SwitchBoxtothebaseoftheLightDiffractionTotem.
•Toselectacolouredlightpressoneofthefourbuttons(red,green,yellow,blue)onthetop.
•ThecentralorangebuttonhasnofunctionastheTotemhasnobubbles.
•Toadjustthespeedofthelightchange/flashrateusetheSPEEDandDELAYbuttons
underneathlabelledCOLOURS.

oftheSuperInteractiveSwitchBox:
1. WiththelefthanddialsettoCOLOURSandtherighthandonetoFLASHON,thenthelights
willcomeonwhentheROMPA®switchisactivated.
2. WiththelefthanddialsettoCOLOURSandtherighthandonetoFLASHOFF,thenthe
lightswillbeonallofthetimeandthelightswillstopwhentheROMPA®switchisactivated.
3. WiththelefthanddialsettoCOLOURSandtherighthandonetoHOLD,thenthelightswill
startwhentheROMPA®switchisactivatedandwillstopwhentheROMPA®switchis
activatedagain.
AllWiFicontrollerssuitableforusewithaROMPA®WiFiBubbleTube(e.g.TalkingCube,Colour
ChangingPanel,WiFiMicrophoneetc)canbeusedremotelywiththisproduct.

I. Placeonaflat,stablefloorthatiscapableofholdingtheweightofthisproduct.
II. Connectthemulti‐colouredwiresfromthebottomofthetubetothecircuitboard–see
imagebelow‐theleadwitha4‐wayconnectorcomingfromthetubeshouldbepulled
throughtheholeinthebaseofthetubepriortomountingthetubeontothechassisand
connectedto‘CONN3RGB+’onthePCBmarked‘SA494’.Thisconnectorisonthefrontedge
ofthelefthandPCBwhenviewedfromtheaccessibleendofthemetaltraycarryingthe3
PCBs.
III. Attachthetubetothechassisusingthefourboltsprovided(oneineachcorner).
IV. TherearetwoscrewholesoneachsideofthePowerSupplyshouldyouwishtowallmount
theunit,orsecureittothefloor.Note:pleasewallmountinawellventilatedarea.No
fixingsaresuppliedasthesedependonthesurfacetheunitwillbeattachedto.ThePower
Supplyboxweighs1.3kg.

WhenyouneedtoswitchtheTotemOFFafteruse,orbeforemaintenancepleasenotethat:
•ThereisnoON/OFFswitchontheTotemitself,oronthepowersupplyshownbelow.
•Powershouldbedisconnectedbyremovingthemainsplugfromthewallsocket.Donot
disconnectthejackplugofthepowersupplyfromtheroundACsocketatthebaseofthe
Totem.Repeatedlydisconnectingthejackplugfromthisroundsocketislikelytoleadto
damagetotheTotem,andshouldalsobeavoidedforsafetyreasons.
