Anwendung
Diese Infrarotlampe ist nur für die Bestrahlung des menschlichen Körpers vorgesehen.
Durch Bestrahlung mit Infrarotlicht wird Wärme an den Menschen transportiert. Die bestrahlte Haut wird verstärkt
durchblutet. Es ist eine seit langem bekannte Tatsache, dass Wärme Beschwerden zu mäßigen vermag und in
vielen Fällen eine Linderung beschleunigt. Diese Wärme bietet Ihnen in besonders wirkungsvoller Weise die Infra-
rotlampe, deren infrarote Strahlung durch die Haut tief in das darunterliegende Gewebe eindringt.

Sicherheitshinweise
Warnung
• Dieser Infrarotstrahler ist nur für die Bestrahlung des menschlichen Körpers vorgesehen.
• Vor dem Gebrauch ist sicherzustellen, dass das Gerät und Zubehör keine sichtbaren Schäden aufweisen
und jegliches Verpackungsmaterial entfernt wird. Benutzen Sie es im Zweifelsfall nicht und wenden Sie
sich an Ihren Händler oder an die angegebene Kundendienstadresse.
• Achten Sie stets auf einen sicheren und ebenen Stand Ihres Gerätes.
• Das Gehäuse der Lampe und der Infrarotstrahler erwärmt sich stark im Betrieb. Bei Berührung besteht
Verbrennungsgefahr! Die Lampe vor dem Berühren immer erst abkühlen lassen.
• Der einzuhaltende Abstand von brennbaren Gegenständen zum Infrarotstrahler beträgt mindestens 1,0 m.
Hängen Sie das Gerät nicht an die Wand oder an die Decke.
• Das Gerät darf nur an die auf dem Typschild angegebene Netzspannung angeschlossen werden.
• Tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht in Wasser und verwenden Sie es nicht in Nassräumen.
• Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber, sowie von Personen mit verringerten physischen,
sensorischen oder mentalten Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen, benutzt werden, wenn
sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die daraus
resultierende Gefahren verstehen. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Reinigung und Benutzerwar-
tung dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.
• Niemals während einer Bestrahlung einschlafen!
• Nicht bei wärmeunempfindlichen Personen anwenden.
Das Wärmeempfinden kann in den folgenden Fällen eingeschränkt oder erhöht sein:
– bei diabetischen Patienten,
– bei Personen mit Schläfrigkeit, Demenz, oder Konzentrationsstörungen,
– bei Personen mit krankheitsbedingten Hautveränderungen,
– bei Personen mit vernarbten Hautarealen im Anwendungsgebiet,
– bei Personen mit Allergien,
– bei Kindern und älteren Personen,
– nach der Einnahme von Medikamenten oder Alkohol.
• Bei akut entzündlichen Prozessen sollte eine Bestrahlung erst nach Rücksprache mit einem Arzt
durchgeführt werden.
• Begrenzen Sie immer die Anwendungdauer und kontrollieren Sie die Reaktion der Haut.
• Medikamente, Kosmetika oder Nahrungsmittel können unter Umständen zu einer überempfindlichen oder
allergischen Reaktion der Haut führen. Die Bestrahlung ist in diesem Fall umgehend zu beenden.
• Betreiben Sie die Infrarotlampe nur in einem solchen Abstand zu Ihrem gewünschten Bestrahlungsgebiet,
dass während der Behandlung keine Hautirritationen, wie Kribbeln, Jucken, Brennen oder zu hohes Wär-
meempfinden zu spüren sind. In diesem Falle brechen Sie die Behandlung ab. Alternativ vergrößern Sie
den Bestrahlungsabstand und/oder verkürzen die Bestrahlungsdauer.
• Unterschreiten Sie nicht die in dieser Anleitung genannten Mindestabstände.
• Bei Dauerbetrieb des Gerätes ist besondere Vorsicht und Aufmerksamkeit geboten – niemals während
einer Bestrahlung einschlafen!
• Allzulange Anwendung kann zu Hautverbrennung führen.
• Den Infrarotstrahler nicht anfassen oder herausschrauben wenn die Netzleitung eingesteckt ist.
• Das Gerät darf nur unter Aufsicht betrieben werden.
• Halten Sie Kinder vom Verpackungsmaterial fern (Erstickungsgefahr!).
• Das Gerät darf im erwärmten Zustand nicht ab- oder zugedeckt oder verpackt aufbewahrt werden.
• Ziehen Sie stets den Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen, ehe Sie es anfassen.
• Das Gerät darf im angeschlossenen Zustand nicht mit feuchten Händen angefasst werden; es darf kein
Wasser auf das Gerät spritzen. Das Gerät darf nur im vollständig trockenen Zustand betrieben werden.
• Schützen Sie das Gerät vor stärkeren Stößen.
• Den Netzstecker nicht an der Netzleitung aus der Steckdose herausziehen.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät im Falle von Defekten oder Betriebsstörungen sofort aus und trennen Sie das
Gerät vom Stromanschluss.
• Wenn die Netzleitung des Gerätes beschädigt ist, muss diese durch den Hersteller oder eine autorisierte
Kundendienststelle ersetzt werden, um Verletzungen zu vermeiden.
• Die Trennung vom Versorgungsnetz ist nur gewährleistet, wenn der Netzstecker aus der Steckdose
gezogen ist.
• Bei Babys und Kindern besteht die Gefahr einer Strangulation durch Einwickeln in der Netzleitung.

• Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen oder klinischen Gebrauch bestimmt, sondern ausschließlich
zur Eigenanwendung im privaten Haushalt!
• Bei gesundheitlichen Bedenken irgendwelcher Art konsultieren Sie Ihren Hausarzt!
• Vor Gebrauch des Gerätes ist jegliches Verpackungsmaterial zu entfernen.
• Leuchtmittel sind von der Garantie ausgenommen.
Reparatur
Achtung
• Sie dürfen das Gerät nicht öffnen. Bitte versuchen Sie das Gerät nicht selbst zu reparieren. Hierbei könnten
ernsthafte Verletzungen die Folge sein. Bei Nichtbeachten erlischt die Garantie.
• Wenden Sie sich bei Reparaturen an den Kundenservice oder an einen autorisierten Händler.

Aufstellen
Entnehmen Sie das Gerät der Verpackung. Entfernen Sie vor Gebrauch des Gerätes alle Verpackungsmaterialien.
Kontrollieren Sie vor Gebrauch, ob der Infrarotstrahler vollständig eingeschraubt ist. Stellen Sie es auf einer ebe-
nen Fläche auf. Das Gerät hat einen verstellbaren Lampenschirm. Stellen Sie die Neigung des Leuchtschirmes
nach Ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen ein.
Netzanschluss
Das Gerät nur an die auf dem Typschild angegebene Netzspannung anschließen.
Hinweis:
• Achten Sie darauf, dass sich eine Steckdose in der Nähe des Aufstellplatzes befindet.
• Verlegen Sie das Netzkabel so, dass niemand darüber stolpern kann.
6. Bedienung
1Lampe einschalten
Zur Netzverbindung den Stecker vollständig in die Steckdose stecken. Nach dem Einstecken blinkt
die LED. Hierbei handelt es sich um die Bereitschaftsanzeige (Stand-By). Drücken Sie die Ein/
Aus-Taste (4) einmalig um die Infrarotlampe einzuschalten.

2Licht genießen
Die empfohlene Behandlungsdauer beträgt max. 15 Minuten und sollte auf max. zwei Behandlungen
täglich beschränkt sein. Zu Beginn empfehlen wir eine kürzere Bestrahlungsdauer zu wählen. Die Haut
einzelner Menschen kann jedoch auch bei korrekter Anwendung des Gerätes auf die Wärmebestrah-
lung überempfindlich (z.B. starke Rötung, Blasenbildung, Juckreiz, starkes Schwitzen) oder allergisch
reagieren.
3 Timer/Stand-By
Drücken Sie die Ein-/Aus-Taste (4) um den Timer zu starten.
Nach Ablauf der 15 Minuten schaltet sich die Lampe automatisch ab.
Um die Infrarotlampe vorzeitig manuell auszuschalten, drücken Sie die Ein/Aus-Taste (4).
4Worauf sollten Sie achten
Der Abstand zwischen Infrarotstahler und dem bestrahlten Körperteil sollte folgende Werte nicht unter-
schreiten: mindestens 80 cm.
Bei einem Behandlungsabstand unter 80 cm ist eine Schutzbrille zu verwenden, die den Anforderungen
der EN 171:2002 entspricht.
In einem Behandlungsabstand über 80 cm genügt es die Augen zu schließen.
ACHTUNG: Blicken Sie niemals ohne Schutzbrille direkt in das Infrarotlicht.
Grundsätzlich gilt:
Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig die bestrahlte Körperstelle. Beenden Sie bei Anzeichen von Überempfind-
lichkeit oder allergischer Reaktion umgehend die Bestrahlung und konsultieren Sie einen Arzt.
5Lampe ausschalten
ACHTUNG!
Die Lampe ist nach dem Gebrauch heiß. Lassen Sie die Lampe zuerst lange genug abkühlen bevor Sie
diese aufräumen und / oder verpacken!
Bitte beachten Sie, die Netzleitung darf nicht zur Aufbewahrung oder im Betrieb um die IR-Lampe ge-
wickelt werden! Den Netzstecker nach Gebrauch aus der Steckdose ziehen, um das Gerät vollständig
auszuschalten.
7. Auswechseln des Infrarotstrahlers
Vor jeder Reinigung und beim Auswechseln des Infrarotstrahlers muss das Gerät ausgeschaltet, vom Netz
getrennt und abgekühlt sein.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass als Ersatz nur Infrarotstrahler des originalen Typs verwendet werden dürfen.

