1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Die Betriebsanleitung soll Ihnen helfen, das Gerät sicher
und zuverlässig zu benutzen. Das Produkt wird streng
nach den technischen Spezikationen unter Verwendung
der neuesten Technologien und Komponenten und unter
Einhaltung der höchsten Qualitätsstandards entwickelt und
hergestellt.
VOR INBETRIEBNAHME MUSS DIE ANLEITUNG
GENAU DURCHGELESEN UND VERSTANDEN
WERDEN.
Um einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts zu
gewährleisten, soll das Gerät gemäß den Anweisungen in
dieser Anleitung korrekt bedient und gewartet werden. Die
technischen Daten und Spezikationen in dieser Anleitung
sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Der Hersteller behält sich das
Recht vor, Änderungen vorzunehmen, um die Qualität zu

Gebrauchsanweisung mit übergeben werden.
f) Bewahren Sie Verpackungsteile und kleine
Montageteile außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern
auf.
g) Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern und Tieren fern.
HINWEIS! Kinder und Unbeteiligte müssen bei der
Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.
2.2. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
a) Die Bedienung des Geräts bei Müdigkeit oder
Krankheit sowie unter dem Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten, die zu einer erheblichen
Einschränkung der Fähigkeit der Bedienung des
Geräts führen, ist untersagt.
b) Das Gerät ist nicht dazu bestimmt, von Personen
(einschließlich Kindern) mit eingeschränkten
psychischen, sensorischen und geistigen Funktionen
oder ohne ausreichende Erfahrung und/oder
Kenntnisse verwendet zu werden, es sei denn, sie
werden von einer für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlichen
Person beaufsichtigt oder wurden von dieser
eingewiesen, wie dieses Gerät zu bedienen ist.
c) Seien Sie vorsichtig und benutzen Sie Ihren

2.3. SICHERE VERWENDUNG DES GERÄTS

mit dem Gerät oder dieser Anleitung vertraut sind.
Dieses Gerät stellt in den Händen von unerfahrenen

3. ANWENDUNGSGEBIET
Das Produkt ist für den Zuschnitt von Schokolade und
weichen Desserts, wie Obstgelees, Pralinen usw., bestimmt,
Es dürfen keine tiefgefrorenen und sehr harten Produkte (z.
B. große Nüsse) zugeschnitten werden.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßer

Ausführung von Wartungsarbeiten am Gerät stets

3.2. VORBEREITUNG FÜR DEN BETRIEB
Vor der ersten Nutzung müssen alle Teile abgenommen
und gewaschen werden. Das ganze Gerät muss ebenfalls
gereinigt werden.
ZUSAMMENBAU DES GERÄTS
Vor der Verwendung müssen die Schnittstärke für das
Produkt und der entsprechende Schneidarm ausgewählt
werden. Um den Schneidarm zu montieren, müssen dessen
Bolzen in den Halterungen der Basis eingesetzt werden, so
wie es auf dem Bild unten gezeigt wird.
3.3. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT
Zum Schneiden müssen die folgenden Schritte ausgeführt
werden:
• Schneidarm anheben,
• das Produkt auf der Schneidunterlage platzieren,
• den Schneidarm mit einer gleichmäßigen Bewegung
nach unten ziehen, bis der gewünschte Schnitt
ausgeführt ist.
ACHTUNG! Um eine glatte Schnittkante zu erhalten, wird
empfohlen, den Schneiddraht nach jedem Schnitt mit
einem weichen Tuch zu säubern.
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberäche nur
nicht-korrosive Mittel.
b) Für die Reinigung des Geräts dürfen nur milde
Reinigungsmittel verwendet werden, die für die
Reinigung von Oberächen bestimmt sind, die mit
Lebensmitteln in Berührung kommen.
c) Nach jeder Reinigung sind alle Komponenten gut zu
trocknen, bevor das Gerät wieder verwendet wird.
d) Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen und
kühlen Ort, geschützt vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter
Sonneneinstrahlung.
e) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig hinsichtlich seiner
technischen Leistungsfähigkeit und auf eventuelle
Schäden hin überprüft werden.
f) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine scharfen
und/oder metallischen Gegenstände (z. B. eine
Drahtbürste oder einen Metallspatel), da diese
die Oberäche des Gerätematerials beschädigen
können.

CUTTER.

operation of the unit, immediately turn it o and
report it to an authorized person.

working properly or if it is damaged, contact the
manufacturer‘s service department.
d) Only the manufacturer‘s service department may
repair the unit. Do not carry out repairs yourself!
e) Keep these instructions for use for future reference.
If the unit is to be passed on to a third party, the
operating instructions must also be handed over
together with the unit.
f) Keep the packaging and small assembly parts out of
the reach of children.

