This document is applicable to the following PROMISE PegasusPro series models:

Note: PegasusPro is compatible with a Thunderbolt 4 Windows PC except when it
is connected behind a Thunderbolt 4 dock or Hub(Goshen Ridge based).
Issues: When PegasusPro connected to Thunderbolt 4 dock first and connect the dock to
Thunderbolt 4 Windows PC, the PegasusPro may not be detected.
Workaround: Hot plug the Thunderbolt cable between dock and PegasusPro.

devices via Mac wifi
Workaround: Connect PegasusPro via
network cable directly.
Solution: Connect PegasusPro network cable to
wifi router, and connect Mac wifi to the same
wifi router. Please make sure TCP and UDP port
427 are enabled on the router.

Solution: PROMISE Utility Pro also supports
Pegasus series.
4. FCS MAC driver Release Summary
MAC driver version 1.1.17 supports MAC OS 10.15 and above, including both x86 and M1 platform.
There is installation guide in the driver package, please follow the instruction to install driver.

Workaround: Don't unplug any daisy-
chained PegasusPro. If occurred, hot-plug the
first PegasusPro to reload driver.
Solution: Fixed by next driver release.
