Place these instructions in the vehicle’s glove box after installation is complete.
Important: Please read these instructions carefully prior to installation.
Please refer to your tting instruction to ensure that the alloy tray is installed correctly.
Check the contents of this kit before commencing tment and report any discrepancies.
CONTROLLED

1Fit Hardware to Mouldings
Loosely t hardware to all the mouldings as shown. Be sure to set the bolts so they locate half way through the
channel nut (see image A below).

4Fit End Rail Supports to End Rail
Locate the end rail support mouldings which are marked underneath with M513. Slide the appropriate number of
supports (as detailed in table below) into the end rail extrusion. Fit the second corner moulding to the open end as
shown below and retain with screw.

3Fit First Corner Moulding to End Rail
Slide the rst corner moulding into the end rail extrusion (long extrusion) and fasten in place with screw (provided in
kit).

2Fit Cover to Corner Mouldings
Fit the corner moulding cover as shown
and fasten in place with screws provided
in kit. Repeat this process for both corner

6Fit Side Support Mouldings and Rail End Moulding
Slide the side supports and end mouldings into the side rail extrusions as shown below and fasten with screws.

7Insert First Channel Nuts into Slots
Lower the rail assembly onto the tray so that the channel
nuts tted to the end mouldings locate within the slots at
the front of the tray.
Next slide the rail assembly onto the tray slightly so the
nuts engage in the channel.

5Fit Side Rail Extrusions to End Rail Assembly
Slide the side rail extrusions onto the ends of the corner
mouldings as shown and fasten with screws.

8Engage Side Supports
Lift the front of the rail slightly and slide the rst side
support over the slot in the tray. Lower the channel nut
into the slot and slide the side support towards the end
moulding.
Repeat this process for all side supports, sliding the rail
further onto the tray.

9Align End Supports
Slide the end supports so they align with the appropriate plank ready for tment. Refer to the images below for
correct plank alignment to suit your tray.

12 Fit End Moulding Covers
Insert the bottom corner of the cover rst, then snap the other end of the cover in place. Fasten the cover with the
screw provided in kit. Repeat this process on the other side of the rail.

10 Engage End Supports
Slide the rail assembly over the tray until the channel nuts on the end supports locate within the slots at the front of
the tray. Now slide the rail assembly towards the front of the tray so the channel nuts engage within the channels.
The rail should stop when it reaches the correct position for tment. Finger tighten the bolts on end supports so the
rail doesn’t move.

Position the side supports on both sides of the rail as detailed below and tighten all bolts with a 13mm spanner.