2.2. PERSONAL SAFETY

3.2. PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
Before using the unit for the rst time, disassemble all parts
and wash them as well as the entire unit.
ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT
Before use, decide the cutting thickness of the product and
select the appropriate cutting arm. To install it, place the
pins of the cutting arm in the base holders as shown in the
photo below.
3.3. WORKING WITH THE UNIT
In order to make a cut it is necessary to:
• lift the cutting arm,
• place the product on the cutting base
• lower the cutting arm with a steady movement until
the desired cut is obtained.
CAUTION!In order to obtain a smooth cut, wiping
the cutting strings with a soft cloth after each use is
recommended.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a) Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning
the surfaces.
b) Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food
contact surfaces may be used to clean the unit.
c) After each cleaning, all the parts should be dried well
before the unit is used again.
d) Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from
moisture and direct sunlight.
e) Perform regular inspections of the unit checking
technical tness and any damages.
f) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. a wire
brush or metal spatula) for cleaning, as these may
damage the surface of the material from which the
unit is made.
3. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This product is designed for cutting chocolate and soft
desserts such as fruit jellies, pralines, etc. Do not use for
cutting frozen or very hard products (e.g. large nuts).
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-
intended use of the device!

zostać przekazane osobom trzecim, to wraz z nim
należy przekazać również instrukcję użytkowania.

montażowe należy przechowywać w miejscu
niedostępnym dla dzieci.

f) Należy regularnie czyścić urządzenie, aby nie

3.2. PRZYGOTOWANIE DO PRACY
Przed pierwszym użyciem zdemontować wszystkie
elementy i umyć je, jak również umyć całe urządzenie.
MONTAŻ URZĄDZENIA
Przed użyciem należy zdecydować o grubości cięcia
produktu i wybrać odpowiednie ramię tnące. W celu jego
montażu należy umieścić trzpienie ramienia tnącego w
uchwytach bazy jak na fotograi poniżej.
3.3. PRACA Z URZĄDZENIEM
W celu wykonania cięcia należy:
• podnieść ramię tnące,
• ułożyć produkt na podstawie do krojenia
• jednostajnym ruchem opuszczać ramię tnące do
uzyskania pożądanego cięcia.
UWAGA! W celu uzyskania gładkiego cięcia zaleca się po
każdym użyciu przetrzeć struny tnące miękką szmatką.
3.4. CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA
a) Do czyszczenia powierzchni należy stosować
wyłącznie środki niezawierające substancji żrących.
b) Do czyszczenia urządzenia wolno stosować tylko
łagodne środki czyszczące przeznaczone do
czyszczenia powierzchni mających styczność z
żywnością.
c) Po każdym czyszczeniu wszystkie elementy należy

2.2. OSOBNÍ BEZPEČNOST
a) Obsluha zařízení v případě únavy, nemoci,

obsluhujícího zařízení, je zakázána.
b) Zařízení není určeno k tomu, aby bylo používáno

3.2. PŘÍPRAVA K PROVOZU
Před prvním použitím odmontujte všechny součásti a
umyjte je i celé zařízení.
MONTÁŽ ZAŘÍZENÍ
Před použitím rozhodněte, jak silné mají být nakrájené kusy
a zvolte odpovídající krájecí rameno. Montáž provedete
tak, že čepy krájecího ramene vložíte do úchytů v základně,
jak je znázorněno na fotograi níže.
3.3. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM
Při krájení postupujte takto:
• zvedněte krájecí rameno,
• položte potravinu na krájecí plochu
• rovnoměrným pohybem spouštějte krájecí rameno,
až dosáhnete požadovaného řezu.
UPOZORNĚNÍ! Za účelem dosažení hladkého řezu
doporučujeme po každém použití otřít krájecí struny
měkkým hadříkem.
3.4. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA
a) Na čistění ploch zařízení používejte výhradně
přípravky neobsahující leptavé látky.
b) Na čistění zařízení používejte pouze jemné čisticí
přípravky na čistění ploch určených pro styk s
potravinami.
c) Po každém čištění všechny části dobře usušte, než
budete zařízení znovu používat.
d) Zařízení uchovávejte na suchém a chladném místě
chráněném před vlhkostí a přímým slunečním
zářením.
e) Zařízení pravidelně kontrolujte z hlediska jeho
technické funkčnosti a na jakákoli poškození.
f) K čistění nepoužívejte ostré a/nebo kovové předměty
(např. drátěné kartáče nebo kovové pomůcky),
které mohou poškodit povrch materiálu, z něhož je
zařízení vyrobeno.
3. OBLAST POUŽITÍ
Výrobek je určen ke krájení čokolády a měkkých dezertů,
jako je ovocné želé, pralinky apod. Nelze použít na krájení
mražených a velmi tvrdých potravin (např. velkých ořechů).
Odpovědnost za veškeré škody způsobené v důsledku
používání, které je v rozporu s určením zařízení, nese

