Bedienungsanleitung vor dem ersten Gebrauch sorgfältig lesen und aufbewahren.
1. Bei der Installation nach den hier beschriebenen Schritten vorgehen.
2. Um einen Kurzschluss zu vermeiden, beim Einbau nicht am Kabelstrang ziehen oder die Kabelenden verletzen.
3. Einzelteile nicht zerlegen oder austauschen.

Demontiere die original Tachowelle, Gummi
und Abdeckplatte von der Schwinge.
Schritt 1
Montiere das mitgelieferte Gummi und den
Geschwindigkeitssensor in der Schwinge.
Schritt 2
Schritt 3
Verschraube den Geschwindigkeitssensor
mit der mitgelieferten Schraube,
Sicherungsring und U-Scheibe.
Sollte sich der Sensor schwer
einsetzen lassen, Vorderrad
leicht drehen.
ACHTUNG!
Dichtung über die Kabelsteckverbinder
schieben. Kabel in den Steckverbinder
einsetzen.
Dichtung des Kabelsteckverbinder komplett
in den Stecker drücken.
Schritt 5

Kabel des Sensors mit Klebeband an alter
Tachowelle befestigen und durch die
Lenksäule ziehen.

Kabelfarbe und Reihenfolge

3.1

Demontiere die originale Tachowelle.
Schritt 1
Dichtung des Kabelsteckverbinder komplett
in den Stecker drücken.
Schritt 5
Schritt 3
Kabel des Sensors mit Klebeband an alter
Tachowelle befestigen und durch die
Lenksäule ziehen.
Montiere den Geschwindigkeitssensor und
verschraube ihn sorgfältig.
Schritt 2
Tachoschneckenanschluss
muss 2,7mm haben. Sollte
sich der Sensor schwer
einsetzen lassen, Vorderrad
leicht drehen.
ACHTUNG!
Dichtung über die Kabelsteckverbinder
schieben. Kabel in den Steckverbinder
einsetzen.

Kabelfarbe und Reihenfolge
beachten.

GESCHWINDIGKEITSSENSOR EINSTELLANLEITUNG
4.1
Hauptmenü
Einstellung der Messwerte
Taster 3 Sek. gedrückt halten, um von
der Hauptanzeige zum ADJ 1 Menü
(Messeinstellungen) zu wechseln.
Taster 1x drücken, um in das ADJ 2
Menü (Geschwindigkeitsabnahme) zu
gelangen.
Einstellung der Geschwindigkeitsabnahme
Einstellung des Reifenumfangs
Taster 3 Sek. gedrückt halten, um in
das Geschwindigkeitsabnahme-Menü
zu gelangen.
Der Eingabewert ist 1040mm.
Taster 3 Sek. gedrückt halten, um zu
den Eingabewert Einstellungen zu
gelangen.
Taster 3 Sek. gedrückt halten, um zur
gewünschten Zahl zu gelangen.
Taster 1x drücken, um die gewünschte
Zahl auszuwählen.
Z.B.: Die Umfangseinstellung wird von 1.000
mm auf 1.040 mm geändert.
Taster 3 Sek. gedrückt halten, um zur
Einstellung der Abnahmepunkte zu
gelangen.
Taster 1x drücken um die Art der
Geschwindigkeitsabnahme zu wählen.
A: Int (Tachowelle).
B: EXt (SIP Sensor Nr. 50000250/ 500000270)
Taster 1x drücken, um in das ADJ 3
Menü (Einstellung des Reifenumfangs)
zu gelangen.
Wähle Einstellung B (SP EXt) für den externen
SIP Sensor.
Taster 3 Sek. gedrückt halten, um in
das ADJ 2 Menü (Geschwindigkeit-
sabnahme) zurückzukehren.
A: Intern
B: Extern
Einfach das Ventil als Start- und
Endpunkt wählen und den
Reifenumfang per Maßband bestimmen.
ACHTUNG! 1. Einstellbereich: 300-2.500 mm
Einheit: 1 mm
2. Grundeinstellung: 1.000 mm
ACHTUNG!
ACHTUNG!
Im Gegensatz zur normalen Einstellung, müssen wir hier das
Endergebnis einer Berechnung eingeben.
Z.B.: Der Reifenumfang beträgt 1300mm und das Übersetzungsverhältnis 0,8.
Wie berechne ich den korrekten Eingabewert:

