JP 4ランプについての安全上のご注意
プロジェクターランプ LMP-H400
は、キセノンランプです。キセノンラ
ンプには、次のような特性がありま
す。
･ 衝撃や、使用時間の経過による劣化な
どにより大きな音をともなって破裂
したり、不点灯となって寿命が尽きる
ことがあります。
･ 個体差や使用条件によって、寿命にバ
ラツキがあります。
･ 交換時期を越えると、破裂、不点灯や
チラつきの発生の可能性が高くなり
ます。
プロジェクターに「ランプ／フィル
ターを交換してください」というメッ
セージが表示されたときには、ランプ
が正常に点灯している場合でも速や
かに新しいランプと交換してくださ
い。

全上のご注意
ランプ交換はランプが充分に冷えて
から行う
電源を切った直後はランプ
が高温になっており、さわる
とやけどの原因となること
があります。ランプ交換の際
は、電源を切ってから 1 時間
以上たって、充分にランプが
冷えてから行ってください。
他の製品に使用しない
このプロジェクターランプ
は、ソニープロジェクター用
の交換ランプです。他の製品
には絶対にお使いにならな
いでください。火災や故障な
どの原因になります。
ランプの分解や改造をしない
ランプを分解・改造して使用
すると火災や感電の原因と
なります。
下記の注意事項を守らないと、破
裂・発熱・液漏れにより、 死亡
や大けがなどの人身事故になる
ことがあります。

ランプについての安全上のご注意
ランプ交換の際はプラグをコンセン
トから抜く
ランプを交換する前に必ず
電源を切り、電源プラグをコ
ンセントから抜いてくださ
い。感電の原因となります。
ランプの収納部に異物を入れない
ランプを抜いた後のランプ
の収納部に金属類や燃えや
すい物などの異物を入れな
いでください。火災や感電の
原因となります。
ランプが破裂したときはすぐに交換
を依頼する
ランプが破裂した際には、プ
ロジェクター内部やランプ
ハウス内に破片が飛散して
いる可能性があります。 ソ
ニーの相談窓口にランプの
交換と内部の点検を依頼し
てください。また、排気口よ
りガスや粉じんが出たりす
ることがあります。
速やかに医師にご相談くだ
さい。
ランプの重量についての注意
ランプは重いので（約 2.9
kg）取り扱いには、十分ご注
意ください。
下記の注意事項を守らないと、
けがをしたり周辺の物品に損
害を与えることがあります。

プロジェクターランプ LMP-H400
は、ソニープロジェクターの交換用ラ
ンプです｡
お使いになる前に､お手持ちのプロジェ
クターの取扱説明書をご覧になり、こ
のランプが使用できるかを必ず確認し
てください。
また、LMP-H400 には、エアフィル
ターが付属されています。
ランプを交換するときは､フィルターも
必ず一緒に交換してください。
◆フィルターの交換については、「エアフィ
ルター」(10 ページ ) をご覧ください。
電源を切った直後はランプが高温になっ
ており、さわるとやけどの原因となるこ
とがあります。ランプを充分に冷やすた
め、ランプ交換は、プロジェクターの電
源を切ってから 1 時間以上たってから
行ってください。交換ランプのガラス面
は触らないでください。もし汚れが付着
した場合は乾いた柔かい布でふき取って
ください。
下記はすべて、プロジェクターを床､机
などにに設置した状態でランプを交換
する場合をしめしています。
天井つりした状態でのランプ交換は十
分注意してください。
1プロジェクターの電源を切り、電
源コードをコンセントから抜く。
2プロジェクターや机などに傷がつ
かないよう布などを敷き、その上
にプロジェクターを置く。
プロジェクターは不安定な場所には置
かないでください。
3右側のカバーリリースレバーを押
し上げながら､トップカバーを止
まるまでスライドさせる。
4ランプカバーを固定しているネジ
（1 本）をプラスドライバーでゆ
るめ、ランプカバーを開ける。

ランプ交換には、軸の長さ 130mm
以上のプラスドライバーをお使いくだ
さい。
5バルブキャップをはずし (1)、プ
ラスドライバーで､ガス抜きバル
ブを右に回す (2)｡
シューという音がするまでガス抜きバ
ルブを回してください。
この音が止まってから､次に進んでく
ださい。
ランプの内部にはキセノンガスが高圧
で封入されています。キセノンガスそ
のものは無臭、無毒ですが、ガス抜き
を行わないでランプを落下させたり衝
撃を与えたりすると破裂して、けがの
原因になります。
6ランプユニットを固定しているネ
ジ（4 本）をプラスドライバーで
ゆるめる。
7ランプユニットを持って、ランプ
リリースレバーを矢印の方向に
（右方向に）押しながら､ランプユ
ニットをまっすぐに引き出す｡