Warnung
• Den Infrarotstrahler nicht anfassen oder herausschrauben wenn die Netzleitung eingesteckt ist.
• Stecken Sie das Gerät aus, um die Gefahr eines Stromschlages zu vermeiden.
• Im Interesse des Umweltschutzes darf das Gerät nicht mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt werden.
8. Gerät reinigen und pflegen
Von Zeit zu Zeit sollte das Gerät gereinigt werden.
Achtung
Zur Vermeidung von Geruchsbildung durch Fusseln und Staub empfehlen wir eine regelmäßige Reinigun des
Gerätes wie folgt vorzunehmen:
• Vor jeder Reinigung und beim Auswechseln des Infrarotstrahlers muß das Gerät ausgeschaltet, der Netz-
stecker gezogen und abgekühlt sein.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass kein Wasser in das Geräteinnere gelangt!
• Gerät nicht in der Spülmaschine reinigen!
Benutzen Sie zur Reinigung ein feuchtes Tuch, auf das Sie bei Bedarf etwas Spülmittel auftragen können.

• Benutzen Sie keine scharfen Reinigungsmittel und halten Sie das Gerät niemals unter Wasser.
Das Gerät darf im angeschlossenen Zustand nicht mit feuchten Händen angefasst werden; es darf kein
Wasser auf das Gerät spritzen.
• Das Gerät darf nur im vollständig trockenen Zustand betrieben werden.
9. Entsorgen
Im Interesse des Umweltschutzes darf das Gerät am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt
werden. Die Entsorgung kann über entsprechende Sammelstellen in Ihrem Land erfolgen.
Bitte entsorgen Sie das Gerät gemäß der Elektro- und Elektronik Altgeräte EG-Richtlinie – WEEE
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Bei Rückfragen wenden Sie sich bitte an die für die Entsorgung zuständige kommunale Behörde.

Die Garantie gilt nicht:
• Im Falle von Schäden, die auf unsachgemäßer Bedienung beruhen.
• Für Verschleißteile (z.B. Leuchtmittel).
• Bei Eigenverschulden des Kunden.
• Sobald das Gerät durch eine nicht autorisierte Werkstatt geöffnet wurde.
Hinweis: Garantieeinschränkung
Die enthaltene Infrarot-Birne unterliegt - wie alle Leuchtmittel - nicht der Garantie.
Die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungen des Kunden bleiben durch die Garantie unberührt. Für Geltendmachung ei-
nes Garantiefalles innerhalb der Garantiezeit ist durch den Kunden der Nachweis des Kaufes zu führen.

1. About the infrared lamp
Application
This infrared lamp is only intended for radiating the human body.
Infrared radiation causes warmth to be transported to the human body. The blood supply in the radiated skin is
increased.
It is a long-known fact that heat can moderate complaints and accelerate relief in many cases. The infrared lamp
provides this kind of heat in a particularly effective manner. The infrared radiation penetrates deeply through the
skin into the underlying tissue.

