Subject: Adjusting the horizontal position of the 112 pan
Equipment concerned: VarioCooking Center WHITEFFICIENCY® 112,
112L and 112T
To adjust the horizontal position of the pan on the VarioCooking Center WHITEFFICIENCY®
112, 112L and 112T,proceed as follows:
1 Adjust the horizontal position of the
pan
2 Undo and take out the 2 screws
holding the front panel of the pan in
place using a 3 mm Allen key.
Remove the front panel of the pan.
3 Loosen the locking nut using a 13
mm flat spanner.

4 Adjust the level of the pan by
tightening or loosening the lower nut
with a 13 mm flat spanner.
5 Tighten the nut locking nut again
with a 13 mm flat spanner.
6 Put back the front panel of the pan
and tighten the 2 fastening screws
with a 3 mm Allen key.
