•This product must be assembled and
disassembled by ADULTS ONLY.
•This manual is designed to help you
assemble, adjust, maintain and use the
product. It contains important information
regarding your safety and your use of this
equipment.
•The owner and supervisors of this product
are responsible to make sure all users are
aware of the warnings and use specified in
this manual.
•Ensure the bench has been assembled
correctly, per the instructions in the manual.
•It is essential that the intended site for this
bench is completely flat and level.
If the ground is not level this will cause
movement in the frame and could cause
stress on the joined sections.
•It is only recommended for use by adults/
teens 13 years of age and older.
•The contents are not suitable for children
under 3 years. This product contains small
parts, which may cause choking.
•Use this bench only with mature,
knowledgeable supervision.
•NEVER exceed the MAXIMUM WEIGHT
LIMIT of 330 LBS, including accessories and
weights.
•This product is intended for indoor individual
home use only, it is not designed for
commercial use or for use in communal
workout areas. Such use will void the
warranty.
•NEVER sit on, transport, or use the Bench
without the Hinge Lock Pin in Place. Even
with the Hinge Lock Pin engaged, always be
aware of the position of your extremities,
especially your fingers, and keep them away
from the Folding Leg Hinge at all times.
Failure to exercise proper caution around this
pinch point may result in serious injury.
•NEVER operate this equipment without the
Lock Knob fully tightened in place.
•ALWAYS check this product before each use
for missing or loose bolts and/or damaged
parts. Carefully inspect the frame and the
cushion attachments. Check for damage and
proper stability to ensure that all parts are
correctly positioned, secured for use and in
good working order.
•Failure to properly inspect your product and/
or misuse of this equipment can result in
serious injury and death.
•Ensure that the product is on level ground. If
necessary, use a rubber mat under the machine
to reduce the possibility of slipping during use.
•Lateral clearance is essential. Place the bench
away from walls, structures, fences and other
areas. Maintain a clear space on all sides of the
bench.
•This product is intended for indoor individual
home use only, it is not designed for commercial
use or for use in communal workout areas.

•Immediately discontinue use if any breakage to
the frame assembly or parts are found. Failure
to do this may result injury and/or further
damage to the product.
•DO NOT allow children or pets to use, climb on,
or play near this product.
•DO NOT wear loose fitting clothing, belt
buckles, or jewelry, including but not limited to
rings, chains, and pins before commencing
exercise; this can be extremely dangerous.
•DO NOT stand or kneel on the seat, backrest or
any other component of this item.
•ALWAYS wear the appropriate fitness footwear.
DO NOT use this product barefooted or with
socks only. If applicable, ensure that any shoe
laces will not become caught.
•Misuse and abuse of the bench is dangerous
and can cause serious injuries.
•Before each use of this product and twice per
month, inspect and replace any worn, loose,
defective or missing parts and tighten all
hardware. All moving parts should be lubricated
with a household lubricant.
•It is important to check the entire product to
ensure the Frame Tubing, Protective Coverings,
and Seats are steady and all parts are attached
in good condition. If any loose, cracked,
missing, or otherwise damaged components are
found, cease use of this item immediately.
•Check metal parts for rust. If rust is found, sand
and repaint using a non-lead based paint. If
removed for winter storage, reinstall any plastic
parts before allowing use.
•ALWAYS consult a physician before
beginning any exercise program. Ask your
doctor to evaluate your present fitness level
and determine the exercise program that is
most appropriate for your particular age
and/or physical condition.
•NEVER hold your breath while exercising.
•Warm up at least 5-10 minutes before each
workout and to cool down for at least 5-10
minutes afterwards.
•Rest adequately between workouts to allow
your muscles to tone and develop.
•IF YOU EXPERIENCE any pain or
tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeats,
shortness of breath, faintness, dizziness, or
other unusual discomfort while exercising,
STOP and consult your physician and/or
obtain medical assistance.
•No modification should be carried out to the
bench or any of its components. Any
modification could lead to damage to the
product or result in a personal injury.
•Please read and refer to other warnings and
use information in the WEIGHT BENCH
instructions before use.
•Owners shall be responsible for maintaining
the legibility of the warning labels.

•Dispose of all packaging materials safely
and per local ordinance.
