Important Safety Information
Read all instructions carefully before operating this product.
Warning! Do not attempt to operate this power tool until you have read this
manual thoroughly and completely understand all instructions, safety
information and warnings. Failure to comply can result in accidents
involving fire, electric shock and/or serious personal injury. Save these
instructions and refer to them for continued safety.
• Do not operate power tools while under the influence of drugs, alcohol,
medication or if you are tired.
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, serious personal injury and even
death, know you power tools applications and limitations as well as the
potential hazards related to this and all power tools. Read operators manual in
its entirety.
• Pay close attention when operating power tools.
• Keep clothing, body parts, hair and jewelry away from moving parts. Do not
wear loose clothing. Put hair up if long. do not wear jewelry.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Do not use in an unstable environment.
• Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protections when operating a power
tool.
• Always disconnect battery pack from tool before changing attachments,
making adjustments and storing.
• Keep battery pack away from metal objects as this can make a connection from
one terminal to another and cause sparks, burns or a fire.
• Discontinue use if power trigger does not turn the tool on or off.
• Do not force attachments onto the tool. Use appropriate attachment for each
application. Failure to do so could result in damage to the tool and/or serious
personal injury.
• Use only the manufacturer recommended battery packs and chargers for this
power tool. Use of any other battery pack or charger may damage the tool,
cause fire and personal injury.
• Use only attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
• Keep all attachments well maintained, clean and sharp. This keeps them
operating safely.

• If power tool or any of its attachments becomes damaged in any way
discontinue use immediately.
• If dropped or damaged, discontinue use until the tool has been inspected by a
qualified electrical repair technician.
• Discontinue use if power tool, charger or any attachments have been dropped
into water, left outside in the rain or in a damp environment. Have a qualified
electronic repair technician inspect before use.
• Beware of possible hazard when not in use. Changing attachment in operating
condition can be hazardous since the tool does not have to be plugged into an
electrical outlet to begin to work.
• Batteries vent hydrogen gas and can explode in the presence of a source of
ignition, such as a pilot light. To reduce the risk of serious personal injury,
never use any cordless product in the presence of an open flame. An exploded
battery can propel debris and chemicals. If exposed to skin, wash with water
immediately.
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire or serious personal injury, do not keep
battery or batter charger in a damp or wet area.
• Do not store outside or in vehicles. Storage temperature is 50°to 80° F
• If battery should ever leak or corrode and liquid comes in contact with your
skin, wash immediately with soap and water, then neutralize with lemon juice
or vinegar. If it gets in your eyes, flush thoroughly with clean water for at least
10 minutes then seek immediate medical attention.
• Do not use an extension cord unless it is absolutely necessary.
• Do not disassemble power tool or charger. Let a qualified electrical repair
person do this if necessary as the incorrect reassembly could result in electric
shock or fire.
• Always disconnect charger from electrical outlet when not in use.
• Do not attempt to clean charger unless it is unplugged from the electrical
outlet.
• Discontinue use and replace all attachments once they have become dull.
• Never force saw blades, drill bits, chisels, etc
• Use only sharp cutting bits and grinding tools that are in good condition and
that are the proper size.
• Before using the saw blade make sure the blade is properly mounted in the
chuck, collet or saw blade attachment.
• Never use operate tool in wet conditions or areas to prevent personal injury

Work area safety
• Keep your work area clean, organized and well lit.
• Do not operate power tools in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or
dust.
• Be sure work piece is properly secure while drilling, chiselling, grinding or
sanding. To avoid serious injury never hold work piece with your hand.
Warning! Some dust created by power sanding, grinding, sawing, drilling
and other construction activities contains chemicals know to cause cancer,
birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals
are:
• Lead from lead-based paints
• Crystalline silica from bricks, cement and other masonry products
• Arsenic and chromium from chemically-treated lumber.
Important: Your risk from these exposures varies depending on how often you
do this type of work. To reduce exposure to these chemicals:
• Work in a well ventilated area.
• Use quality approved safety equipment such as eye protection and dust masks
that are specifically designed to filter out microscopic particles.
• Save these instructions. Follow them carefully to reduce risk of electrical
shock, fire, serious personal injury and/or death from improper use.
• Wear safety goggles or glasses at all times. Make sure your eye protection is
marked to comply with ANSI or CSA standards.
• Use clamps, vices or other safe ways to secure and support the item being
worked on. Work on a stable platform.
• Check for damaged parts before using tool or attachments. do not use the tool
if the on/off switch does not operate properly.
• To prevent electric shock avoid bodily contact with grounded surfaces such as
pipes, radiators, ranges and refrigerator enclosures.

