Apply food grade mineral oil per manufactures instructions every 3-4 weeks.
Evenly distribute the weight to prevent tipping. Do not stand on or climb on the cart. Do not
drop heavy items on the cart’s shelves. Place heavier items on the lower shelves and lighter
ones on top.