Please read these instructions for use carefully and keep them for later use, be sure to make them accessible to
other users and observe the information they contain.
Safety notes
Warning
• This infrared lamp is only intended for radiating the human body.
• Before use, ensure that all packaging materials are removed and that there is no visible damage to the unit or ac-
cessories. When in doubt, do not use the unit and contact your dealer or the customer service address provided.
• Always ensure that the appliance is on a secure and even surface.
• The lamp housing and the infrared lamp become very hot during operation. There is a risk of burning if the-
se are touched. Always let the lamp cool down first before touching it.
• Inflammable objects must be kept at a distance of at least 1.0 m from the infrared lamp. Do not hang the
appliance on the wall or from the ceiling.
• Connect the unit only to the mains voltage listed on the type plate.
• Do not dip the unit into water and do not use it in wet rooms.
• This device may be used by children over the age of 8 and by people with reduced physical, sensory or men-
tal skills or a lack of experience or knowledge, provided that they are supervised or have been instructed on
how to use the device safely, and are fully aware of the consequent risks of use. Children must not play with
the device. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children unless supervised.
• Never fall asleep during radiation!
• Do not use it on persons sensitive to heat.
The sensitivity to heat can be reduced or increased in the following cases:
– diabetic patients
– persons with sleepiness, dementia or difficulties concentrating
– persons with illness-related skin changes or persons with scarred skin areas in the application area
– persons with allergies
– children and older persons
– after consuming medications or alcohol
• In case of acutely inflammatory processes, radiation should only be carried out after consulting a doctor.
• Always limit the period of use and check the reaction of the skin.
• Medications, cosmetics or food can lead to a over-sensitive or allergic reaction of the skin under certain
conditions. Radiation must be ended immediately in this case.
• An appropriate distance between the infrared lamp and the desired treatment area must be maintained
during treatment so that no skin irritation, such as tingling, itching, burning or too high heat sensitivity
occurs. Stop the treatment if this occurs. Alternatively, increase the radiation distance and/or reduce the
radiation duration.
• The minimum distances described in these instructions for use must be adhered to.
• If the appliance is operated continuously, caution and attention are advisable - never fall asleep during radiation!
• Prolonged use can cause burns to the skin.
• Do not touch the infrared lamp or unscrew it when it is connected to the mains.
• The appliance may be used only under supervision.
• Keep children away from packaging materials (risk of suffocation).
• Do not cover up or pack away the unit while it is warm.
• Always remove the mains plug and let the unit cool off before you touch it.
• Do not touch the unit with wet hands while it is plugged in; do not allow any water to be sprayed onto the
unit. The unit must be operated only when it is completely dry.
• Protect the unit from strong impacts.
• Do not pull the mains plug from the socket by the cord.
• In the event of a defect or malfunction, switch the device off immediately and disconnect it from the power
supply.
• If the power cord of the device is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised
customer service technician in order to avoid hazard.
•
Disconnection from the mains supply is only guaranteed if the mains plug has been removed from the socket.
• There is a risk of strangulation for babies and children who become trapped in the mains cable.
General notes
Important
• Product is not suitable for lighting rooms in private homes.
• This unit is not intended for commercial or clinical use, but only for individual, private household use!
• If you have health concerns of any kind, contact your general practitioner!
• Before you use the unit for the first time, remove all packaging materials.
• Lighting is excluded from the warranty.

Repairs
Important
• Do not open the device. Please do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. This could result in serious inju-
ries. Failure to observe this regulation shall void the warranty.
• If you need to have the unit repaired, contact customer service or an authorised dealer.

Setup
Remove the unit from the packaging. Remove all packaging material before using the appliance. Before use,
check whether the infrared lamp is properly screwed in. Place the device on flat surfaces. The appliance has an
adjustable lampshade. Set the angle of the fluorescent screen in accordance with your individual requirements.
Mains connection
Connect the unit only to the mains voltage listed on the type plate.
Note:
• Ensure that there is a socket near the place where the lamp will stand.
• Lay the mains cable in such a way that no one can trip over it.
6. Operation
1Switching on the lamp
 To connect to the mains, fully insert the plug into the socket. Once inserted, the LED will flash. This is
the readiness indicator (standby). Press the On/Off button (4) once to switch on the lamp.
2Enjoying the light
The recommended duration of treatment is maximum 15 minutes and should be limited to a maximum of
two treatments a day. We recommend selecting a shorter radiation period to start with. However, the skin
of some people may show an over-sensitive (e.g. with extreme redness, blistering, itching, heavy swea-
ting) or allergic reaction to heat radiation, even when the lamp is used correctly.
3 Timer/Standby
Press the on/off button (4) to start the timer.
The lamp switches off automatically once 15 minutes have elapsed.
Press the on/off button (4) to manually switch off the infrared lamp early.

4Important instructions
The distance between the infrared lamp and the radiated part of the body should not be less than the
following: at least 32 in (80 cm)
Protective eyewear which corresponds to the requirements of DIN EN 171 2002 must be worn for treat-
ment distances under 80 cm.
For treatment distances above 80 cm, closing your eyes is sufficient.
CAUTION: Never look directly into the infrared light without protective eyewear.
Basically,
examine the radiated section of the body regularly. Discontinue radiation immediately if any signs of an
over-sensitive or allergic reaction appear and consult a physician.
5Switching off the lamp
CAUTION!
The lamp is hot after being used. Let the lamp cool off first long enough before you put it away and/or pack it up!
Please note that the mains cable must not be wound round the infrared lamp either for storage or when in use.
Disconnect the mains plug from the socket to fully switch off the device.
7. Changing the infrared lamp
The device must be switched off and allowed to cool and the mains plug pulled out before cleaning and changing
the infrared heat lamp.
Please note that only infrared lamps of the original type may be used as replacements.

8. Cleaning and care of the unit
The unit should be cleaned occasionally.
Important
To avoid odours caused by fluff and dust, we recommend regularly cleaning the device as follows:
• The device must be switched off and allowed to cool and the mains plug pulled out before cleaning and
changing the infrared heat lamp.
• Ensure that no water penetrates inside the unit!
• Do not wash the unit in a washing machine!
Clean using a damp cloth, to which you can apply a little detergent if necessary.

9. Disposal
In the interest of protecting the environment, the unit must not be thrown out with the household waste at the
end of its service life. Dispose of the unit at a suitable local collection or recycling point.

