and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.

1. SAFETY
WARNING! Wear approved eye protection. Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment. A full range of Personal Protective
Equipment is available from your Sealey dealer.
WARNING! Ensure that Health & Safety, Local Authority Regulations and general workshop practice Regulations are adhered to
when using sprayer.
9Be aware of the safety requirements for the fluids contained in the vessel.
9Do read and follow all the fluid manufacturers instructions for application and safe use.
9Store the sprayer out of reach of children.
9Label vessel with chemical used, even if water. It is highly recommended that individual vessels should be used for individual
chemicals. Cross contamination can give unexpected results.
8DO NOT spray at people, animals, in high winds, or where there are sources of ignition.
8DO NOT use the pressure sprayer for any purpose other than for which it is designed.
8DO NOT use whilst eating, drinking, smoking; under the influence of drugs, alcohol, intoxicating medication, or if fatigued.
8DO NOT leave the tank pressurised for long periods of time.
8DO NOT expose the sprayer to direct sunlight.
8DO NOT fill the container with liquids exceeding 30°C.
2. INTRODUCTION
Premium quality hand pump sprayer. Ideal for use with some brake cleaners, detergents, traffic film removers, penetrating oils and weed killers.
Adjustable nozzle enables a mist to jet pattern, which allows for easy and direct application of liquid exactly where it is required. Robust composite
construction with a 1ltr capacity container.

3. PREPARATION
3.1. Check before use that all parts are undamaged and are working correctly.
3.2. Unscrew the pump from the tank.
3.3. Fill the canister up to the “max” level.
3.4. Screw the pump head on and tighten it so that the canister is sealed and airtight (if it is not airtight it will be impossible for pressure to
build up).
4. OPERATION
4.1. Pump the air into the tank (20 to 30 movements) using the piston.
IMPORTANT! It is not possible to generate more pressure in the tank than specied. The sprayers are tted with an automatic relief
valve.
4.2. Press the spray button. Turn the spray nut on the end of the nozzle, to set the desired spray pattern from mist to jet.
4.3. If liquid continues to drip out of the nozzle after releasing the spray button, there is still air in the sprayer. Spray upwards at an incline
for 2 to 3 seconds to enable the air to escape.
4.4. The ability to spray evenly and without any problems is dependent on the use of a clean spray agent.
4.5. Mix chemical and water (if required) thoroughly prior to lling the container, taking note of the usage instructions of the chemical
manufacturer.
4.6. AFTER USE
4.6.1. After spraying unscrew the spray head slowly to allow the pressure to escape. Never leave the tank pressurised for long periods of
time. Dispose of any residues in accordance with local authority regulations.
4.6.2. Clean the pump by spraying with water or use a suitable cleaning agent.
5. MAINTENANCE
5.1. Oil the pump piston occasionally (see arrow on spray button).
5.2. Check that the nozzle and the lter at the end of the pick up hose is free of deposits and clean if necessary.
5.3. A kit of new seals for the sprayer is available from your Sealey dealer quote part no. SCSGPRK.

Environmental Protection
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment.
When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain off any fluids (if applicable)
into approved containers and dispose of the product and the fluids according to local regulations.
