BATTERY INFORMATION
To fit the battery, release the clip and open the
battery cover. Connect a PP3 9V alkaline battery
ensuringthecorrectpolarityisasshown.Ensurethe
plasticbatteryrelease tabisunderneath thebattery
andreplacecoverensuringitisshutfirmlyinplace.
• Iftheunitisleftunusedforalongperiodof
time,removethebattery.
• DoNOTuserechargeablebatteries.
• Pleaseensurethatthebatteriesaredisposed
of in the correct manner in accordance with local authority
requirements.
PATCH TEST
Important:
Always do a patch test with the conductive gel on an
inconspicuousarea ofyourskinforpossibleskinreaction.Wait 24

Positiononecontactjustabovetheendofyour
eyebrow,centredbetweentheeyebrowand
hairline.Angletheunitsotheothercontactsits
centrallybetweenthebrowandhairline.
UNDEREYE
Use the line where your delicate under eye skin
meets your eye socket bone as a guide, position
onecontactonthislineanddirectlyunderthecentre
of your eye. The other contact should follow the
contouroutwards.
CHEEKS
Position contact resting under and following the
diagonalslopeofthecheekbone.Youmayneedto
adjustthe position slightly to find thebestcontact
pointsforyourspecificfaceshape,thisiswhenyou
haveastrongcontractionwithlesstingling.
NASOLABIAL
Nasolabiallinesoccurbetweenthenoseandcorners
ofthemouth.Positiononecontactonthe‘apple’
of your cheek and the other diagonally below this
following the natural line and parallel to your naso
labial lines. Again, you may need to slightly adjust
thepositionuntilyoufindthestrongestcontraction.
TREATMENT ZONES
UPPER&LOWERLIP
Positioncontactssymmetricallyjustabovelipedge.
Increasepowertogiveagoodcontraction.
Repeat this just under the lower lip. If your lips
appeartopullunevenlytoonesidethisisnatural.
CHIN
Follownasolabiallinediagonallydownandposition
contacteithersideontheedgeofthejaw.Increase
powertofindthebestcontraction.Youmayneedto
movethepositionslightly.
NECK
Position contacts in a line below the earlobe. For
best position, keep contacts in line but slide the
unit forward or backward slightly until you find the
strongestcontraction.
Movetothecentreoftheneckjustunderthejawline.
Increasethepowerandslidetheunitbackslightly
untilyoufindthebestposition.
BEHINDEAR
Positioncontactsjustoffyourhairlineashighupas
youcanwithouttouchingyourears.Greatforareally
strongcontractionrightthroughtheneckline.

The 60 Second Face Toner has 3 exercise programmes with 17
power intensity levels. Best results are achieved by varying the
programme used. We recommend using Programme 1 on day 1,
followedbyProgramme2ontheday2,followedbyProgramme3
onday3,thenbacktoProgramme1onday4andsoon.
Tobeginwiththe pulses give amildtinglingsensationandas the
intensityisincreasedyouwillnoticemusclecontractions.Themuscle
contractionsaresmoothandeachcontractionwillstartwithaslow
rise,holditselfinacontractedpositionforafewsecondsandthen
gentlyrelax.Werecommendstartingonalowpowerleveloneach
treatmentareaandbuildingupuntilmusclecontractionsarefelt.
PROGRAMME1-FIRMING
Rhythmic muscle contractions to condition muscles with a short
intervalbetweeneachpulse.
PROGRAMME2-EXTENDEDFIRMING
This offers an extended muscle contraction with
pre-programmed varying intensity to maximise the workout.
PROGRAMME3-TAPTONING
Rapidstimulatingaction.
STEP1
Applya generousamount ofconductivegeltoeach
oftheballcontacts.Applyplentyofconductivegelto
ensuregoodcontactwiththeskin.
STEP2
Turntheunitonbypressingtheprogramme/on/off
button,thelightwillturngreen.Theunitwillstartin
programme1,theprogramme/on/offlightwillash
once.
Note:Toselectprogramme2,presstheprogramme/
on/off button once more. The green light will ash
twicetoindicateprogramme2isselected.
To select programme 3, press the programme/on/
offbuttononcemore.Thegreenlightwillashthree
timestoindicateprogramme3isselected.
STEP3
Onto clean skin, position both ball contacts for
treatingtherstarea.
STEP4
Increase power by pressing the (+) button and
move the position of the ball contacts if necessary
untilyoufeeldenitemusclescontractions.Ifthis is
uncomfortable, decrease power by pressing the (–)
button.
Note: You will need to adjust the intensity level
whentreatingdifferentareasoftheface.
STEP5
Holdtheunitinpositionfor60secondstocomplete
treatmentofthearea.
After 60 seconds, reduce the power level before
movingontothenexttreatmentarea.
STEP6
After use, switch the unit off. Press and hold the
Programme/On/Offbuttonfor2seconds.
Note:Ifunit islefton, itwillautomaticallyswitchoff
after10minutes.
HANDY TIPS
• Your teeth may feel slightly sensitive during treatment, this is
perfectlynormal.
• Effective face toning and firming is based on a light and
gentlestimulatingmassage on your face muscles. Should you
experience any discomfort, you should add more conductive
gel, reduce the intensity by pressing the (-) button, or remove
theunitfromtheareabeingtreated.
• Start at a low level to begin with until you get used to the
sensation.
• Theforeheadrequireshigherintensitylevels.Pressthe(-)button
severaltimesbeforereturningtothefacialarea.