状態であることを確認してくださ

13リモコンを本体に向けて、リモコ
ンのボタンを、RESET ボタン、
<ボタン、,ボタン、ENTER
ボタンの順に、それぞれ 5 秒以
内に押す。
ランプをはずしたあとのランプの収納
部に金属類や燃えやすい物などの異物
を入れないでください。火災や感電の
原因となります。また、やけどの危険
がありますので手を入れないでくださ
い。
･ランプが確実に装着されていないと、
電源が入りません。
･ランプカバー、トップカバーがしっか
り閉まっていないと、電源が入りませ
ん。

エアフィルター
ランプを交換するときは､必ずランプに
付属しているエアフィルターも交換し
てください。
エアフィルターを取りはずすとき、本体
内部にゴミなどが入らないよう充分ご注
意ください。
下記はすべて、プロジェクターを床､机
などにに設置した状態でエアフィル
ターを交換する場合をしめしています。
天井つりした状態でのエアフィルター
交換は十分注意してください。
1プロジェクターの電源を切り、電
源コードをコンセントから抜く。
2本機や机に傷がつかないように布
などを敷き、その上で本機を裏返
す。
3フィルターホルダーをはずす。
天井つりでご使用のためプロジェク
ターにエアフィルターカバーが取り
つけられている場合は、フィルター
ホルダーをはずす前にエアフィル
ターカバーをはずしてください。
4エアフィルターをとりはずす。
5新しいエアフィルターをフィル
ターホルダーのつめ（5ヶ所）に
はめる。
6フィルターホルダーを取り付け
る。
フィルターホルダーは、フックを押して
「カチッ」と音がするまで確実に取り付け
てください。フィルターホルダーがしっ
かり取り付けられていないと、電源が入
りません。

GB 2Projector Lamp
Projector Lamp
The LMP-H400 Projector Lamp is designed
for use with the Sony projector.
Be sure to confirm that this lamp is usable
with your projector before using it by
reading the Operating Instructions supplied
with the projector.
Also, the air filter is supplied with the LMP-
H400 Projector Lamp. When you replace the
lamp, it is also time to replace the air filter.
Whenever you replace the lamp, be sure to
replace the air filter with a new one.
For detailed information on how to replace
the filter, see “Air Filter” on page 5.
• The lamp remains hot after the projector is
turned off. If you touch the lamp, you may
burn your fingers. When you replace the
lamp, turn off the projector, then unplug
the power cord. Wait for at least an hour
for the lamp to cool.
• Do not touch the surface of the lens. If you
touch it, wipe off the fingerprints with a
soft cloth.
The illustrations below show the case of
replacing the lamp with the projector
installed on the floor or desk.
Pay special attention to replacing the
lamp when the projector is installed on
the ceiling.
1Turn off the projector and unplug
the AC power cord.
2Place a protective sheet (cloth)
beneath the projector.
Be sure that the projector is placed on a
stable surface.
3While holding up the cover
release lever on the right, slide the
top cover until it stops.
4Loosen the screw on the lamp
cover with a Philips screwdriver,
and then open the lamp cover.
Be sure to use a Philips screwdriver with a
shaft length of 130 mm (5 1/8inches) or
more when replacing a projector lamp.

5Remove the valve cap (1), then
turn the gas releasing valve fully
clockwise, using a Philips
screwdriver (2).
Turn the gas releasing valve clockwise
until a hissing sound comes out from the
valve.
After this hissing sound stops, go to the
next step.
Xenon gas is encapsulated under high
pressure inside of the lamp. This xenon
gas is odorless and halmless. However,
if you drop the lamp or strike it without
releasing gas, the lamp may burst. This
may result in an injury.
6Loosen the four screws on the
lamp unit with a Philips
screwdriver.
7Hold the lamp unit with your hand,
and then, pushing the lamp
release lever toward the arrow
direction (toward the right), pull
the lamp unit straight out.
Hold the lamp unit tightly so that you do
not drop it, because it is heavy (approx.
2.9 kg (6 lb 6 oz)). Dropping the lamp may
result in an injury or a breakdown of the
projector.

8Insert the new lamp unit straight
in all the way until it is securely in
place and you hear it click.
• Insert the new lamp unit while holding it
tightly, because it is heavy (approx.
2.9 kg (6 lb 6 oz)). Dropping the lamp
may result in an injury.
• Be careful not to touch the fan or optical
block inside the unit.
• Confirm that the lamp release lever has
returned to its original position. If not,
the projector will not turn on.
9Tighten the four screws loosened
in step 6 to secure the lamp unit to
the projector.
10Tighten the screw loosened in
step 4 to close the lamp cover.
11Close the top cover.
12Connect the power cord and set
the projector to standby mode.
Confirm that the ON/STANDBY
indicator is lit in red.
13Pointing the remote control at the
projector, press the following
buttons on the remote control in
the following order for less than
five seconds each: RESET, <,
,, ENTER.
Do not put your hands into the lamp
replacement slot, and do not allow any liquid
or other objects into the slot to avoid
electrical shock or fire.
• The projector willnot turn on unless the lamp
is securely installed in place.
• The projector will not turn on unless the top
cover and the lamp cover are securely closed.

