIJAR AL SUELO SU CAJA DE SEGURIDAD –
NECESITARÁ
1) Un taladro eléctrico.
2) Una broca para mampostería de10 mm.
3) Una llave hueca de 13 mm.
4) Cinta adhesiva.
5) Un lápiz
6) Una regla
ELECCIÓN DEL LUGAR PARA INSTALAR LA CAJA DE SEGURIDAD
1) Busque un sitio que no restrinja el acceso ni la apertura de la puerta.
2) Compruebe que el piso está nivelado.
3) Para obtener los mejores resultados, es preferible un piso de hormigón.
TALADRADO Y COLOCACIÓN DE LOS PERNOS
1) Coloque la caja de seguridad en la posición deseada. Ahora, marque el suelo alrededor de la caja
con el lápiz. (Si la caja se encuentra contra una pared, marque sólo la parte delantera y los laterales)
2) Abra la puerta de la caja.
3) Marque las posiciones en el suelo para hacer los taladros. Introduzca el lápiz a través de los orificios
de fijación de la base.
4) Ahora, retire la caja para tener acceso a las marcas dibujadas en el suelo.
5) Antes de usar la broca de 10 mm: mida con la regla 45 mm desde la punta de la broca y ponga un
trozo de cinta adhesiva alrededor de la misma para no hacer un taladro demasiado profundo.
6) Taladre los orificios de 10 mm en el suelo hasta que llegue a la marca de 45 mm.
7) Los pernos se componen de tres partes
a. Un perno de cabeza hexagonal
b. Una arandela
c. Un taco
8) Inserte los tacos en los orificios taladrados.
9) Vuelva a colocar la caja en su posición, coloque las arandelas en los pernos e inserte éstos en el
suelo, a través de la base, y apriételos.

SS1180K/E BASE FIXING
INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for purchasing a Phoenix Safe. Your safe is ready prepared for base fixing. To base fix your
safe, follow instructions below. If you do not plan to base fix your safe please insert the black base plugs
into the fixing holes.
HOW TO BOLT YOUR SAFE DOWN
YOU WILL REQUIRE
1) An electric drill.
2) 1 masonry drill bit – 1 x 13mm.
3) Adhesive tape.
4) A pencil
5) A ruler
6) A 6mm Allen key
CHOOSING A PLACE TO INSTALL YOUR SAFE
1) Look for a place that does not restrict access and the swing of the door.
2) Ensure that the floor is level.
3) For best results a concrete floor is preferable.
DRILLING & BOLTING
1) Manoeuvre the safe into the required position. Now with the pencil mark the floor around the safe. (If
the safe is against a wall then just the front and sides needs to be marked)
2) Open the safe door.
3) Mark the positions on the floor for drilling. Use the pencil through the base fixing holes in the base
of the safe.
4) Now move the safe to one side, giving you access to the markings on the floor
5) Before using the 13mm drill bit. With the ruler measure 95mm from the tip of the bit and put a piece
of adhesive tape around the bit to ensure you do not drill too deep.
6) Drill the 13mm holes in the floor until you reach your 95mm marker.
7) Clean the floor around the holes.
8) There are four parts to your bolts
a. A socket head bolt
b. Two washers (one steel and one plastic)
c. A 40mm spacer
d. 50mm shield
9) Take the 50mm shields and the 40mm spacers, insert these into the drilled holes, shield first.
10) Place the safe back into position, place the washers onto the bolts and insert the bolts through the
base of the safe, into the floor and right down to the shield and tighten until you can not turn the
Allen key any further.
11) Insert the black base plugs.
YOUR SAFE IS NOW BASE FIXED.

