Please check packaging for all parts and hardware before discarding. Unpack and lay parts on clean, padded
surface like carpet or blanket. Check that you have all parts indicated. Call customer service if hardware is missing.
Before beginning assembly, carefully study the diagrams below and sort your hardware according to the pictures.
Using the incorrect hardware will cause damage.

Use wood screws (I) to connect clips (E) to front
panel (3). Tighten wood screws (I) with phillips
screwdriver.
Use wood screws (I) to connect clip plates (F) to
top panel (1). Tighten wood screws (I) with
phillips screwdriver.

Insert cam locks (C) into holes on side panels
(5) L/R.
Screw cam bolts (A) into holes on back
panel (2) and front panel (3). Attach front panel
(3) and back panel (2) to side panels (5) L/R by
inserting wood dowels (B) and cam bolts (A) into
corresponding holes until all panels meet.
Tighten by rotating cam locks (C) clockwise with
phillips screwdriver.
Cover cam lock holes with covers (D).

Insert cam locks (C) into holes on assembled
unit.
Screw cam bolts (A) into holes on bottom
panel (4).Attach assembled unit on to bottom
panel (4) by inserting wood dowels (B) and cam
bolts (A) into corresponding holes until
assembled unit and bottom panel (4) meet.
Tighten by rotating cam locks (C) clockwise with
phillips screwdriver.
Cover cam lock holes with covers (D).

Use wood screws (I) and hinges to attach top
panel (1) to back panel (2). Tighten wood
screws (I) with philips screwdriver.
Use wood screws (I) through holes spring hinge
(G) to connect left side panel (5) and top panel
(1). Tighten wood screws (I) with philips
screwdriver.
Use bolts (J) through holes of side panel (5) L/R
to connect metal handle(H).
Insert tray(7) into chest.

You have two options when placing cushion
on top of the chest.
Option 1: Place cushion directly on top of the
chest. The cushion is removable for this
option.
Option 2: Stick male velcro strip on the top
panel of the chest as shown. Then, attach
female velcro on the underside of the
cushion (6). Place the cushion on the top
panel where the female and male velcro
meet. If you choose this option, the velcro
strips will remain permanently.
Now your chest is ready to use.
