QUICK START GUIDE

POSITION AND MOUNT
THE PANEL
Find a suitable location to mount the spray control panel.
The system should be located within a reasonable distance
to an easily accessible and properly grounded power outlet
(power cord length is approximately 6 ft.). The panel should
be as close to the nozzles as possible.
Use good mounting practices. It should be mounted using
suitable hardware (5/16 in. or 8mm screws) in a place where
the enclosure will not be subjected to direct spray or mist
from the nozzles. It should be mounted horizontally with the
door always closed.

CONNECT ELECTRICAL
SPRAY NOZZLE CABLES
Connect the electrical spray nozzles to out 1 (channel 1) or
out 2 (channel 2) connections on the control panel.
If you have a junction block in your order then wire the
nozzles to that first then the cable from the junction block
goes to the out 1 or 2 connection.

3. CONNECT TRIGGER OR SENSOR CABLES
Connect your trigger or sensor devices to the TRIG 1
and TRIG 2 connections. Available trigger devices are:
• Trigger cable (for use with customer supplied trig-
ger like a relay or PLC output)
• Electronic sensor (type is based on what was
selected for customer’s order)
- Standard photo eye sensor
- Proximity sensor
- Laser sensor, close or far distance
- Thru-beam sensor
• Handheld trigger
• Foot switch

CONNECT FLOAT SWITCH
INPUT CABLES
The 1000+ has a digital input for a float switch, one per
channel (2 total). Cables go to the Float 1 and/or Float 2
connections on the control panel. When tank goes low,
there is a message shown on HMI and green system
status LED will flash.

POWER UP
THE PANEL
Plug panel into a fused (15A) grounded electrical socket
and turn on by depressing the power switch. The HMI will
illuminate, and the system is ready to operate.

SET RECIPE
CONFIGURATION
Set recipes and timing modes for each channel
and you are ready to spray. For more information on
Recipes and Timing Modes see Owner’s Manual.