Application
Ce radiateur thermique infrarouge est exclusivement prévu pour l’irradiation du corps humain.
La chaleur est transmise sur l’homme par rayonnement de lumière infrarouge. La circulation sanguine de la
peau soumise au rayonnement est intensifiée. C’est bien connu, la chaleur peut soulager les douleurs et, dans
de nombreux cas, accélérer la guérison. La lampe à infrarouge vous permet d’obtenir cette chaleur de manière

Lisez attentivement ce mode d‘emploi, conservez-le pour un usage ultérieur, mettez-le à la disposition des autres
utilisateurs et suivez les consignes qui y figurent.
Consignes de sécurité
Avertissement
• L‘exposition à l‘émetteur infrarouge est destiné uniquement au corps humain.
•
Avant l‘utilisation, il convient de s‘assurer que l‘appareil et les accessoires ne présentent pas d‘endommage-
ments apparents, et que tous les matériaux d‘emballage sont enlevés. En cas de doute, n‘utilisez pas l‘appareil
et adressez-vous à votre revendeur ou reportez-vous à l‘adresse du service après-vente indiquée.
• Toujours veiller à ce que l‘appareil soit installé sur une surface plane et stable.
• La monture de la lampe et la lampe infrarouge deviennent très chaudes au cours du fonctionnement.
Risque de brûlures par contact! Il faut toujours laisser refroidir la lampe avant de la toucher.
• La distance à respecter par rapport aux objets combustibles est de 1,0 m au moins. Ne pas
suspendre l‘appareil au mur ou au plafond.
• L‘appareil doit uniquement être raccordé à la tension secteur indiquée sur la plaque signalétique.
• N‘immergez pas l‘appareil dans l‘eau et ne l‘utilisez pas dans des locaux humides.
• Cet appareil peut être utilisé par les enfants à partir de 8 ans ainsi que les déficients physiques, sensoriels
ou mentaux et les personnes ayant peu de connaissances ou d’expérience à la condition qu’ils soient
surveillés ou sachent comment l’utiliser en toute sécurité et en comprennent les risques. Les enfants
ne doivent pas jouer avec cet appareil. Le nettoyage et l’entretien ne doivent pas être effectués par des
enfants sans surveillance.
• Ne jamais dormir pendant le rayonnement !
• Ne pas utiliser sur des personnes insensibles à la chaleur.
La sensation de chaleur peut être réduite ou accrue dans les cas suivants:
– chez les patients diabétiques
– chez les personnes atteintes de somnolence, de sénilité ou de troubles de la concentration
– chez les personnes dont la peau a subi des altérations suite à une maladie, chez les personnes dont la
peau présente des cicatrices dans la zone d‘exposition
– chez les personnes allergiques
– chez les enfants et les personnes âgées
– après absorption de médicaments ou d‘alcool
• En cas d’inflammations aiguës évolutives, demander conseil à un médecin avant l‘exposition.
• Limitez toujours la durée d‘exposition et vérifiez les réactions de la peau.
• Attention: une utilisation prolongée de l‘appareil peut provoquer des brûlures.
• Dans certains cas, des médicaments, des produits de beauté ou l‘alimentation peuvent conduire à une
réaction hypersensible ou allergique de la peau. Dans chacun de ces cas, il faut interrompre immédiate-
ment l‘exposition aux rayons.
• Utilisez le radiateur thermique infrarouge à une distance de la zone de rayonnement souhaitée telle
qu‘aucune irritation de la peau, comme des fourmillements, des démangeaisons, des brûlures ou une
sensation de chaleur excessive ne puisse être ressentie pendant le traitement. Dans ce cas, interrompez
le traitement. Vous pouvez également augmenter la distance de rayonnement et/ou réduire la durée de
rayonnement.
• N’utilisez pas l’appareil à des distances inférieures aux distances indiquées dans ce mode d’emploi.
• En cas de fonctionnement continu de l‘appareil, il faut veiller à être particulièrement prudent et attentif – ne
jamais s‘endormir pendant l‘exposition aux rayons !
• Ne pas toucher l‘appareil et ne pas dévisser l‘émetteur lorsque l‘appareil est encore sous tension.
• L‘appareil ne doit être utilisé que sous surveillance.
• Tenez éloignés les enfants du matériau d‘emballage (danger d‘étouffement !).
• À l‘état chaud, l‘appareil ne doit pas être recouvert ni emballé.
• Débranchez toujours la fiche secteur et laissez l‘appareil refroidir avant de le toucher.
• À l‘état branché, l‘appareil ne doit pas être saisi avec des mains humides; il ne doit pas y avoir de projec-
tion d‘eau sur l‘appareil. L‘appareil doit uniquement être utilisé à l‘état entièrement sec.
• Protégez l‘appareil contre les chocs importants.
• Ne débranchez pas de la prise de courant la fiche secteur en tirant sur le câble.
• En cas de défauts ou de dysfonctionnements, arrêtez et débranchez immédiatement l’appareil.
• Lorsque le cordon d’alimentation de l’appareil est endommagé, veuillez le faire remplacer par le fabriquant
ou un centre de service après-vente agréé.
• La déconnexion du réseau d‘alimentation n‘est garantie que si la fiche secteur est débranchée de la prise

