STEP 1
Unfold Hamper (A) with
opening facing upward.
STEP 2
Insert Base (C) with looped tab
towards top of Hamper (A).
STEP 3
Insert Liner (D) into one side of
the Hamper (A). Pull the top of
liner over the top of the Hamper
(A). Repeat for other side.
