1. General Description
Read thismanualcarefullybeforeoperation topreventdamageofthe
machine orpersonalinjuries.
TheSTM-Oseriesstandardoil heaterareused toheatup the mouldandmaintain
thistemperature,althoughtheycan be usedinothersimilarapplications.High
temperatureoil fromthe mouldisreturnedtothecoolingtankand cooled by
indirectcooling.It isthen pressurisedbythehigh-pressurepump,senttothe
heatingtankandfinallytothe mouldwithaconstanttemperature.Withour
optimised design,oil can reachamaximumof200 and theHANYOUNG
temperaturecontrollercan maintainanaccuracyof 1.

1.5.3OperationRegulations
1)Beforeoperation,makesurethatcoolingwaterisclean softwaterwithout
pollutants.
※Lowqualitywaterbringslimescales, whichmaycauseproblems.
2)If problemsofdrainage orbadtemperaturecontrolarenoted,pleaseclean
solenoidvalveand coolingwaterinlet and outlet.
3)Donotmovethe unit when itisinoperation.
4)When inneedof repairing, wait until oil temperaturefallsbelow30 .
5)Motoroverloadmaybe causedbyphaseshortage,pipe obstruction,
broken bearing,etc.Motoroverload relaywilltripoff tostop the machine
when thishappens.Fixing the problems,press RESETon overloadrelay
toclearthe alarm.
6)Beforeturnoff thepump,waituntil oil temperaturefallsblow50 .Orthe
lifeofthe unit wouldbeaffected.
1.5.4Transportation andStorageoftheMachine
Transportation
1)STMseriesstandardoilheaterarepacked incratesorplywood caseswith
wooden pallet at thebottom, suitableforquickpositioningbyforklift.
2)Afterunpacked, castorsequipped onthemachine canbeused foreaseof
movement.
3)Donotrotatethemachine andavoidcollisionwithotherobjectsduring
transportationtoprevent improperfunctioning.
4)Thestructureofthe machine iswell-balanced,althoughitshouldalsobe
handled withcarewhenliftingthemachineforfearoffallingdown.
5)Themachineanditsattachedpartscanbekeptatatemperaturefrom
-25 to+55 forlong distancetransportation andforashortdistance,it
can betransported withtemperatureunder+70 .

Storage
1)STMseriesstandardoil heatershouldbe stored indoorswithtemperature
keptfrom5 to40 and humiditybelow80%.
2)Disconnectall powersupplyand turnoffmainswitchand controlswitch.
3)Keep the wholemachine,especiallythe electricalcomponentsawayfrom
watertoavoidpotentialtroublescaused bythe water.
4)Plasticfilmshouldbeused toprotect the machine fromdustandrains.
Workingenvironment
Themachineshouldbeoperated:
1)Indoorsinadryenvironmentwithmax.temperature+45 andhumidity
no morethan80%.
Donotusethemachine:
1)If it iswithadamaged cord.
2)Onawetfloororwhenit isexposedtoraintoavoidelectricalshock.
3)If ithasbeendroppedordamageduntil it ischeckedorfixed byaqualified
serviceman.
4)Thisequipmentworks normallyintheenvironmentwithaltitudewithin
3000m.
5)At leastaclearanceof1msurroundingtheequipmentisrequired during
operation.Keep thisequipment awayfromflammablesourcesat least two
meters.
6)Avoidvibration, magneticdisturbanceat the operationarea.
Rejectedpartsdisposal
When theequipmenthasrun outitslifetimeand can notbe used anymore,
unplugthepowersupplyand disposeof it properlyaccordingtolocalcode.
FireHazard
Incaseoffire, Co2drypowderfireextinguishershouldbeapplied.
Pleaseabide bythesafetyguide whenyou operatethemachine soasto
prevent damageofthemachine andpersonalinjuries.

Shiniisexempted fromliabilityforanycosts,fees,claimsandlossescausedby
reasonsbelow:
1)Anycareless orman-madeinstallations,operationandmaintenances
uponmachineswithoutreferringtotheManualpriortomachine using.
2)Anyincidentsbeyondhumanreasonablecontrols,whichinclude
man-made viciousordeliberatedamagesorabnormalpower,and
machinefaultscaused byirresistiblenaturaldisastersincludingfire,flood,
stormandearthquake.
3)Anyoperationalactionsthatarenotauthorized byShiniuponmachine,
includingaddingorreplacingaccessories,dismantling,deliveringor
repairing.
4)Employingconsumablesoroil mediathatarenotappointed byShini.

2. Structure Characteristics andWorkingPrinciple
2.1WorkingPrinciple

Thehightemperatureoil returnstothemachine andthen be pressured bypump
tothe heater.Afterbeingheated,oil will be forced tothe mouldandcontinuethe
circle.Inthe process,ifthe oil temperatureistoo high,systemwill activatethe
solenoidvalvetoletcoolingwatercooldownhightemperatureoilindirectlyuntil
the temperatureisdowntothesystemrequirement. Ifthetemperaturekeeps
increasingandreachestothe setpointofEGO, thesystemwill sound alarm and
stop operation.The systemwill havelowlevelalarm andstopworkingifoil level
fallsdownbelowtheset point.

3.Installationand Debugging
3.1InstallationSpace
Duringinstallationofthemachine,keepatleast500mminstallationspacearound
the machine asshownbythe picture.Donotinstall the machineinaposition
crowded withotherobjects.Thiswouldcauseinconveniencetooperation,
maintenanceandrepair.
Donotsit onthemachine.
Keepawayflammableand explosivegoods.

1)When connectmouldcouplingwithpipesfromthemould.Useaspanner
tosecureone end ofthecoupling,insertmouldconnectingpipe and fasten
it byanotherspanner.

Teflon withtemperatureresistance200 isusable;for the

3.4.2Installation StepsforOptionsWaterManifold(Welding)
1)Install copperjoint tothe levelvalve.
2)Install levelvalvewithcopperjoint tothe weldingwatermanifold.
3)Install watermanifoldtothemachine.
4)Connect watermanifoldwithmanifoldjoint viascrews.
5)Install Teflon tocopperjoint.
Note:For theoperating temperaturenothigherthan200 ,