Installation
Retirez l‘appareil de l‘emballage. Avant toute utilisation de l‘appareil, sortir l‘appareil de son emballage et vérifier
que l‘émetteur de rayons infrarouges est bien vissé à fond. Poser la lampe sur une surface plane. L’appareil est
muni d’un abat-jour réglable. Réglez l‘inclinaison de l‘écran d‘éclairage selon vos besoins individuels.
Raccordement au secteur
L‘appareil doit uniquement être raccordé à la tension secteur indiquée sur la plaque signalétique.
Remarque:
• Veillez à ce qu‘une prise de courant se trouve à proximité du lieu d‘installation.
• Posez le câble d‘alimentation de telle sorte que personne ne puisse trébucher.
6. Utilisation
1Allumer la lampe
Pour connecter l’appareil au réseau, insérez complètement la fiche dans la prise. Après avoir branché
l’appareil, la LED clignote. Il s’agit du témoin de disponibilité (veille). Appuyez une fois sur la touche
Marche/Arrêt (4) pour allumer la lampe.

2Apprécier la lumière
Il est recommandé d’utiliser l’appareil 15minutes max. et pas plus de deux fois par jour. Au début, nous
vous recommandons de sélectionner une durée d‘exposition plus courte. Malgré un usage correcte, il
se peut cependant que la peau de certaines personnes soit hypersensible à la chaleur des rayons (par
exemple forte rougeur, formation de vésicules cutanées, démangeaisons, forte transpiration) ou pré-
sente une allergie.
3Minuteur/Mode veille
Pour lancer le minuteur, appuyez sur la touche Marche/Arrêt (4).
À la fin des 15minutes d’utilisation, la lampe s’éteint automatiquement.
Pour éteindre plus tôt la lampe à infrarouge manuellement, appuyez sur la touche Marche/Arrêt (4).
4À quoi devriez-vous faire attention ?
La distance entre l‘émetteur de rayons infrarouges et la partie du corps exposée ne devrait pas être infé-
rieure aux données suivantes: au moins 80 cm
À une distance de traitement inférieure à 80 cm, il est nécessaire d‘utiliser des lunettes de protection,
conformément aux exigences de la norme EN 171:2002.
À une distance de traitement supérieure à 80 cm, il suffit de fermer les yeux.
ATTENTION: Ne regardez jamais directement la lumière infrarouge sans lunettes de protection.
Règle générale:
Vérifiez régulièrement la partie du corps exposée aux rayons. Cessez immédiatement l‘exposition aux ra-
yons dès qu‘un signe d‘hypersensibilité ou de réaction allergique se manifeste et consultez un médecin.
5Éteindre la lampe
ATTENTION!
La lampe est chaude après utilisation. Laissez d‘abord refroidir la lampe pendant un temps suffisant avant
de la ranger et /ou de l‘emballer!
Veuillez noter que le cordon d’alimentation ne doit pas être enroulé autour de la lampe infrarouge, ni pour
le stockage, ni pendant l’utilisation !
Après l’utilisation, débranchez le câble d’alimentation de la prise pour éteindre complètement l’appareil.
7. Remplacement de la lampe infrarouge
Avant tout nettoyage et en cas de changement de la lampe à infrarouge, l‘appareil doit être arrêté, la fiche débran-
chée et refroidie. Attention: Ne remplacer les émetteurs que par des émetteurs de même type que les émetteurs
d‘origine.

Avertissement

8. Nettoyage et entretien de l‘appareil
Nettoyez de temps en temps l‘appareil.
Attention
Afin d‘éviter la formation d‘odeurs dues aux peluches et à la poussière, nous recommandons un nettoyage
régulier de l‘appareil, de la manière suivante:
• Avant tout nettoyage et en cas de changement de la lampe à infrarouge, l‘appareil doit être arrêté, la fiche
débranchée et refroidie.
• Veillez à ce qu‘il ne s‘infiltre pas d‘eau dans l‘intérieur du boîtier!
• Ne nettoyez pas l‘appareil dans le lavevaisselle.
Utilisez pour le nettoyage un chiffon humide, sur lequel vous pouvez appliquer au besoin un peu de produit
vaisselle!

