IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLATION BYA LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IS STRONGLY
RECOMMENDED
This fixture has been rated for up to one Type A60-watt bulb (not
included). To avoid the risk of fire, do not exceed the recommended
wattage.
No special tools are necessary for the installation of this lamp.
WARNINGS
When unpacking and installing, be careful not to pull wires/plug as
abad connection may result. Do not connect to electricity until your
fixture is fully assembled. To reduce the risk offire, electrical shock,
or personal injury, always turn off fixture and allow it tocool prior to
replacing the lightbulb. Do not touch the bulb when fixture is turned
on or look directly at lit bulb. Keep flammable materials away from lit
bulb.

WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler
beds. Keep out of reach of children under 3years of age.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic
covering.
2. Install Harp (D) into Harp Saddle (E).
3. Install Lightbulb (I) (not included) into the Bulb Socket (H).
4. Place Lampshade (B) (not included) onto Finial Screw (C) and
secure with the Finial (A)
5. Plug Polarized Plug (G) into wall socket. NOTE: This portable
lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If
it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with
an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not
attempt to work around this safety feature.
6. Now turn fixture on using the dimmable switch (J) and adjust to
desired brightness.
7. Assembly is now complete.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on your lamp. Just wipe clean with a
soft cloth.