Einstellung der Abnahmepunkte
Die Einstellung der Abnahmepunkte
wurde von 01P zu 06P geändert.
Taster 3 Sek. gedrückt halten, um ins
ADJ 3 Menü zurückzukehren.
Taster 1x drücken, um in dasADJ 7 Menü
(Kilometerstandanzeige einstellbar) zu
gelangen.

Remove the original speedometer cable,
rubber and fixing plate from the suspension
arm.
Step 1
Place the included rubber gasket and speed
sensor into the suspension arm.
Step 2
Push the gasket completely into the
connection.
Step 6
Attach the sensor to the old speedo cable
with sticky tape and pull it through the
steering column.
Step 4

Mount the speed sensor with the screw,
locking ring and washer that are included.
In the case of resistance,
carefully turn the wheel.
CAUTION!
Position the rubber gasket over the cable
connector followed by the cables.
Step 5
Pay attention to wire colour
and order.

1- black, 2 – red, 3 – white

Unscrew the speedometer cable and remove
from the speedo drive gear.
Step 1
Push the gasket completely into the
connection.
Step 5

Attach the sensor to the old speedo cable
with sticky tape and pull it through the
steering column.
Place the speed sensor in the speedo drive
gear and lock nut.
Step 2

gear must have 2.7mm. In the
case of resistance, carefully
turn the wheel.

connector followed by the cables.

Main display
Measuring unit setting
Hold the button down for 3 seconds to
switch from the main display to the
ADJ 1 menu (Measuring unit setting).
Press the button once to enter the
ADJ 2 menu (Speed signal setting).
Speed signal setting
Tyre circumference setting
Hold the button down for 3 seconds to
enter the speed signal setting.
Press the button once to select the kind
of transmission you would like to use.
A: Int (Speedo cable).
B: EXt (SIP sensor No. 50000250/ 50000270).
Press the button once to enter the
ADJ 3 menu (Tyre circumference
setting).
Choose settingB (SP EXt) for the externalSIP
sensor.
Hold the button down for 3 seconds to
return to the ADJ 2 menu (Speed signal
setting).
A: Intern

Simply define the valve as the starting
point and the terminal point to measure
the wheel circumference with a
measuring tape.
NOTE! 1. Setting range: 300-2,500 mm
Setting unit: 1 mm

In contrast to the normal meter setting, we need to enter the final
result of a calculation.
E.g.: Your tyre circumference is 1,300 mm and the transmission ratio is 0,8.
How to calculate the correct input value:

The input value is 1,040 mm.
Hold the button down for 3 seconds to
enter the input value setting.
Hold the button down for 3 seconds to
move to the digit you want to set.
Press button once to choose the
setting number.
E.g.: The input value setting is changed from
1,000 mm to 1,040 mm.
Hold the button down for 3 seconds to
enter the sensor point setting.

NOTE! The setting range: 01P-20P.
Press the button once to enter the ADJ 4
menu (RPM pulse setting).

Press the button once to enter the ADJ 5
menu (Backlight brightness).
Press the button once to enter the ADJ 6
menu (Total mileage).
Set sensor point to 06P.
Hold the button down for 3 seconds to
move to the digit you want to set.
Press button once to choose the correct
setting.

The sensor point setting is changed from
01P to 06P.
Press the button for 3 seconds to return
to the ADJ 3 screen.
Press button once to enter the ADJ 7
menu (Adjustable mileage).

Press button once to return to the main
display.
