Instandhaltung
Die Baugruppe ist wartungsfrei. Zur Reparatur müssen Sie
das Elektronikmodul an den Fertigungsort senden. Die
Reparatur darf nur dort durchgeführt werden. Im Fehlerfall

Hinweis
Das Interfacemodul IM 152-1PN mit der Gerätekategorie
2G darf im explosionsgefährdeten Bereich Zone 1
eingesetzt werden.
Montieren
Gefahr
Unter Umständen entstehen bei Montage-Arbeiten
zündfähige Funken oder unzulässige Oberflächentempe-
raturen. Montage nie unter Explosionsbedingungen
durchführen!
•Beachten Sie beim Montieren die Installations- und
Errichtungsvorschriften nach EN 60079-14.
•Das Interfacemodul IM 152-1PN muss in Zone 1 in ein
Gehäuse mit Schutzart Ex e montiert werden.
•Das Gerät darf nur in einem Bereich mit einem
Verschmutzungsgrad von höchstens 2 gemäß
IEC 60664-1 verwendet werden. Das Gerät muss in einem
geeigneten Gehäuse installiert werden, das einen
Schutzgrad von mindestens IP54 gemäß IEC 60079-7
bietet.

•Das Gerät darf im gemeinsamen Rack nicht zusammen mit
einer IM 152-1DP betrieben werden.
Verdrahten des Interfacemoduls IM 152-1PN
•Beachten Sie beim Verlegen der Kabel die Installations-
und Errichtungsvorschriften nach EN 60079-14 sowie
landesspezifische Vorschriften.
•An den optischen Anschlüssen des Interfacemoduls
schließen Sie die Glasfaserleitungen an. Informationen
hierzu finden Sie im Handbuch Dezentrale Peripherie
ET 200iSP.
•Beachten Sie beim Einsatz des Interfacemoduls IM 152-
1PN die Grenzwerte von Class 1 gemäß IEC 60825-1.
Setzen Sie ausschließlich geeignete Medienkonverter und
LWL-Kabel ein.
Energiereiche optische Strahlung (Laser) kann die
Ursache einer Zündquelle sein.
Bestücken
•Überprüfen Sie das Elektronikmodul auf Beschädigungen!
Sie dürfen nur unbeschädigte Elektronikmodule auf das
Terminalmodul stecken.
•Beim erstmaligen Stecken eines Elektronikmoduls rastet
das Kodierelement auf dem Terminalmodul ein. Dadurch
wird das Stecken eines falschen Moduls verhindert. Diese
mechanische Kodierung darf nicht verändert werden.

•In Zone 1 und Zone 2 ist das Ziehen und Stecken des
Interfacemoduls im laufenden Betrieb erlaubt. Das
Gehäuse (Ex e / IP 54) in der sich die ET 200iSP befindet,
darf dabei nur kurzzeitig geöffnet werden (siehe Handbuch
ET 200iSP).
•Bei der Konfigurierung der ET 200iSP müssen Sie die
zulässige Anzahl der Elektronikmodule beachten (siehe
Handbuch ET 200iSP, Kapitel 4.6 Begrenzung der
anschließbaren Elektronikmodule)
•Hinweis: Es ist nicht zulässig an dem TM-Modul einen DP-
Stecker zu stecken.
Inbetriebnahme
•Bei der Inbetriebnahme müssen die nationalen
Vorschriften beachtet werden.
•Bei Funktionskontrollen müssen Sie die Richtlinien nach
EN 60079-17 beachten. In dieser Norm sind die
Verordnungen der internationalen Norm nach
IEC 60079-17 enthalten.

Das Control Drawing für das ET 200iSP-System wird mit dem

Maintenance
The module is maintenance-free. For repair you have to send
the electronic module to the place of manufacture. The repair
may only be carried out there. If a fault occurs, contact the

Note
The IM 152-1PN interface module with device category
2G may be used in the hazardous area Zone 1.
Installation
Danger
In some circumstances, sparks capable of ignition or
unacceptable surface temperatures can occur during
installation. Never install when an explosive atmosphere is
present!
•Adhere to the installation regulations in accordance with
EN 60079-14 when installing.
•In Zone 1, the IM 152-1PN interface module must be
installed in an enclosure with degree of protection Ex e.
•The device may only be used in an area with a pollution
degree of no more than 2 according to IEC 60664-1. The
equipment must be installed in an adequate enclosure
which complies with the IP54 degree of protection
according to IEC 60079-7 as a minimum.
•The device must not be operated in the common rack
together with an IM 152-1DP.