3.2. PRÉPARATION AU FONCTIONNEMENT
Avant la première utilisation, démontez tous les
composants et lavez-les ainsi que l’ensemble de l’appareil.
ASSEMBLAGE DE L’APPAREIL
Avant l’utilisation, choisissez le cadre de coupe selon
l’épaisseur souhaitée. Pour installer le cadre, placez ses
essieux dans les supports de base comme indiqué sur
l’image ci-dessous.
3.3. UTILISATION DE L’APPAREIL
Pour couper :
• soulevez le cadre de coupe,
• placez le produit à couper sur la base
• baissez le cadre d’un mouvement régulier jusqu’à
obtenir la coupe désirée.
ATTENTION! Pour une coupe lisse, il est recommandé de
nettoyer les cordes de coupe avec un chion doux après
chaque utilisation.
3.4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
a) Pour nettoyer la surface, n’utilisez que des produits
libres de substances caustiques.
b) Seuls les produits de nettoyage doux conçus pour le
nettoyage des surfaces en contact avec les aliments
peuvent être utilisés pour nettoyer l’appareil.
c) Après chaque nettoyage, séchez tous les composants

3.2. PREDISPOSIZIONE AL LAVORO
Prima del primo utilizzo, smontare tutti i componenti e
lavarli, così come lavare l‘intero apparecchio.
MONTAGGIO DELL’APPARECCHIO
Prima dell‘uso, decidere la larghezza di taglio del prodotto
e selezionare il braccio di taglio appropriato. Per installarlo,
mettete i perni del braccio di taglio nei supporti della base
come mostrato nella fotograa qui sotto.
3.3. LAVORO CON L’APPARECCHIO
Per fare un taglio è necessario:
• sollevare il braccio di taglio,
• posizionare il prodotto sulla base di taglio
• abbassare il braccio di taglio con un movimento
costante no ad ottenere il taglio desiderato.
ATTENZIONE! Per un taglio liscio, si raccomanda di pulire
le corde di taglio con un panno morbido dopo ogni uso.

a) Usare solo agenti non corrosivi per la pulizia della
supercie.
b) Per la pulizia dell‘apparecchio si possono usare solo
detergenti delicati progettati per la pulizia delle
superci a contatto con gli alimenti.
c) Dopo ogni pulizia, tutti i componenti devono essere
asciugati bene prima di utilizzare nuovamente
l’apparecchio.
d) Conservare l’apparecchio in un luogo asciutto e
fresco, al riparo dall‘umidità e dalla luce solare
diretta.
e) Eseguire ispezioni regolari dell‘apparecchio
per assicurarsi che sia in buone condizioni di
funzionamento e che non si siano vericati danni.
f) Non utilizzare oggetti appuntiti e/o metallici (ad
esempio una spazzola metallica o una spatola
metallica) per la pulizia, poiché potrebbero
danneggiare la supercie del materiale
dell’apparecchio.
3. PRINCIPI DI UTILIZZO
Questo prodotto è destinato al taglio del cioccolato e dei
dolci morbidi come gelatine di frutta, praline, ecc. Non
tagliare prodotti congelati o molto duri (per esempio
grandi noci).
L‘utente è responsabile di qualsiasi danno derivante da
un uso improprio.
3.1. DESCRIZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO
ATTENZIONE! Anche se l'apparecchiatura
è stata progettata per essere sicura, sono presenti
degli ulteriori meccanismi di sicurezza. Malgrado
l'applicazione di queste misure supplementari di
sicurezza sussiste comunque il rischio di ferirsi. Si

Por el término “equipo” o “producto” en estas advertencias
y en las descripciones del manual de uso se entiende el
CORTADOR DE CHOCOLATE.
2.1. SEGURIDAD EN EL ÁREA DE TRABAJO
a) Mantener la zona de trabajo ordenada y bien
iluminada. El desorden o la mala iluminación pueden
provocar accidentes. Hay que ser previsor, observar
lo que se hace y actuar con sentido común al utilizar
el equipo.

