product malfunctions, or is dropped or appears damaged in any way.
Return the complete product to the place of purchase for inspection,
repair or replacement.

(located on the Product Identification Plate) and the date you
received the product below, and attach your purchase receipt docket
as proof of purchase.
•To ensure your product is covered by warranty, the complete faulty

A. Important Safety Instructions
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING
THE PRODUCT.
WARNING –This appliance is intended for domestic use only. Any other
use is not recommended by the manufacturer and may cause fire,
electrical shocks or other injury to persons or property.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed:
1. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns DO NOT touch the
air outlet grills during use. If provided, use handles when moving
this heater.
2. DO NOT direct the heater towards curtains furniture or other
flammable objects and ensure that they are at least 3 feet (0.9m)
from the front and 1 feet (0.3m) away from the sides and rear.
3. Extreme care should be taken when any heater is used by, or near
children and the elderly, and whenever the heater is left operating
and unattended.
4. Before operating the heater remove the unit from its packaging and
check it is in good condition.
5. DO NOT operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after
the heater malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any
manner. Return the heater to an authorised service facility for
examination and repair.
6. DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical
functions on this unit as this may void warranty.
7. DO NOT let children play with the packaging, for example plastic
bags.
8. Check the household voltage to ensure it matches the appliance’s
rated specification.
9. DO NOT sit the fan heater on soft surfaces, like a bed, where
openings may become blocked. DO NOT cover.
10. Always unplug the heater when not in use. To disconnect heater, turn
switches to OFF position (O) and remove plug from the power socket.
When unplugging pull the plug and not the cord.
11. This heater is not intended for use in wet or damp locations. Never
locate the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water
container. DO NOT use in bathrooms or outdoors. When not in use
always store in a dry area.
12. DO NOT run power cord under carpeting, or cover with rugs or
runners. Arrange the cord away from areas where it may be tripped
over.
13. Avoid the use of an extension cable as this may overheat and
cause a fire.
14. DO NOT insert or allow objects to enter any ventilation or
exhaust opening as this may damage the heater and could cause
an electrical shock or fire.
15. DO NOT use the heater in areas where gasoline, paint, or
flammable liquids are used or stored.
B. BS Plug Wiring
Wiring Instructions: Should it be necessary to change the plug please
note the wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the
following code: BLUE -NEUTRAL
BROWN -LIVE
As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance may not
correspond with the coloured markings identifying the terminals in your plug,
proceed as follows:
1. The BLUE wire is the NEUTRAL and must be connected to the terminal
which is marked with the letter Nor coloured BLACK.
2. The BROWN wire is the LIVE and must be connected to the terminal
which is marked with the letter Lor coloured RED.
4. Always ensure that the cord grip is positioned and fastened correctly.
If a 13A (BS 1363) fused plug is used it must be fitted with a 13A fuse. If in
doubt consult a qualified electrician.

D. Pre-Operation Instructions
1. Carefully remove your heater from the box (please save the carton
for off-season storage).
2. Before plugging the heater into the power socket, ensure the unit is
in the OFF (O) position.
3. Place the heater on a firm level surface.
4. Avoid overloading your circuit by not using other high wattage
appliances in the same power socket.
E. Operation
CONTROL SWITCH
The fan heater incorporates a rotation switch. You can select the
different settings by turning the switch clockwise to:
Minimum
Anti-Freeze
Maximum
Off
Cool Fan
Low (1000W)
High (2000W)
1. Plug the supply cord into a convenient power socket.
2. For heater operation, please turn the Thermostat knob in a
clockwise direction to the maximum position.
3. Turn the Control Switch to the desired heat setting.
4. For fan-only option, without any heat output, turn the Control Knob
to the cool fan setting.
CAUTION: AIR OUTLET GRILL BECOMESHOT WHEN
HEATER IS SWITCHED ON.
THERMOSTAT
When the appliance is switched on:
1. Before setting the thermostat turn the thermostat knob in a
clockwise direction to the maximum position.
2. Once the room has reached the desired temperature, turn the
thermostat knob slowly in an anti-clockwise direction until the fan
heater stops. The temperature is now set. The power indicator light
will switch off.

3. The heater will automatically maintain the set temperature and
switch on when the room temperature is low and switch off if it is too
high. The red indicator light indicates the heater is switched on.
4. It is normal for the heater to turn ON and OFF as it maintains the
pre-set temperature, to prevent this you need to change the
thermostat setting.
ANTIFREEZE FUNCTION –Turn the unit on and put the thermostat
on the antifreeze position. When the ambient temperature drops to
0º C, this function will maintain the room temperature at about 5º C.
F. Wall Mounting
This heater is wall mountable. Please read following
instructions:
1. The heater must be securely fitted to the wall, which must be 10cm
minimum thickness and 60cm above floor level.
2. Position the installation template sheet in the place where you wish to
wall mount your heater, and drill 3 holes, as indicated on the diagram
below. (Fig 1)
3. Remove the template sheet before mounting the heater.
4. Insert wall (screw) plugs into the three holes and fasten the three
screws into the holes. (Fig. 2)
5. Turn heater OFF and unplug before mounting onto the wall.
6. Hang the heater (air outlet face down) onto the screws through the
mounting holes in the base. (Fig. 3)
7. Slide the heater to the right along hanging slot than slide it down to
mount securely. (Fig. 4)
WARNING: Ensure heater is securely mounted on the wall before
plugging in.
Please put the paper in the place where you prefer in
the wall and drill three holes respective the distance
among three holes shown.
!!ATTENTION:Take away the paper after drilled.

G. Safety Overheat Shut Off
A thermal overload protector is built into the heater to prevent
overheating. When a potential overheat temperature is reached
the heater will automatically shut off and the power indicator light
will go out. If this occurs inspect and remove any objects on or
adjacent to the heater that may have caused a high temperature.
The unit needs to be reset to start.
RESET THE HEATER
1. Turn the Control Setting to the OFF (O) position
2. Unplug the heater and wait 5-10 minutes for the unit to cool down.
3. After 5-10 minutes, plug the unit in again and operate normally.
If the fault reoccurs remove the plug from the socket and have the unit
service by authorised service engineers.

I. Maintenance
1. Before you clean the unit turn the switch to OFF (O), disconnect
the plug from the power socket and wait for it to cool down.
2. DO NOT use detergents, abrasive cleaning liquids or other
chemicals (alcohol, gasoline, etc.) to clean the unit.
3. Wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater occasionally with a damp
cloth (not wet), using a solution of mild detergent and water. Dry
the case thoroughly before operating the heater.
4. Light accumulated dust may be removed from air outlet grilles with
a soft cloth or vacuum cleaner.
5. The fan motor is factory lubricated for life and will require no further
lubrication.
6. Store heater in a clean dry place when not in use. Remember
portable electric heaters are designed for spot heating or as a
supplemental heat source. They are not intended to be main
sources of heat during the normal heating season.
CAUTION: DO NOT allow water to run into the interior of the
heater as this could cause an electrical shock or fire.
