3. 严禁超载使用千斤顶，否则引起的事故责任不在保险范围之列。
4. 不能自行调节安全阀，否则引起的事故责任不在保险范围之列。
5. 请勿将活塞杆顶出油缸超过最大活塞行程。
6. 每增加一节附件，额定载荷能力会减少 50%。
7. 请勿将此设备用作汽车举升设备或汽车支撑设备。
8. 请保证儿童与其他未经许可的人员远离工作区域。
9. 请在平整，水平，干燥并能可靠承载的平面上使用本设备。
10. 当断开连接接头后，请盖上防尘盖以保持液压系统清洁。
11. 请勿将重物压在液压软管上，不要强扭软管，始终保持软管清洁。
12. 请保持远离热源与火源，高温可能对本产品和密封元件造成损坏。
13. 请勿将本产品暴露在雨水中，或任何不良天气状况下在室外使用。
14. 严禁任何未经培训的人员使用本设备，且不得自行拆装或改装本产品。
15. 请让具有专业维修资质的专业人员合理维护设备，如需更换配件请使用原厂配件。
16. 在操作时必须穿戴符合国家相关安全规定的安全鞋、防护眼镜和工作手套，推荐选用世达相关产品。
17. 严禁在酒后、精神乏力、注意力不集中，受药物影响而困倦以及任何意识不清醒的情况下使用本产品。

安装操作：
将泵体、油缸，软管可靠连接在一起，并在加压前确认油缸与底座可靠连接，平稳放置。
顶升操作：
1. 顺时针方向旋紧放油阀旋钮。
2. 缓慢施加压力到手柄，确保顶头附件与负荷轴向一致，可靠顶升。
3. 上下按压手柄，为泵体组件提供压力。
下降操作：
使用完成后，缓慢地逆时针方向旋松放油阀（不超过一圈）直到活塞缩回起始位置。
第二章 安装及操作
1. 使用完毕后，请将各部件收归工具箱中，并请确保活塞回复原位，各防尘盖盖上。
2. 定期检查柱塞和活塞是否有生锈腐蚀情况，清洁后用涂抹适量润滑油。
3. 将活塞放置最低，让泵体处于完全水平位置。拆下机油加注口活塞，检查液压油液面。如果偏低，请加 入适量高质
量液压油。（寒冷地区务必添加防冻液压油）
4. 为确保设备保持最佳性能和长期间的使用寿命，建议每年完全更换一次液压油。4 吨分离顶需要 350ml 液压油，10 吨
分离顶需要 500ml 液压油。（注意：按照当地规定处置更换下的废油）
5. 经常检查产品，当活塞杆顶端、各横轴处、万向节、滚轮、脚轮等转动传动部位缺少润滑脂（即黄油）时，请及时
加注黄油。
6. 建议由专业技术人员进行年度检验。

1. Be sure to carefully read and fully understand the instructions herein before use. Incorrect operation may result in personal injury and
product damage.
2. Carefully check it before each use, and do not use it in case of oil leakage, and looseness or damage of parts and attachments.
3. Overloading of the jack is prohibited, otherwise the liability for accidents will not be covered by insurance.
4. The safety valve cannot be adjusted by the user, otherwise the liability for accidents will not be covered by insurance.
5. Do not jack up the piston rod out of the oil cylinder beyond the maximum piston stroke.
6. Each attachment added will reduce the rated load capacity by 50%.
7. Do not use this device as a car lift or car support device.
8. Please keep children and other unauthorized personnel away from the working area.
9. Please use the equipment on a flat, level, dry and reliable plane.
10. After the joint is disconnected, install the dust cover to keep the hydraulic system clean.
11. Do not put heavy objects on the hydraulic hose. Do not twist the hose forcedly and always keep the hose clean.
12. Please keep it away from heat and fire sources, as high temperature may damage the product and seal.
13. Do not expose the product to rain or use it outdoors in any adverse weather conditions.
14. The untrained personnel is not allowed to operate the equipment. Do not disassemble or modify the product by yourself.
15. It is recommended to reasonably maintain the equipment by professional technical personnel with maintenance qualification. The
genuine parts shall be used for the necessary replacement.
16. Please wear safety shoes, goggles and working gloves conforming to relevant national safety regulations during operation, and SATA
products are recommended.
17. It is not allowed to use this product after drinking and in case of debilitation, inattention, drowsiness due to drugs and unconsciousness.