b) Si se observa cualquier daño o anomalía en el
funcionamiento del equipo, hay que apagarlo
inmediatamente y comunicar el hecho ocurrido a una
persona autorizada.
c) Si tiene alguna duda sobre el funcionamiento del
producto o si este está dañado, póngase en contacto
con el servicio técnico del fabricante.
d) Cualquier reparación del producto deberá ser
realizada por el servicio técnico del fabricante. ¡No
reparar el producto por cuenta propia!
e) Guardar el manual de uso para permitir su consulta en
futuro. En caso de transmitir el equipo a otra persona,
deberá entregarse también el manual de uso.
f) Mantener los elementos de embalaje y las partes
pequeñas de montaje fuera del alcance de los niños.
g) Mantener el equipo fuera del alcance de los niños y
los animales.
2.2. SEGURIDAD PERSONAL
a) No utilice la máquina si está cansado, enfermo o bajo
la inuencia de alcohol, drogas o medicamentos que
limiten sustancialmente su capacidad para manejar
el equipo.
b) El equipo no está destinado a ser utilizado por
personas (incluidos los niños) con funciones
mentales, sensoriales o intelectuales reducidas o con
falta de experiencia y/o conocimientos, a menos que
estén supervisadas por una persona responsable de
su seguridad o que ésta les haya dado instrucciones
cómo operar el equipo.
c) Mantener precaución y aplicar el sentido común
durante el trabajo con esta herramienta. Un
momento de distracción puede provocar lesiones
graves del cuerpo.
d) El dispositivo no es un juguete. Los niños deben
ser supervisados para tener la seguridad de que no
jueguen con el aparato.
2.3. USO SEGURO DEL EQUIPO
a) Guardar los dispositivos inactivos fuera del alcance
de los niños y de las personas que no estén
familiarizadas con el dispositivo o con este manual
de uso. Las herramientas son peligrosas en manos
de usuarios sin experiencia.
b) Mantener el producto en buen estado técnico. Antes
de cada uso comprobar si hay daños generales o
daños relacionados con las piezas móviles (grietas
en las piezas y los elementos o cualquier otra
condición que pueda afectar al funcionamiento
seguro del producto). En el caso del daño, hacer
reparar el equipo antes de usarlo.
c) Mantener el equipo fuera del alcance de los niños.
d) Cualquier operación de reparación y mantenimiento
debe ser realizada por el personal cualicado y
utilizando repuestos originales. Así la seguridad de
uso será garantizada.
e) Para garantizar la integridad operativa diseñada del
equipo, no retirar las cubiertas instaladas en fábrica
ni desatornillar los pernos.
f) Limpiar regularmente la herramienta para evitar la
acumulación permanente de suciedad.

3.2. PREPARACIÓN PARA EL TRABAJO
Antes del primer uso, desmonte todos los componentes y
lávelos, así como todo el equipo.
ENSAMBLAJE DEL DISPOSITIVO
Antes de proceder al uso, es necesario decidir sobre el
espesor de corte del producto y elegir el brazo de corte
adecuado. Para su ensamblaje, los pernos del brazo de
corte debe colocarse en los soportes de base como en la
foto de abajo.
3.3. TRABAJO CON EL EQUIPO
Para realizar el corte es necesario:
• levante el brazo de corte,
• coloque el producto en la base de corte
• con un movimiento continuo baje el brazo de corte
hasta obtener un corte deseado.
¡ATENCIÓN! Para obtener un corte suave se recomienda
después de cada uso limpiar cuerdas de corte con un paño
suave.
3.4. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
a) Para la limpieza de supercies no deben utilizarse
productos con propiedades corrosivas.
b) Para la limpieza del equipo sólo deben utilizarse
detergentes suaves destinados a la limpieza de
supercies que entren en contacto con alimentos.
c) Dejar secar completamente todas las piezas
después de cada limpieza, antes de volver a usar el
dispositivo.
d) Guardar el dispositivo en un lugar fresco y seco,
protegido de la humedad y de la luz solar directa.
e) Se deben realizar inspecciones periódicas del equipo
para asegurarse de que está en buen estado de
funcionamiento y de que no se ha producido ningún
daño.
f) No utilizar objetos alados y / o metálicos (por
ejemplo, un cepillo de alambre o una cuchara
metálica) para la limpieza, ya que pueden dañar la
supercie del material del equipo.
¡ATENCIÓN! Aunque en la fabricación de
este aparato se ha prestado gran importancia
a la seguridad, dispone de ciertos mecanismos de
protección extras. A pesar del uso de elementos de
seguridad adicionales, existe el riesgo de lesiones
durante el funcionamiento, por lo que se recomienda
proceder con precaución y sentido común.
3. CONDICIONES DE USO
El producto está destinado para cortar chocolate y postres
blandos, como gelatinas de fruta, pralinés etc. No se debe
cortar productos congelados y muy duros (p.ej. nueces
grandes).
En caso de cualquier daño producido por el uso distinto
al uso previsto de la herramienta, será responsable el
usuario.
