IMPORTANT SAFETY FEATURES
This xture is compatible with an Electric Low Voltage (ELV)
Dimmer. The LED module is replaceable.
DIMMER SWITCH COMPATIBILITY
This lamp is dimmer-switch compatible and may only be used with a
forward-phase dimmer switch.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull wires,
as damage may result. Do not connect electricity until the lamp is
fully assembled. To reduce the risk of re, electrical shock, or personal
injury, always turn o the lamp and allow it to cool prior to replacing
the lightbulb. Do not touch or look directly at the bulb when the lamp is
illuminated. Keep ammable materials away from lit bulb.
WARNING: This product can expose you to lead,
which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and
birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information,
go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler beds.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY AND HAS NO PLAY VALUE.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
SHUT OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM
THE FUSE BOX OR CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL.
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all
plastic coverings.
2. Join Leg (C) to Fixture Base (D) by aligning the holes and
secure with Bolts (E) using Allen Wrench (F).
3. Connect Adapter (G) to the power cord.
4. Loosen Lock Knobs (B). Adjust Upper Rod (A) to the
desired height, then re-tighten Lock Knobs (B).
5. Turn on power. Plug into electrical outlet and test lamp.
6. Assembly is complete.
CAUTION: Changes or modications not expressly approved by the
party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to
operate the equipment.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with
the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC
Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference in a residential installation. This
equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy,
and if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions,
may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However,
there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. IF this equipment does cause harmful interference to
radioortelevisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturningthe
equipment o and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following measures: Reorient or
relocate the receiving antenna. Increase the separation between the
equipment into an outlet on a circuit dierent from that to which the
receiver is connected. Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV
technician for help.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the lamp.
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
