R AFFRONTA I PESI MASSIMI
R è una gamma di operatori da applicare in punta all’anta di portoni a battente di notevoli dimensioni.
Comprende 2 modelli, R50 e R60. Il modello R60, unico sul mercato, può spostare ante che pesano fino
a 12 tonnellate.
ll nucleo del sistema R è un indistruttibile gruppo di potenza, racchiuso in un carter dal design nitido
e funzionale. Al suo interno sono alloggiati il motore elettrico, il riduttore, gli ammortizzatori e le ruote
gommate di traino (1 ruota per l’R60).
Ognuno di questi componenti è progettato in modo da ottenere massima robustezza e funzionalità. ll
motore è ventilato e protetto da sonde termiche. Tutti i componenti meccanici lavorano immersi in un
bagno d’olio: questo significa massima durata e totale affidabilità in qualsiasi condizione ambientale.
Un sistema di regolazione consente di ottimizzare l’aderenza al suolo variando la pressione fra ruota
e terreno.
INSTALLAZIONE
L’installazione dei modelli R esige alcuni requisiti. La struttura del portone o cancello deve essere solida
e poco deformabile. Il pavimento deve essere compatto e senza forti dislivelli entro il raggio d’azione
del portone.
Una volta avvenuta l’installazione, la manutenzione è praticamente inesistente. Il carter, la meccanica
dei vari componenti e il trattamento anticorrosione proteggono l’automatismo dall’umidità, dalla
polvere e dalla ruggine.
SBLOCCO
In caso di un black-out, non rimarrete bloccati. R monta un dispositivo di sblocco facile e sicuro, che
solleva la ruota motrice e consente il movimento manuale.
R TAKES ON THE HEAVY WEIGHTS
R is a range of geared operator specially designed for installation on the end of the leaf on large swing
gates. The range includes 2 models: the R50 and R60. The R60, the only one of its kind currently
available on the market, can operate gate leaves weighing up to twelve tonnes.
The heart of the R system is made of an indestructible power unit, enclosed by a casing featuring a
neat and practical design. The unit contains an electric motor, speed reducer and rubber-coated drive
wheels (1 wheel on R60 model).
Each component is designed to guarantee maximum strength and functionality. The motor is ventilated and protected by thermal probe. All the mechanical components are oil-immersed
to ensure maximum durability and the utmost reliability in all ambient conditions.
A special adjustment system optimises ground adherence by adjusting the pressure between the wheel and floor.
INSTALLATION
Certain requirements must be met to allow the installation of the R50 and R60. The main door or gate structure must be solid and not prone to buckling. The floor must be solid and level
within the operating radius of the door.
Following installation, maintenance is minimal. The casing, the mechanical engineering of the various components and the special anti-corrosion treatment protect the automation from
humidity, dust and rust.
RELEASE
What’s more, there’s no risk of being locked in or out in case of power failure since all R models are fitted with an easy and safe release device which lifts the drive wheel to allow manual
operation.

R es una gama de operadores aplicables en la extremidad de la hoja de rejas de batiente de dimensiones notables. Incluye 2 modelos, R50 y R60. El modelo R60, único en el mercado,
puede desplazar hojas que pesan hasta 12 toneladas.
El núcleo del sistema R es un grupo de potencia indestructible, encerrado en un cárter de diseño nítido y funcional. En su interior están alojados el motor eléctrico, el reductor y las ruedas
de arrastre de goma (una rueda para el R60).
Cada uno de estos componentes está predispuesto de manera que permita obtener la máxima robustez y funcionalidad. El motor está ventilado y protegido por sondas térmicas. Todos los
componentes mecánicos trabajan sumergidos en un baño de aceite: ésto significa máxima duración y absoluta confiabilidad en cualquier condición ambiental.
Un sistema de regulación permite optimizar la adherencia al suelo variando la presión entre la rueda y el terreno.
INSTALACION
La Instalación DE LOS MODELOS R exige el respeto de algunos requisitos. La estructura del portón o de la reja debe ser sólida y poco deformable. El pavimento debe ser compacto y sin
fuertes desniveles en el radio de acción del portón. Una vez efectuada la instalación, el mantenimiento es prácticamente inexistente.
El cárter, la mecánica de los distintos componentes y el tratamiento anticorrosión protegen al automatismo de la humedad, el polvo y el óxido.
DESBLOQUEO
Y, si han sido afectados por un apagón, no permanecerán bloqueados. R lleva un dispositivo de desbloqueo fácil y seguro, que levanta la rueda motriz y consiente el movimiento manual.

R ist ein Elektrischer Antrieb, der an den Eckpunkten von Toren installiert werden kann. Sie umfaßt 2 Modelle, R50 und R60. Das auf dem Markt einzigartige Modell R60 kann Flügel mit
einem Gewicht bis zu 12 Tonnen bewegen.
Kernstück des Systems R ist ein unzerstörbares Leistungsaggregat, das in einem Gehäuse mit klarem und funktionalem Design untergebracht ist. In dem Gehäuse befinden sich der
Elektromotor, das Getriebe und die Gummi-Zugräder (beim R60 ein Rad).
All diese Komponenten wurden auf Solidität und Funktionalität ausgelegt. Der Motor ist belüftet und durch Temperatursonden geschützt. Alle mechanischen Komponenten sind
ölbadgeschmiert: das heißt maximale Lebensdauer und absolute Zuverlässigkeit unter allen Einsatzbedingungen.
Ein Regelsystem ermöglicht die Optimierung des Bodenkontakts durch Veränderung des Drucks zwischen Rad und Boden.
INSTALLATION
Für die Installation der Modelle R müssen einige Voraussetzungen erfüllt sein. Die Torstruktur muß solide und relativ formstabil sein. Der Boden muß kompakt sein, und er darf innerhalb des
Wirkungskreises des Tors keine starken Höhenunterschiede aufweisen.
Nach der Installation ist der Antrieb praktisch wartungsfrei. Gehäuse, Komponentenmechanik und Korrosionsschutzbehandlung schützen den Antrieb vor Feuchtigkeit, Staub und Rost.
EINTRIEGLUNG
Bei einem Stromausfall muss der Antrieb nicht blockiert bleiben.R hat eine einfache und sichere Entsperrung, die das Antriebsrad anhebt und die manuelle Bewegung des Tors ermöglicht.
