SPECIAL SAFETY RULES
Wear ear protectors when drilling. Exposure to noise
can cause hearing loss.
Use auxiliary handle(s), if supplied with the tool.
Loss of control can cause personal injury.
Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces,
when performing an operation where the cutting
accessory may contact hidden wiring. Cutting
accessory contacting a “live” wire may make exposed
metal parts of the power tool “live” and could give the
operator an electric shock.
INTENDED USE
You may use this product for the purposes listed below:
Drilling in all types of wood
Drilling in ceramics, plastics, fiberglass and laminates
Drilling in metals.
MAINTENANCE
When servicing, use only identical Ryobi replacement
parts. Use of any other parts may create a hazard or
cause product damage.
Always wear safety goggles or safety glasses with side
shields when operating tools. Failure to do so could
result in objects being thrown into your eyes, resulting
in possible serious injury.
To avoid serious personal injury, always remove the
battery pack from the tool when cleaning or performing
any maintenance.
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most
plastics are susceptible to damage from various types
of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their
use. Use clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease,
etc.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle raw materials instead of disposing
of as waste. The machine, accessories
and packaging should be sorted for
environmental-friendly recycling.