possibly cover every condition or situation that could occur while using this
product

Battery Safety
• Before charging the battery read all instructions and warnings carefully.
• Never use any other battery charger to charge the supplied battery.
• Never leave, use store or expose battery to rain or wet conditions.
• Never touch the battery with electrically conductive objects.
• Never throw battery into fire.
• Do not throw battery in the trash. Recycle following all local ordinances.
• Replace battery charger if the light fails to come on when the battery is placed
in the charger.
Power Cord Safety
Voltage warning: Common household current is 110-120 volts. The charger
is rated from 110-120V. Never try to plug a 110-120V drill into a 220-240V
circuit, as this could cause serious personal injury.
• Never grab or carry power tool by the power cord.
• Keep power cord away from heat, oil sharp objects, edges or moving parts.
ª Do not use any electrical appliance with a damaged power cord. Discontinue
use immediately.
• Make sure power cord is properly placed so it will not be stepped on, tripped
over, or subject to damage to the power cord persons.
• Do not modify the plug in any way.
Important: Do not use an extension cord unless it is absolutely
necessary. If an extension cord is absolutely necessary be sure it is used
as follows. Failure to do so could result in fire and electrical shock.
• Make sure extension cord is properly placed so it will not be stepped on,
tripped over or subject to damage to the extension cord or persons.
• The pins on the plug of the extension cord are the same number, size and
shape as those of the plug on the charger.
• In good condition and proper rated amperage.
• The wire size is large enough for AC amp rating of the charger as specified
below.

Before you begin
Battery
The battery supplied with this product will not be fully charged. You need to
fully discharge the battery, then fully recharge for 3-5 uses prior to its full use.
Note: For best results, completely discharge the battery after use.
To discharge battery
Simply operate tool continuously until the battery loses its charge.
Charging the battery with standard charger
1. Plug AC adapter into a standard 120 electrical wall outlet.
2. Plug jack from AC adapter into 120 VDC base.
3. Insert battery into charger. Line up all 3 contacts.
4. Push the “set” button to being charging.
Important: A red LED light will come on when the battery begins charging.
Note: After battery is completely charged, the charger will continue to “trickle”
charge the battery to its fullest charge.
Warning! To reduce the risk of fire, never leave battery unattended while
charging.
Inserting the battery
Important: To avoid personal injury or property damage make sure the smart
switch is in the locked position prior to inserting the battery.
1. The battery only inserts one way. Do not force the battery into the base of the
tool. Note: If you have trouble inserting the battery check to see if it is
properly aligned with the bottom of the tool.
2. Push battery straight up (as shown) into the tool until it locks into place.
3. To remove battery, press the Battery Release buttons on both sides
of battery and pull it straight down.

Power Trigger
• The power tool operates when the direction control button is in either the
forward or backward position.
Note: if the power trigger does not work check that the direction button is not in
the locked (middle) position.
• The power trigger is designed to vary speed. Press it gently for a slow speed.
Press it harder for a faster speed. Top speed will be achieved by fully pressing
the power trigger. As you release the trigger the speed will slow down. choose
a speed that works best for your project.
To lock/unlock power trigger
1. Locate the direction control. this button directs the tool to operate in a
forward or backward direction.
2. Gently push the button to the middle position. this will lock the power trigger.
Warning! Always keep the power tool in the locked position when tool is
not in use, while changing attachments and storing.
Direction Control Button
Use this button to control the direction in which the tool operates. This button is
located above the power trigger. Forward position is used for clockwise
rotation.Use this position for all attachments. Reverse position is used for
counter -clockwise rotation. the drill/driver is the only attachment that will work
in the reverse direction.All the other attachments work only in the forward
direction. You lock the power trigger by positioning this button in the middle.