Wiring of the IM 152-1PN interface module
•When laying cables, make sure that you adhere to the
installation regulations according to EN 60079-14 and any
regulations specific to your country.
•Connect the fiber optic cables to the optical ports of the
interface module. For more information, refer to the
SIMATIC Distributed I/O ET 200iSP manual.
•When using the IM 152-1PN interface module, observe the
limit values of Class 1 according to IEC 60825-1. Only use
suitable media converters and optical fiber cables.
High-energy optical radiation (laser) can be the cause of
an ignition source.
Mounting
•Check the electronic module for damage! You may only
plug undamaged electronic modules onto the Terminal
Module.
•When you first insert an electronic module, the coding
element engages into the Terminal Module. This prevents
the wrong module being inserted. This mechanical coding
must not be changed.

•It is therefore permitted to remove and insert the interface
module during running operation in Zone 1 and Zone 2.
The housing (Ex e / IP 54) in which the ET 200iSP is
located may only be opened briefly (see ET 200iSP
manual).
•When configuring the ET 200iSP, you must observe the
permissible number of electronic modules (see ET 200iSP
manual, chapter 4.6 Limitation of connectable electronic
modules).
•Note: It is not allowed to plug a DP connector at the TM
module.
Commissioning
•The national regulations must be observed during
commissioning.
•Always observe the guidelines according to EN 60079-17
when performing functional checks. This standard also
contains the directives of the international standard
according to IEC 60079-17.

Remarque
L'utilisation du module d'interface IM 152-1PN de
catégorie 2G est autorisée dans les zones à risque
d'explosion Zone 1.
Montage
Danger
Le cas échéant, les travaux de montage peuvent
provoquer des étincelles inflammables ou des
températures interdites en surface. N'effectuez jamais le
montage en conditions de risque d'explosion !
•Lors du montage, respectez les prescriptions d'installation
de la norme EN 60079-14.
•Le module d'interface IM 152-1PN doit être monté en
Zone 1 dans un boîtier métallique à mode de protection Ex
e.
•L'utilisation de l'appareil n'est autorisée que dans une zone
ayant un degré de pollution maximum de 2 selon la norme
IEC 60664-1. L'appareil doit être installé dans un boîtier
adapté offrant au minimum un degré de protection IP54
selon la norme IEC 60079-7.

•L'appareil ne doit pas être utilisé sur un châssis commun
avec un module d'interface IM 152-1DP.
Câblage du module d'interface IM 152-1PN
•Lors de la pose des câbles, respectez les prescriptions
d'installation de la norme EN 60079-14, ainsi que la
réglementation nationale.
•Raccordez les câbles à fibres optiques aux connecteurs
optiques du module d'interface. Plus d'informations à ce
sujet dans le manuel Station de périphérie décentralisée
ET 200iSP.
•Lors de l'utilisation du module d'interface IM 152-1PN,
respectez les limites de Classe 1 selon la norme
IEC 60825-1. Veillez à utiliser exclusivement des
convertisseurs de média et des câbles à fibres optiques
adaptés.
Un rayonnement optique à haute énergie (laser) peut être
une source d’inflammation.
Montage
•Vérifiez que le module électronique n'est pas endommagé
! Vous ne devez enficher que des modules électroniques
non endommagés sur l'embase.
•Lors du premier enfichage d'un module électronique,
l'élément de détrompage s'enclenche sur l'embase. Cela
permet d'éviter l'enfichage d'un module erroné. Ce codage
mécanique ne doit pas être modifié.

•Le débrochage et l'enfichage du module d'interface en
cours de fonctionnement en zone 1 et zone 2 sont permis.
Dans ce cas, le boîtier (Ex e / IP 54) dans lequel se trouve
l'ET 200iSP ne doit être ouvert que brièvement (voir
manuel ET 200iSP).
•Lors de la configuration de l'ET 200iSP, veuillez
impérativement tenir compte du nombre maximal de
modules électroniques autorisés (voir manuel ET 200iSP,
chapitre 4.6 Limitation du nombre de modules
électroniques pouvant être raccordés).
•Remarque : l'enfichage d'un connecteur DP sur le module
TM n'est pas autorisé.
Mise en service
•Respecter la réglementation nationale lors de la mise en
service.
•Pour les contrôles fonctionnels, vous devez respecter les
directives de la norme EN 60079-17. Cette norme contient
les dispositions de la norme internationale IEC 60079-17.