Whenever you replace the lamp, be sure to
replace the air filter with a new one
immediately.
When removing the air filter from the
projector, be careful that no dust or object gets
into the inside of the projector.
The illustrations below show the case of
replacing the air filter with the projector
installed on the floor or desk.
Pay special attention to replacing the air
filter when the projector is installed on
the ceiling.

Lampe de projecteur
La lampe de projecteur LMP-H400 est
conçue pour l’utilisation avec le projecteur
Sony.
Il faut s’assurer que cette lampe est conçue
pour le projecteur utilisé, en consultant le
mode d’emploi qui accompagne le
projecteur.
Un filtre à air est aussi fourni avec la lampe
de projecteur LMP-H400. Lorsque l’on
remplace la lampe, il est également temps de
remplacer le filtre à air.
Il faut toujours remplacer le filtre à air par un
neuf lorsque l’on remplace la lampe.
Pour plus d’informations sur la façon de
remplacer le filtre, voir « Filtre à air » à la
page 5.
• La lampe demeure chaude après la mise
hors tension du projecteur. Il y a risque de
blessure aux doigts si l’on touche alors la
lampe. Pour remplacer la lampe, mettre le
projecteur hors tension puis débrancher le
cordon d’alimentation. Laisser la lampe
refroidir pendant au moins une heure.
• Ne pas toucher la surface de l’objectif. Si
on l’a touché, essuyer les empreintes
digitales avec un chiffon doux.
Les illustrations ci-dessous concernent le
remplacement de la lampe alors que le
projecteur est installé sur le plancher ou sur
un bureau.
Prêter une attention spéciale au
remplacement de la lampe lorsque le
projecteur est installé au plafond.
1Mettre le projecteur hors tension
et débrancher le cordon
d’alimentation.
2Placer une couche de protection
(chiffon) sous le projecteur.
S’assurer que le projecteur est posé sur une
surface stable.
3Tout en maintenant élevé le levier
de libération du couvercle sur la
droite, glisser le couvercle
supérieur jusqu’à ce qu’il s’arrête.
4Desserrer la vis du couvercle de
lampe avec un tournevis à pointe
cruciforme, puis ouvrir le
couvercle de lampe.
Il faut utiliser un tournevis à pointe
cruciforme et avec une tige d’une longueur
de 130 mm (5 1/8pouces) ou plus pour
remplacer la lampe du projecteur.

5Retirer le capuchon de vanne (1),
puis tourner la vanne de libération
du gaz dans le sens des aiguilles
d’une montre, à l’aide d’un
tournevis à pointe cruciforme (2).
Tourner la vanne de libération du gaz
dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre
jusqu’à ce qu’un sifflement soit audible.
Une fois le sifflement arrêté, passer à
l’étape suivante.
La lampe contient du xénon sous haute
pression. Le xénon est un gaz inodore et
inoffensif. La lampe risque toutefois
d’exploser si vous l’échappez ou la
heurtez sans avoir libéré le gaz. Il y a
risque de blessure.
6Desserrer les quatre vis de la
lampe à l’aide d’un tournevis à
pointe cruciforme.
7Tenir la lampe avec la main, puis,
tout en poussant le levier de
libération de la lampe dans le
sens de la flèche (vers la droite),
retirer la lampe en tirant bien
droit.
La lampe étant lourde (2,9 kg (6 lb 6 oz)
environ), il faut la tenir fermement pour ne
pas l’échapper. Il y a risque de blessure ou
de panne du projecteur si la lampe est
échappée.

8Insérer la lampe neuve bien droit
et à fond, jusqu’à ce qu’elle se
mette bien en place en émettant
un léger bruit sec.
• La lampe étant lourde (2,9 kg (6 lb 6 oz)
environ), il faut la tenir fermement pour
l’insérer. Il y a risque de blessure si la
lampe est échappée.
• Prendre garde de toucher le ventilateur
ou le bloc optique à l’intérieur du
projecteur.
• S’assurer que le levier de libération de la
lampe est retourné sur sa position
initiale. Sinon, le projecteur ne se mettra
pas sous tension.
9Serrer les quatre vis desserrées à
l’étape 6 pour fixer la lampe au
projecteur.
10Serrer la vis desserrée à l’étape 4
pour fermer le couvercle de
lampe.
11Fermer le couvercle supérieur.
12Brancher le cordon d’alimentation
et mettre le projecteur en mode de
veille.
S’assurer que l’indicateur ON/
STANDBY est allumé en rouge.
13En pointant la télécommande vers
le projecteur, appuyer sur les
boutons suivants sur la
télécommande, dans l’ordre,
pendant moins de cinq secondes
chacun : RESET, <, ,, ENTER.
Ne pas introduire les doigts dans la fente de
remplacement de la lampe et veiller à ce
qu’aucun liquide ou objet ne tombe à
l’intérieur de la fente pour éviter tout risque
d’électrocution ou d’incendie.
• Le projecteur ne se mettra sous tension que si
la lampe est bien mise en place.
• Le projecteur ne se mettra sous tension que si
le couvercle supérieur et le couvercle de
lampe sont bien fermés.
