Operating Instructions
Press the ON/OFF button to turn the meter ON or OFF.
Temperature Unit
When the meter is rst powered on the default temperature scale is set to
°C. Press the °C/°F button to switch between °C or °F. The selected unit
will be saved as the new default.
Data Hold Function
Press the HOLD button to freeze the present reading on the display. Press
the HOLD button again to resume normal measurement. When the meter
is in the Data Hold function the REL, MAX/MIN, and °C/°F buttons are
disabled.
Relative Function
Press the REL button to store the current measurement. The difference
between the any new measurement and the stored measurement will be
shown on the display. Press the REL button again to exit Relative function.
MAX/MIN Function
Press the MAX/MIN button to start the MAX/MIN function. The meter will
display the maximum and minimum value which is updated with every
new measurement. The MAX symbol will appear on the display when the
meter is displaying the maximum value. Press the MAX/MIN button to
display the minimum value, which will also display the MIN symbol. Press
the MAX/MIN button again and MAX/MIN will blink together. This means
that the data is updated and the reading is the present temperature and
humidity. Press the MAX/MIN button to circulate the display mode among
these options. When the meter is in MAX/MIN mode, the REL and °C/°F
buttons are disabled. To exit the MAX/MIN mode, press and hold the
MAX/MIN button for two seconds.

Auto Power Off
By default, when the meter is powered on it is under auto power off mode.
The meter will power itself off after 30 minutes of inactivity. To disable the
auto power off feature press and hold the HOLD button and then power
on the meter. The auto power off symbol will disappear to indicate that
auto power off is disabled.
Temperature Calibration
It is reccomended to calibrate temperature before you calibrate humidity.
1. Turn the meter off.
2. Press the HOLD, °C/°F, and ON/OFF button.
3. When the LCD ashes, press the °C/°F button to enter calibration
mode indicated by CAL 1 on the LCD.
4. Place the probe in a stable 0°C environment for 10 minutes.
Press MAX/MIN button to adjust the reading. Calibration will be
done after a long beep. The user can skip this calibration point by
pressing ON/OFF button.
5. After CAL 1 the meter will display CAL 2 to calibrate the second
calibration point.
6. Place the probe in a stable environment at 40°C for 10 minutes
then press MAX/MIN key to start the adjusting. Calibration will be
done after a long beep. The operator can also skip this step by
pressing ON/OFF button. After the calibration, the meter will go
back to normal operation mode.

Humidity Calibration
1. Turn the meter off.
2. Press the HOLD, °C/°F, and ON/OFF button.
3. When the LCD ashes, press the REL button to enter calibration
mode indicated by CAL 1 on the LCD.
4. Put the meter in a stable environment of 33%RH @ 25°C for
30 minutes then press the MAX/MIN button to start the adjusting.
Calibration will be done after a long beep. The user can skip this
calibration point by pressing the ON/OFF button.
5. After CAL 1 the meter will display CAL 2 to calibrate the second
calibration point.
6. Put the meter in a stable environment of 75%RH @ 25°C for
30 minutes then press MAX/MIN button to start the adjusting.
Calibration will be done after a long beep. The user can skip this
calibration point by pressing ON/OFF button. After calibration the
meter will go back to normal mode.
Factory Default Calibration
1. Turn the meter off.
2. Press the HOLD, °C/°F, and ON/OFF button.
3. When the LCD ashes, press the MAX/MIN button to reset the
meter to the factory default calibration.
4. After a long beep, the calibration data has reset.

Battery Replacement
When the battery voltage is under proper operation requirement,
the symbol will show on the LCD and the battery needs to be
replaced with a new one.
