1.0 Introduction
This 920i® Single Kiosk Truck In/Out program (PN SZ99999) allows a truck to weigh in and out (saves inbound weight after
weighing out and has value swapping) and store the transaction after each weigh out with Truck ID, Gross, Tare and Net.
Transactions may be printed or cleared at any time through the setup menu. An HID scanner, numeric keypad and an American
custom VK80II kiosk printer are available options.
This program is for use on a single direction truck platform with a single kiosk. Weights can be streamed to a remote display.

After a successful download, the 920i needs to be power cycled.

2.0 Operation
System displays the Weigh In, Weigh Out, Truck Regs, Setup Menu softkeys when it powers up or when it exits the
configuration or setup menus.
2.1 Weigh In
1. Press the Weigh In softkey. The 920i prompts Enter ID Inbound.
2. Enter the truck ID and press the enter key, or scan an HID card (ID must not be weighed yet). The system prints a
Weigh In Ticket and displays Weigh In Complete – Exit Scale.
2.2 Weigh Out
1. Press the Weigh Out softkey. The 920i prompts Enter ID Outbound.
2. Enter the truck ID and press the enter key, or scan an HID card (must have a stored tare from a previous inbound
weighment).
3. System displays the following:
A. ID FOUND
i. Prints a Weigh Out Ticket .
ii. Displays Weigh Out Complete – Exit Scale.
iii. Stores a Transaction.
iv. Removes the inbound weighment if Store Tares is NO.
When the transaction database reaches its 1,000 record capacity it automatically deletes the oldest 25% of data.
B. ID NOT FOUND.
i. System displays ID Not Found.
2.3 Truck Register
Pressing the Truck Regs softkey shows all the stored inbound tare weights, truck IDs and time/dates. Use softkeys to page up,
page down, delete an individual Inbound record, delete all Inbound records or exit back to the starting keys.

3.1 Weigh In Ticket
The program uses the Auxiliary Print Format #1 for weigh in tickets. The dealer may modify this print format through the 920i
front panel or by using iRev™ PC software.

3.2 Weigh Out Ticket
The program uses the Auxiliary Print Format #2 for weight out tickets. The dealer may modify this print format through the 920i
front panel or by using iRev PC software.

3.3 Transaction Report
The program prints all the stored transactions. This is not configurable without a program modification.

4.0 Modifying the Database Tables
A program, Interchange, can be used by the end-user to upload, export and clear the database tables. The exported file may be
saved as a delimited text file, an Excel spreadsheet or as a XML document. iRev may also be used to perform database
maintenance.
4.1 Application Setup & Configuration
The Setup Menu softkey is password-protected and offers access to the following:
• Display Program Name & Version
• Display a weight widget
4.2 Database Table
