longlifeanddurability.Suitableforblindaluminium,steelandstainlesssteelrivets.IncludesChromeMolybdenumspecialprolenozzlesfor
structuralrivetsupto6.4mm(1/4”).

4. OPERATION
TheAK395issuitableforaluminium,steelandstainlesssteelrivets.ThetoolincludesChromeMolybdenumnozzlesforstructural
rivets.
4.1. Nozzles
4.1.1. Selecttheappropriatenozzle.Diering
sizesarelocatedatpoints(A)(g1).
4.1.2. Toremovenozzleathead(B)usethe
wrench supplied. Ensure the replacement
nozzleiscompletelyscrewedinalightly
tighten with wrench.
4.2. To Operate.
4.2.1. Holdthehead(C)andpullthehandleso
thatthelattice(D)iscompletelyextended.
WARNING!Ensureyourngersareclearofmovingparts.Insertrivetshaftallthewayintothenozzle(B).
4.2.2. Insertrivetheadcompletelyintothepreparedworkpiecehole.
4.2.3. Holdtheriveterrmlyandpushonthehandletocompletelyclosethelatticewhichwillxtherivetinplaceandcuttheshaft.Should
rivetingnotbeachievedonthersttrythenre-extendthelatticeandpushoncemore.
4.2.4. Oncecompleted,pullthehandletoextendthelatticeagaintoejecttheshaftendfromthenozzle.Safelydiscardofshaftends.
