WHICH HAS NOT BEEN INCLUDED. ALWAYS CONSULT WITH A
LICENSED ELECTRICIAN BEFORE INSTALLATION.
INSTALLATION BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IS STRONGLY
RECOMMENDED.
IMPORTANT SAFETY FEATURES
BULBS
This lamp has been rated for up to one (1) 5-watt maximum
Type T LED lightbulb. To avoid the risk of re, do not exceed the
recommended wattage.
DIMMER SWITCH COMPATIBILITY
This xture is dimmer-switch compatible and may only be used with a
forward phase dimmer switch.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull wires,
as damage may result. Do not connect electricity until the lamp is fully
assembled.To reduce the risk of re, electrical shock, or personal injury,
always turn o lamp and allow it to cool prior to replacing the lightbulb.
Do nottouchor look directly at the bulb whenlampis illuminated. Keep
ammable materials away from lit bulb.

WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler beds.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
SHUT OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM
THE FUSE BOX OR CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL.
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all
plastic coverings.
2. Remove white plastic bushing from inside the bottom
opening of Lamp Pole (D) and top of Fixture Base (E)
before assembling.
3. Join Lamp Pole (D), Fixture Base (E) and Base Weight (F)
together. Slide Washer (G) over the threaded nipple which
protrudes to bottom of Base Weight (F). Screw Nut (H)
on the threaded nipple to secure Fixture Base (E) to Lamp
Pole (D). Tighten using T-Wrench (J) .
4. Pull the wire until tight.
5. Insert Bulb (I) into the threaded socket.
6. Plug into proper electrical outlet and test lamp.
7. Assembly is complete.
Adjustment:
1. Loosen Threaded Collar (C) in a counterclockwise
direction.
2. Adjust lamp by pulling or pushing Inner Pole (B) up or
down to the desired height.
3. Tighten Threaded Collar (C) in a clockwise direction or
adjust the shade position by swinging Lamp Arm (A) if
needed.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the lamp. Wipe clean with a
soft, dry cloth.