Sous réserve d’erreurs et de modifications
• N‘utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage agressifs et n‘immergez jamais l‘appareil dans l‘eau. À l‘état branché,
l‘appareil ne doit pas être saisi avec des mains humides; il ne doit pas y avoir de projectiond‘eau sur l‘appa-
reil.
• L‘appareil doit uniquement être utilisé à l‘état entièrement sec.
9. Élimination
Dans l‘intérêt de la protection de l‘environnement, l‘appareil ne doit pas être jeté avec les ordures ménagères à la fin
de sa durée de service. L‘élimination doit se faire par le biais des points de collecte compétents dans votre pays.
Veuillez éliminer l’appareil conformément à la directive européenne – WEEE (Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment) relative aux appareils électriques et électroniques usagés.
Pour toute question, adressez-vous aux collectivités locales responsables de l’élimination et du

Norme di sicurezza
Pericolo
• L’uso dell’irradiatore di raggi infrarossi è previsto solo per l’irradiazione del corpo umano.
• Prima dell‘uso assicurarsi che l‘apparecchio e gli accessori non presentino danni visibili e rimuovere
integralmente l‘imballaggio. In caso di dubbi non utilizzarlo e rivolgersi al rivenditore oppure contattare il
servizio clienti all‘indirizzo indicato.
• Assicurarsi sempre che lo strumento sia posizionato in un posto sicuro e piano.
• L’involucro della lampada e l’apparecchiatura a raggi infrarossi si riscaldano fortemente durante l’uso.
Non toccare: pericolo di ustioni! Lasciare sempre raffreddare prima di toccarli.
• La distanza minima da tenere tra irradiatore e oggetti infiammabili è di 1,0 m. Non appendere lo strumento
alla parete o al soffitto.
• L‘apparecchio deve essere alimentato solo con la tensione indicata sulla targhetta identificativa.
• Non immergere l‘apparecchio in acqua e non utilizzarlo in ambienti umidi.
• Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da ragazzi di età superiore a 8 anni e da persone con ridotte
capacità fisiche, percettive o mentali o non in possesso della necessaria esperienza e conoscenza, esclu-
sivamente sotto supervisione oppure se sono stati istruiti in merito alle misure di sicurezza e comprendono
i rischi ad esse correlati. I bambini non devono giocare con l’apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione a
cura dell’utente non devono essere eseguite da bambini, a meno che non siano sorvegliati.
• Evitare di addormentarsi durante l‘irraggiamento!
• Non applicare su persone insensibili al calore.
La sensibilità al calore può essere minore o maggiore nei seguenti casi:
– in pazienti affetti da diabete;
– in individui affetti da sonnolenza, demenza o difficoltà di concentrazione;
– in individui che presentano cambiamenti dermici dovuti a malattie e in individui che presentano aree del-
la pelle cicatrizzate nella zona di applicazione;
– in individui allergici;
– in bambini e individui più anziani;
– dopo l’assunzione di medicinali o alcool.
• In caso di processi infiammatori acuti, consultare un medico prima di eseguirli.
• Limitare sempre la durata di applicazione e controllare la reazione della pelle.
• In alcuni casi, i medicinali, i cosmetici o i prodotti alimentari possono causare una reazione ipersensibile o
allergica della pelle. In tal caso, l’irradiazione deve essere immediatamente sospesa.
• Utilizzare la lampada a infrarossi solo a una distanza dalla zona di irraggiamento desiderata che consenta il
trattamento senza causare irritazioni cutanee quali formicolio, prurito, bruciore o sensazione di calore trop-
po elevata. In questi casi interrompere il trattamento. In alternativa, aumentare la distanza di irraggiamento
e/o diminuire la durata.
• Non superare la distanza minima indicata in queste istruzioni.
• In caso di funzionamento continuo dell’apparecchio è necessario agire con prudenza e cautela: non
addormentarsi mai durante l’irradiazione.
• Un’applicazione troppo prolungata può causare ustioni alla pelle.
• Non toccare o svitare l’irradiatore con la spina inserita nella presa a rete.
• Lo strumento va utilizzato soltanto sotto sorveglianza.
• Tenere il materiale di imballo fuori dalla portata dei bambini (pericolo di soffocamento!).
• L‘apparecchio può essere coperto o riposto nella confezione solo se completamente raffreddato.
• Staccare sempre la spina e lasciare raffreddare l‘apparecchio prima di maneggiarlo.
• Se collegato alla rete elettrica, l‘apparecchio non deve essere toccato con le mani bagnate. Fare in modo
che su di esso non schizzino gocce d‘acqua. L‘apparecchio deve essere messo in funzione soltanto se
perfettamente asciutto.
• Proteggere il dispositivo da colpi e urti.
• Per staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente, non tirare dal cavo.
• Spegnere immediatamente l’apparecchio e separarlo dalla rete elettrica in caso di difetti o in presenza di
anomalie di funzionamento.
• In caso di cavo di alimentazione danneggiato, farlo sostituire da parte del produttore o da un rivenditore
autorizzato.
• L‘apparecchio è scollegato dalla rete di alimentazione soltanto quando la spina non è inserita nella presa.

