Wipe clean with a so, dry cloth or stac duster. Always avoid the use of
harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may cause damage to the
xture’s nish.

WARNINGS:
These instrucons are provided for your safety. It is very important that
they are read completely before beginning the installaon of your xture.
This lamp is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). If the plug does not t securely into the outlet, do not force it -
contact a professional electrician. Use the plug with an extension cord
only if it can be fully inserted into the cord’s socket. Never alter the plug
in any way.
This xture has been rated for up to one (1) 100-wa maximum Type A
medium base bulb or one (1) 9-wa LED medium base bulb (included). To
avoid risk of re, do not exceed the recommended waage.

NOTE: Do not connect the electricity unl lamp is fully assembled.
1. Remove all parts carefully from the carton. Do not throw away any
parts.
2. Remove all packaging material from lamp.
3. Remove nial (A) from top of harp (B). Squeeze harp (B) inward
and place into the opening of saddle (C).
4. Install one (1) 9-wa maximum Type A LED medium base bulb (E)
(included) into socket.
5. Place shade (not included) onto harp (B).
6. Thread nial (A) onto harp (B) to secure shade to lamp.
7. Remove plug cover from polarized plug (D).
8. Insert polarized plug (D) into wall outlet.
9. Control power to the lamp using turn knob on socket.
NOTE: If lamp body is loose, please do the following:
1. Place lamp on level surface.
2. Take wrench (F) and ghten nut (H) on top of lock washer (G) unl
lamp body is no longer loose. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull wires as
a bad connecon may result. Do not connect electricity unl your xture
is fully assembled. To reduce the risk of re, electrical shock or personal
injury, always turn o xture and allow it to cool prior to replacing the
lightbulb. Do not touch bulb when xture is turned on or look directly at
lit bulb. Keep ammable materials away from the lit bulb.
This lighng xture contains lead, a chemical known to the State of
California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproducve harm.
Wash hands aer installing, handling, cleaning, or otherwise touching this
light xture.
