BULBS
This lamp has been rated for up to one (1) 6-watt maximum
Type PAR 16 maximum LED Lightbulb (included). To avoid the risk of
re, do not exceed the recommended wattage.
DIMMER SWITCH COMPATIBILITY
This lamp is dimmer-switch compatible and may only be used with a
forward-phrase dimmer switch.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull wires,
as damage may result. Do not connect electricity until the lamp is fully
assembled.To reduce the risk of re, electrical shock, or personal injury,
always turn o lamp and allow it to cool prior to replacing the lightbulb.
Do nottouchor look directly at the bulb whenlampis illuminated. Keep
ammable materials away from lit bulb.
WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler beds.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
SHUT OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM
THE FUSE BOX OR CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL.
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all
plastic coverings.
2. Connect Lamp Pole (F) to Lamp Base (G) and Base Weight
(H). Secure with Washer (I) and Nut (J) using Wrench (K).
3. Remove the adhesive backing from Felt Pad (L) and neatly
apply Felt Pad (L) to the bottom of Lamp Base (G).
4. Screw Small Handle (C) onto Top Arm (B), then screw Big
Handle (E) onto Lower Arm (D).
5. Screw Bulb (A) into the socket.
6. Loosen Adjustment Keys (M) and swing Top Arm (B) and
Lower Arm (D) to adjust the lamp shade to the desired
position, then tighten Adjustment Keys (M) to secure.
7. Restore power then plug the power cord into electrical
outlet to test the lamp.
8. Assembly is complete.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the lamp. Wipe clean with a
soft, dry cloth.