BODENMONTAGE SERIE

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für einen Tresor von Phoenix entschieden haben. Ihr Tresor ist bereits für die
Bodenmontage vorbereitet. Bitte folgen Sie den unten stehenden Anleitungen. Sollten Sie Ihren Tresor
nicht befestigen wollen, setzen Sie bitte die schwarzen Abdeckungen in die Befestigungsbohrungen ein.
BODENVERANKERUNG DES TRESORS
SIE BENÖTIGEN
1) 1 Bohrmaschine
2) 1 Betonbohrer 13mm
3) 1 Innensechskantsteckschlüssel 6mm
4) Klebeband
5) 1 Bleistift
6) 1 Meßmittel (Gliedermaßstab, Lineal……………..)
DIE AUSWAHL DES STANDORTES FÜR IHREN TRESOR
1) Suchen Sie sich einen Platz aus, an dem das Öffnen der Tresortür nicht beeinträchtigt wird
(Türradius).
2) Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Boden gerade ist.
3) Am besten ist ein Betonboden geeignet.
BOHREN & BEFESTIGEN
1) Stellen Sie den Tresor auf die gewünschte Position. Nun markieren Sie mit einem Bleistift die
äußeren Abmessungen des Tresors auf dem Boden (wenn der Tresor an der Wand steht, nur die
Front und die beiden Seiten markieren).
2) Öffnen Sie die Tresortür.
3) Markieren Sie die Bohrlöcher am Boden. Benutzen Sie hierbei den Bleistift.
4) Entfernen Sie nun den Tresor sodass am Boden nun die Markierungen für die Bohrungen
zugänglich sind.
5) Bevor Sie den 13mm Bohrer benutzen, messen Sie mit einem Lineal 45mm von der Bohrerspitze
ab und markieren Sie die Stelle mit Klebeband, um sicher zu stellen, dass Sie nicht zu tief bohren.
6) Bohren Sie die 13mm –Löcher in den Fußboden und achten Sie darauf, dass Sie nicht tiefer als
45mm bohren.
7) Die Befestigungssets bestehen jeweils aus 3 Teilen:
a. Ein Imbusbolzen
b. Eine U-Scheibe
c. Ein Dübel
8) Stecken Sie die Dübel in die Bohrlöcher.
9) Positionieren Sie den Tresor erneut, setzen Sie die U-Scheiben auf die Bolzen, stecken Sie die
Bolzen vom Tresorinneren in die Bohrlöcher im Boden und ziehen Sie die Bolzen fest.
IHR TRESOR IST NUN IM BODEN VERANKERT.
Vi ringraziamo per aver acquistato una Cassaforte Phoenix. La cassaforte è pronta per essere fissata alla
base. Per installare la cassaforte, seguire le istruzioni sotto indicate. Nel caso non si voglia fissare la
cassaforte alla base, inserire i tappi neri nei fori di fissaggio
COME FISSARE LA CASSAFORTE AL PAVIMENTO –
MATERIALE NECESSARIO
1) Trapano elettrico.
2) 1 punta da trapano da 10mm.
3) Chiave inglese da 13mm.
4) Nastro adesivo.
5) Matita
6) Righello
DOVE INSTALLARE LA CASSAFORTE
1) Scegliere una posizione senza restrizioni di accesso e che permetta l’apertura totale dello sportello.
2) Assicurarsi che il pavimento sia piano.
3) Ideale il pavimento in cemento.
TRAPANARE & FISSARE
1) Sistemare la cassaforte nella posizione richiesta. Con una matita tracciare sul pavimento il perimetro
della cassaforte. (Se la cassaforte è contro un muro basterà tracciare la parte frontale e laterale).
2) Aprire lo sportello della cassaforte.
3) Attraverso i fori alla base della cassaforte, contrassegnare con la matita i punti per la trapanatura.
4) Spostare la cassaforte in modo da avere accesso ai contrassegni sul pavimento
5) Prima di usare la punta da 10mm, misurare con il righello 45mm dall’apice della punta e qui
avvolgere un pezzo di nastro adesivo in modo da non superare la profondità richiesta.
6) Con la punta da 10mm effettuare i fori nel pavimento fino a raggiungere i 45mm contrassegnati dal
nastro adesivo.
7) I bulloni sono composti da tre parti
a. Bullone
b. Rosetta
c. Tassello
8) Inserire i tasselli nei fori.
9) Mettere di nuovo la cassaforte in posizione, inserire rosette e bulloni nella base della cassaforte ed
avvitare saldamente al pavimento.
LA CASSAFORTE E’ STATA FISSATA.