Attenzione
• Il prodotto non è adatto per l‘illuminazione degli ambienti domestici.

uso personale a domicilio.
• In caso di qualsiasi problema di salute consultare il proprio medico curante.
• Prima di utilizzare l‘apparecchio rimuovere integralmente l‘imballaggio.
• I mezzi luminescenti sono esclusi dalla garanzia.
Riparazione
Attenzione
• Non è consentito aprire l‘apparecchio. Non cercare di ripararlo autonomamente: vi è il rischio di riportare
lesioni gravi. Qualora tale regola non venisse osservata, la garanzia perderebbe di validità.
• Per le riparazioni rivolgersi al servizio clienti o a un rivenditore autorizzato.

Posizionamento
Rimuovere il dispositivo dalla confezione. Prima di utilizzare lo strumento, lo stesso va completamente disimbal-
lato. Prima di utilizzarlo controllare che l’irradiatore di raggi infrarossi sia completamente avvitato. Posizionare
l’apparecchio su una superficie piana. L‘unità ha uno schermo orientabile lampada. Regolare l‘inclinazione dello
schermo luminoso in base alle proprie necessità.
Alimentazione
L‘apparecchio deve essere alimentato solo con la tensione indicata sulla targhetta identificativa.
Avvertenza:
• Assicurarsi che ci sia una presa di corrente vicino al luogo in cui si intende posizionare l‘apparecchio.
• Prestare attenzione alla posizione del cavo, in modo tale che nessuno corra il rischio di inciampare.

6. Funzionamento
1Accensione della lampada
Per il collegamento alla rete elettrica, inserire completamente la spina nella presa di corrente. Una
volta inserita la spina, il LED lampeggia. In questo modo l‘apparecchio segnala di essere pronto all‘uso
(Stand-By). Premere una volta il tasto ON/OFF (4) per accendere la lampada.
2Esposizione alla luce
Si raccomanda una durata massima del trattamento di 15 minuti per un massimo di due trattamenti al
giorno. All’inizio consigliamo una durata di irradiazione più breve. All’irradiazione di calore la pelle di ogni
singolo individuo può reagire, anche nel caso di un’applicazione corretta dell’apparecchio, in modo iper-
sensibile (per esempio, forte arrossamento, formazione di bolle, prurito, forte sudorazione) o allergico.
3Timer/Stand-By
Per avviare il timer, premere il pulsante On/Off (4).
Al termine dei 15 minuti, la lampada si spegne automaticamente.
Premere il pulsante On/Off (4) per spegnere manualmente la lampada a infrarossi prima che sia scaduto il
tempo impostato.
4Attenersi alle seguenti indicazioni
La distanza tra l’irradiatore a raggi infrarossi e la parte del corpo irradiata non deve essere inferiore ai
valori di seguito riportati: almeno 80 cm
A una distanza di trattamento inferiore a 80 cm è necessario utilizzare occhiali di protezione conformi ai
requisiti della norma EN 171:2002.
A una distanza di trattamento superiore a 80 cm è sufficiente chiudere gli occhi.
ATTENZIONE: Non guardare mai direttamente la luce a infrarossi senza occhiali di protezione.
Vale che:
Controllare quindi la zona del corpo irradiata ad intervalli regolari. Qualora si presentassero segni di iper-
sensibilità o di reazione allergica interrompere immediatamente l’irradiazione e consultare un medico.
5Spegnimento della lampada
ATTENZIONE!
Subito dopo l‘utilizzo la lampada è calda. Lasciarla raffreddare per un tempo sufficientemente lungo
prima di rimetterla a posto e/o di riporla nella sua confezione.
Non utilizzare né riporre la lampada a infrarossi con il cavo di alimentazione avvolto intorno
all‘apparecchio.
Una volta terminato l‘utilizzo, staccare la spina dalla presa di alimentazione per disattivare completa-
mente l‘apparecchio.
7. Sostituzione dell’irradiatore
Prima della pulizia e prima della sostituzione del riscaldatore infrarossi, è necessario spegnere l‘apparecchio,
estrarre la spina e lasciar raffreddare l‘apparecchio.
Si raccomanda di utilizzare come ricambi esclusivamente irradiatori del tipo originale.

Pericolo
• Non toccare o svitare l’irradiatore con la spina inserita nella presa a rete.
• Scollegare l’apparecchio dalla presa per evitare il rischio di scosse elettriche.
• Nel rispetto dell'ambiente, l'apparecchio non deve essere gettato tra i normali rifiuti domestici.
8. Pulizia e cura dell‘apparecchio
L‘apparecchio andrebbe pulito di tanto in tanto.