Steps for Changing Attachments
To install all attachments follow these easy steps:
1. Remove the battery
2. Remove the black protection plug on the back of each attachment before
attaching to the drill
3. Make sure the direction control is in the locked (middle) position.
4. The smart switch lock and release should be in the locked position.
Note This is different than the direction control. If the smart switch is in the
locked position the desired attachment will not be able to lock into place.
5. Locate the arrow on the base of the attachment.

6. Locate the arrow on the top of the Power tool.
7. Align both the arrows facing each other. Insert the base of the selected
attachment into the mouth of the Power tool and lock into place by changing
the smart switch to the locked position.
8. Insert battery and press the power trigger.
Important: Prior to use, run the tool for approximately 10 seconds to make sure
there are no loose parts, sparks or rattling. If this should occur discontinue use.
Something may be damaged or not assembled properly. Make sure the direction
control is in the correct position to operate.
Drill/Driver Attachment
Follow the steps 1-8 (changing attachments) from above to install the
Drill/Driver attachment. Note: The Drill/Driver attachment works in either the
forward or reverse direction.
Prior to use:
• Make sure the Drill/Driver is properly attached and secure.
• Make sure the direction switch is in the locked (middle)
position and not the reverse position. Note: this will damage
the power tool.
• Remove battery before changing bits or the attachment.
Warning! Never operate the Drill/Driver attachment without using ANSI or
CSA approved eye protection glasses.
Direction control: > Forward or Reverse <
Inserting drill bits:
1. Hold the chuck (as shown) with one hand and turn the chuck counter-
clockwise too loosen teeth.
2. Insert the drill bit carefully into the opening of the chuck.
Hold the chuck with one hand and turn in a clockwise
motion to secure the drill bit.
Important: Be sure the bit is centered in the opening of the
chuck while tightening.
Note: Maximum bit capacity of 3/8" diameter

Removing Drill Bits:
1. Hold the inner port of the chuck (as shown) with one hand and turn the outer
portion of the chuck counter-clockwise to loosen
2. Carefully remove bit from the chuck after loosening
Warning: Bits are sharp and may be hot from drilling. Use gloves or pliers
to remove from power tool
Drill Torque selector
This controls how hard you insert a screw or drive a nut and
protects the motor from sudden stops under power.
To set the torque selector: Locate the triangle shaped indicator mark
on the 4 main drill housing. Line up the triangle shaped indicator mark with the
numbers or intermediate marks from 1-8 (1 is the lowest setting, 8 is the
highest). The drill bit symbol represents the clutch. Use this setting when
making holes with the drill bit.
Important: Do not use this setting when driving screws or nuts.
To adjust the torque setting: We recommend starting at a mid setting such as
“4.” Test nut or screw to see if you need to add torque or subtract torque to get
the desired result (correct setting)
Sander/Polisher Attachment
Follow the steps 1-8 (changing attachments) from
above to install the Sander/Polisher attachment. You
can only operate the Sander/Polisher in the forward
direction. The direction control defaults to this position
once the Sander/Polisher attachment is attached.
Prior to use:
• Make sure the Sander/Polisher is properly attached and secure.
• Make sure the direction switch is in the locked (middle) position and not the
reverse position. Note: this will damage the power tool.
• Remove battery before changing any parts or the attachment.
Warning: Never operate the Sander/Polisher attachment without using
ANSI or CSA approved eye protection glasses.

Attaching Sandpaper:
1. Attach a piece of sandpaper to the sanding pad using the
hook and loop technology (as shown)
2. Insert the battery
3. Apply a little pressure to the power trigger and slowly
lower the sander to the workpiece.
Note: there are holes in the sandpaper and sanding pad. this allow the sanded
particles and dust to be removed from the work surface. Occasionally lift the
sander from work surface to allow the accumulated dust to fall from the sanding
attachment.
Reciprocating Saw Attachment
Follow the steps 1-8 (changing attachments) from
above to install the Reciprocating Saw
attachment. You can only operate the
Reciprocating Saw in the forward direction. The
direction control defaults to this position once the
Reciprocating Saw attachment is attached.
Prior to use:
• Make sure the Reciprocating Saw attachment is properly attached and secure.
• Make sure the direction switch is in the locked (middle) position and not the
reverse position. Note: this will damage the power tool.
• Remove battery before changing blades or the attachment.
Warning: Never operate the Reciprocating Saw attachment
without using ANSI or CSA approved eye protection glasses.

