I Condizioni di garanzia GB Warranty conditions
Robopac S.A. s’impegna, nei limiti descritti qui di seguito,
a sostituire o riparare a titolo non oneroso le parti che
dovessero risultare difettose durante i 12 (dodici) mesi
successivi alla data riportata sui propri documenti di
spedizione.
Per godere della garanzia l’utente deve notificare imme-
diatamente il difetto riscontrato citando sempre il numero
di serie della macchina.
Robopac S.A., a suo insindacabile giudizio, deciderà se
provvedere a sostituire la parte difettosa oppure chie-
derne l’invio per verifiche e/o riparazione.
Con la sostituzione o riparazione della parte difettosa
Robopac S.A. adempie pienamente ai propri obblighi di
garanzia ed è sollevata da ogni responsabilità ed obbligo
relativamente a spese di trasporto, viaggio e soggiorno
di tecnici e montatori.
In nessun caso Robopac S.A. sarà responsabile d’even-
tuali perdite risultanti da mancata produzione come pure
di danni a persone o cose causati da avaria o forzata so-
spensione d’uso della macchina oggetto di garanzia.
Non sono coperti da garanzia.
- avarie di trasporto
- danni dovuti ad errata installazione
- uso improprio della macchina o negligenza
- manomissioni o riparazioni effettuate da personale
non autorizzato
- mancata manutenzione
- parti soggette a normale deperimento d’uso
Per i componenti e le parti d’acquisto, Robopac S.A. con-
cede all’utente gli stessi termini di garanzia che ottiene
dai fornitori dei suddetti componenti e/o parti.
Robopac S.A. non garantisce la conformità delle macchi-
ne alle normative vigenti nei paesi al di fuori dell’Unione
Europea.
L’eventuale adeguamento alle normative della Nazione in
cui la macchina viene installata sarà a carico dell’utente
che si assume anche la piena responsabilità derivante
dalle modifiche effettuate, manlevando la Robopac
S.A. da ogni obbligo e/o responsabilità relativamente a
qualsivoglia pretesa dovesse sorgere da terzi a causa
dell’inosservanza delle norme in questione.
Robopac S. A. pledges, within the limits described herein,
to replace or repair, at no charge, the parts that become
defective during the 12 (twelve) months following the date
indicated on the company’s shipping documents.
To utilise the warranty, the user must immediately notify
the company that a defect exists, always referring to the
machine serial number.
Robopac S. A., in its final judgement, will decide whether
to replace the defective part or request it to be shipped
for tests and/or repairs.
By replacing or repairing the defective part, Robopac
S. A. fully complies with its warranty obligations and will
be released from all liabilities and obligations relative
to transport, travel and hotel expenses for technicians
and installers.
Robopac S. A. will never be held responsible for any
losses due to lack of production or injuries to persons
or damage to things caused by malfunctions or forced
suspension in using the machine covered by the
warranty.
The warranty does not cover
- damage caused by transport;
- damage due to incorrect installation;
- improper use of the machine or negligence;
- tampering or repairs by unauthorised personnel;
- lack of maintenance;
- parts subject to normal wear and tear.
For purchased components and parts, Robopac
S. A. offers the user the same warranty conditions
that the company obtains from the suppliers of the
aforementioned components and/or parts.
Robopac S. A. does not guarantee the conformity of
machines to current standards in countries that are not
part of the European Union.
Concerning any adjustments to standards of the country
in which the machine is installed, the user will be fully
responsible for the changes made, releasing Robopac
S. A. from any obligation and/or liability relative to any
claims that may be submitted by third parties due to non-
compliance with the referenced standards.

Questo manuale, che è parte integrante della macchina, è
stato realizzato dal costruttore per fornire le informazioni
necessarie a coloro che sono autorizzati ad interagire con
essa nell’arco della sua vita prevista. Oltre ad adottare
una buona tecnica di utilizzo, i destinatari delle informa-
zioni devono leggerle attentamente ed applicarle in modo
rigoroso. Queste informazioni sono fornite dal costruttore
nella propria lingua originale (italiana) e possono essere
tradotte in altre lingue per soddisfare le esigenze legi-
slative e/o commerciali. Un po’ di tempo dedicato alla

grammate dal costruttore, che definisce le competenze
necessarie e le modalità di intervento.
Manutenzione straordinaria: insieme delle operazioni

Ordinary maintenance: group of functions necessary
to maintain suitable machine operations and efficiency.

2.1 DESCRIZIONE GENERALE MACCHINA 2.1 MACHINE GENERAL DESCRIPTION
La macchina è un formatore automatico che preleva,
apre, ripiega, forma e sigilla con nastro adesivo la parte
inferiore della scatola.
Per la nastratura si utilizzano bobine adesive rintracciabili
sul mercato.
I cartoni devono essere fustellati e ripiegati.
La macchina è costituita da un magazzino per i cartoni,
una zona dove i cartoni vengono aperti e una rulliera
di uscita dove le scatole vengono nastrate nella loro
base.
La macchina è dotata di una serie di dispositivi di sicurez-
za al fine di evitare pericoli all’operatore e alle persone
che interagiscono con la macchina stessa.
The machine is an automatic case erecter that withdraws,
opens, folds, forms and closes bottom flaps with adhesive
tape.
The adhesive tapes used can easily be found on the
market.
The cartons must be erected and folded.
The machine consists of a carton hopper, a carton
erecting area and an outfeed conveyor where the boxes
are taped on the bottom.
The machine is equipped with a series of safety devices
designed to avoid any harm befalling the operator or
other persons who come into contact with the machine
in any way.

Pericolo - Attenzione

Nelle fasi operative è necessario un solo operatore che
provvede alle operazioni di carico dei cartoni ed eventuale
scarico delle scatole.
