1. Application
The 1211T-W, Waterproof Tube Assembly, Ti is to
be exclusively used for the prosthetic fitting of
lower extremity amputations.
2. Description
The Waterproof Tube Assembly, Ti is used to
connect any pyramid system component and the
1211T-W 30 mm tube clamp. The tube must be
shortened as necessary to fit with patient’s
measurement. The cut surface must be
perpendicular to the axis of the tube. All burrs from
inner and outer surface must be removed and
polished properly. The tube must be fully inserted
and completely in contact with the base of the rim
inside the tube clamp. The four specific set screws
are used for anchoring the mating pyramid system
as well as for making angular adjustment for
alignment. Apply recommended 15Nm torque to
alignment adjustment screws for connection. Apply
loctite to all screws once the alignment is finalized.
Maintenance is key in component longevity, may
require disassembly for cleaning!

Any water exposure requires thorough rinsing with
clean water. Salt, chlorinated, or other than clean
water can lead to part corrosion, which is not a
warranty covered issue.
3. Warranty
Warranty applies only to manufacturing issues, and
when the product is used as intended without
modification, following all manufacturer’s
recommendations. Corrosion is not a covered issue.
ST&G offers 2 year warranty.
4. Declaration of Conformity
ST&G as manufacturer declares that the 1211T-W,
Tube Assembly, Ti conforms to the requirements of
93/42/ EEC Guideline.

Loctite and tighten all alignment screws 15Nm,
using torque wrench.