Attaching Blade:
Red blade: has smaller teeth and is used on harder material
such as metal
White blade: Has larger teeth and is used on softer materials
such as wood.
1. Locate the blade chamber inside the reciprocating saw
attachment.
2. Hold the attachment with the chamber facing you. the
opening for the hex key should be on the left side of the
attachment.
3. Insert the hex key into the screw opening on the left side of the
attachment and turn counter clockwise to loosen the chamber.

Note: Loosen chamber just enough to fit the blade in. Do not unscrew completely.
This will cause the chamber to fall apart.
4. Place the circular opening on the blade over the protruding pin with teeth of the
blade facing down.
5. Once the blade is on the pin turn the hex key clockwise to tighten (as shown)
Make sure the chamber is closed tight and is secure.
Note: Make sure the workpiece is secure and will not move during the cutting
process.
Grinder Attachment
Follow the steps 1-8 (changing attachments) from
above to install the grinder attachment. You can only
operate the grinder in the forward direction. The
direction control defaults to this position once the
grinder is attached.
Prior to use:
• Make sure the grinder attachment is properly
attached and secure.
• Make sure the direction switch is in the locked
(middle) position and not the reverse position.
Note: this will damage the power tool.
• Remove battery before changing any parts or the attachment.
Warning: Never operate the grinder without using ANSI or CSA approved eye
protection glasses.
Direction Control: > Forward Only
To avoid injury and possible damage to the workpiece:
• Secure workpiece so that it doesn't move while you are working.
• Use the proper grain grinding wheel.
• Gradually lower grinder until the grinding wheel contacts the workpiece
• Avoid moving grinder into workpiece too slowly.
• Avoid leaving in one spot for a long period of time.
• For best results operate the grinder at a 5° to 15° angle
Installing the grinding wheel:
Warning! Never use the grinding wheel attachment without the wheel cover
in place.
1. Install grinding wheel on the arbor shaft with grinding surface facing outward
(as shown)
2. Once grinding wheel is in place attach arbor nut onto threaded end of arbor
shaft (as shown)

3. Push spindle lock button in while rotating the arbor nut onto shaft in a
clockwise direction. Lock the arbor nut in place by using the pin spanner (as
shown.)
Important: Proper balance is essential for proper grinding
For removal of paint/rust etc: We recommend using a coarse wheel (30-36
grain)
For finishing surfaces: we recommend using a finer grain wheel (40-80 grain)
Router Attachment
Follow the steps 1-8 (changing attachments) from above to install the router
attachment. You can only operate the router in the forward direction. The
direction control defaults to this position once the router is attached.
Prior to use:
• Make sure the router attachment is properly attached and secure.
• Make sure the direction switch is in the locked (middle) position and not the
reverse position. Note: this will damage the power tool.
• Remove battery before changing any parts or the attachment.
Warning: Never operate the router without
using ANSI or CSA approved eye
protection glasses.

Installing router bits:
1. Select the appropriate cutting bit.
2. Locate the silver button on the router head
3. Push in and hold down the silver button while using the supplied collet
wrench to turn the collet screw counter-clockwise. This will loosen the collet
screw opening.
4. Continue to push in the silver button while inserting bit into the collet
opening. Use a pair of pliers (not included) to make sure the bit is all the way
in the collet.
5. Continue to push in the silver button while using the collet wrench to tighten
bit by turning the collet screw clockwise.
6. Tighten with collet wrench until it stops. Do not over tighten.
To remove bit from saw:
1. Push in and hold the silver button
2. Use the collet wrench to turn the collet screw counter-clockwise until loose.
3. Use pliers (not included) to remove the bit.
Adjusting the depth gauge:
1. Loosen the screws on both sides of the bracket
2. Adjust the bracket to the desired depth by sliding the bracket up or down.
3. Make sure the bracket is level and even.
4. Tighten screws on both sides of bracket.
