Additional Information for Shortcut to Function
Thank you for purchasing this product.
Pre-registration of frequently used functions has resulted in provision of "Shortcut to
Function". This manual explains how to congure and operate this function.
You can congure settings for the following four function using the control panel or Web
Image Monitor.
• ID Card Copy Mode (Default)
• Fax Auto Print Setting
• Fax Immediate TX
• Select Scanner Destination
■ Conguring the Shortcut to Function setting using the control panel.
1. Press the [User Tools] key.
2. Press the [▲] [▼] keys to select [Admin. Tools], and then press the [OK] key.
3. If you are requested to enter a password, enter the password using the number keys,
and then press the [OK] key.
4. Press the [▲] [▼] keys to select [Shortcut to Function], and then press the [OK] key.
5. Press [▲] [▼] to select the function you want to congure, and then press [OK] key.
6. Press the [User Tools] key to return to the initial screen.
■ Conguring Shortcut to Function using Web Image Monitor.
[Shortcut to Function] appears only when a password is specified in [Administrator
Password].
1. Start the Web browser, and access the machine by entering its IP address.
2. Click [System Settings].
3. Click the [Shortcut to Function] tab.

4. Specify the function you want to congure from [Shortcut to Function Settings].
5. Enter the administrator password.
6. Click [OK].
7. Close the Web browser.
For details about how to configure the [Administrator Password] setting, see
"Conguring the Administrator Settings" in User Guide.
■ Using Shortcut to Function
1. Press the [ID Card Copy] key.

The congured function will be displayed.
■ Changing key names
Specify the name of the function on the name label that is supplied with the machine, and
attach the label to the [ID Card Copy] key.

Die Vorregistrierung von häug verwendeten Funktionen führte zur Entwicklung der
„Schnelltaste Funktion“. Dieses Handbuch erklärt die Konguration und Bedienung
dieser Funktion.
Sie können Einstellungen für die folgenden vier Funktionen über das Bedienfeld oder
Web Image Monitor kongurieren.
• Modus Ausweiskopie (Standard)
• Auto-Druckeinstellung Fax
• Fax-Sofort-TX
• Scanziel auswählen
■ Kongurieren der Einstellung für die Schnelltaste Funktion unter Verwendung des Bedienfelds.
1. Drücken Sie die [Anwenderprogramm]-Taste.
2. Drücken Sie die Tasten [▲] [▼] zur Auswahl von [Admin.- Tools], und drücken Sie
anschließend die Taste [OK].
3. Wenn Sie aufgefordert werden, ein Passwort einzugeben, geben Sie das Passwort über
die Zehnertastatur ein und betätigen Sie anschließend die Taste [OK].
4. Drücken Sie die Tasten [▲] [▼] zur Auswahl von [Schnelltaste Funktion], und drü-
cken Sie anschließend die Taste [OK].
5. Drücken Sie [▲] [▼] zur Auswahl der Funktion, die Sie kongurieren möchten, und
drücken Sie dann [OK].
6. Drücken Sie die Taste [Anwenderprogramm], um zur Eingangsanzeige zurückzukehren.
■ Kongurieren der Schnelltaste Funktion unter Verwendung von Web Image Monitor.
[Schnelltaste Funktion] erscheint nur, wenn ein Passwort unter [Administratorpasswort]
festgelegt ist.
1. Starten Sie den Webbrowser und greifen Sie mithilfe der IP-Adresse auf das Gerät zu.
2. Klicken Sie auf [Systemeinstell.].
3. Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte [Schnelltaste Funktion].

4. Wählen Sie die Funktion, die Sie kongurieren möchten, unter [Schnellbedientaste für
Funktionseinstellungen].
5. Geben Sie das Administratorpasswort ein.
6. Auf [OK] klicken.
7. Schließen Sie den Webbrowser.

■ Verwenden der Schnelltaste Funktion
1. Drücken Sie auf die Taste [Ausweiskop.].

■ Ändern von Tastennamen
Legen Sie den Namen der Funktion auf dem Namensaufkleber fest, der mit dem Gerät mit-
geliefert wird, und bringen Sie den Aufkleber auf der Taste [Ausweiskop.] an.

courci vers fonction ». Ce manuel donne des explications sur la façon de congurer
et d’utiliser cette fonction.
Vous pouvez congurer les paramètres des quatre fonctions suivantes à l’aide du pan-
neau de commande ou de Web Image Monitor.

appuyez sur la touche [OK].
5. Appuyez sur [▲] [▼] pour sélectionner la fonction que vous souhaitez configurer,
puis appuyez sur la touche [OK].
6. Appuyez sur la touche [Outils utilisateur] pour revenir à l’écran initial.
■ Conguration de Raccourci vers fonction à l’aide de Web Image Monitor.
[Raccourci vers fonction] apparaît uniquement lorsqu’un mot de passe est spécié dans
[Mot de passe administrateur].
1. Démarrez le navigateur web, puis accédez à l’appareil en saisissant son adresse IP.
2. Cliquez sur [Paramètres système].
3. Cliquez sur l’onglet [Raccourci vers fonction].

4. Spéciez la fonction que vous souhaitez congurer à partir de [Paramètres Raccourci
vers fonction].
5. Saisissez le mot de passe administrateur.
6. Cliquez sur [OK].
7. Fermez le navigateur Web.

■ Utilisation de Raccourci vers fonction
1. Appuyez sur la touche [Cop. crte ID].

È possibile configurare le impostazioni per le seguenti quattro funzioni utilizzando il

El registro previo de funciones usadas con frecuencia se ha convertido en la función
“Acceso directo a función”. En este manual se explica cómo configurar y utilizar
esta función.
Puede congurar los ajsutes para las siguientes cuatro funciones mediante el panel de
mandos o Web Image Monitor.
• Modo copia tarjeta ID (Predeterminado)
• Cong. impresión auto fax
• TX inmediata de fax
• Seleccionar dest. escáner
■ Conguración del ajuste Acceso directo a función mediante el panel de mandos.
1. Pulse la tecla [Herramientas usuario].
2. Pulse las teclas [▲] [▼] para seleccionar [Herram. admin.] y, a continuación, pulse la
tecla [OK].
3. Si se le indica que introduzca una contraseña, hágalo mediante las teclas numéricas y,
a continuación, pulse la tecla [OK].
4. Pulse las teclas [▲] [▼] para seleccionar [Acceso directo a func.] y, a continuación,
pulse [OK].
5. Pulse [▲] [▼] para seleccionar la función que desea congurar y pulse la tecla [OK].

De wens om veelgebruikte functies onder toetsen/knoppen te kunnen programme-
ren, heeft geresulteerd in de functie ‘Shortcut naar functie’. Deze handleiding legt uit
hoe u deze functie kunt instellen en gebruiken.
U kunt de instellingen aanpassen voor de volgende vier functies met behulp van het be-
dieningspaneel of Web Image Monitor.
• ID-kaart kopiëren (standaardinstelling)
• Instelling van fax automatisch afdrukken
• Directe faxverzending

■ ‘Shortcut naar functie’ instellen met behulp van het bedieningspaneel

6. Druk op de [Gebruikersinstellingen]-knop om terug te keren naar het beginscherm.

[Shortcut naar functie] verschijnt alleen als er een wachtwoord is opgegeven in [Beheer-
derswachtwoord].
1. Open de internetbrowser en verkrijg toegang tot het apparaat door het IP-adres in te
vullen.
