1.1 Beschreibung
Die Armaturen MAE, MAZ und MAW sind zum Betrieb für den offenen Mini-Durchlauferhitzer DNM bestimmt.
1.2 Sicherheitshinweise
Der offene Auslauf verhindert einen Druckanstieg am Durchlauferhitzer. Es darf daher niemals der Auslauf verschlossen werden. Der Einbau eines
Luftsprudlers oder Schlauches mit Strahlregler ist nicht zulässig.
Zur Reinigung der Armatur sollten nur seifenhaltige Reinigungsmittel verwendet werden. Keine scheuernden oder anlösende Reinigungs- oder Desin-
fektionsmittel verwenden. Ein verkalkter Strahlregler ist zu entkalken.
1.4 Wichtiger Hinweis
Diese Anweisung sorgfältig aufbewahren, bei Besitzerwechsel dem Nachfolger aushändigen.
Bei etwaigen Instandsetzungsarbeiten dem Fachmann zur Einsicht überlassen.

Schwenken des Griffes (1) in zwei Ebenen be-
dient. Links/rechts drehen ergibt „warm/kalt“
und heben/drücken ergibt „auf/zu“.

Bei der Zweigriff-Wandarmatur wird die
gewünschte Wassermenge und -temperatur
durch Öffnen der beiden Griffe (1 und 2)
reguliert.

2.2 Montage MAE
Armatur mit Dichtring (7) in das Wasch-
becken einsetzen und von unten mit U-
Formscheibe (8), U-Druckscheibe (9) und
Spannhülse (10) befestigen.
2.2.1 Wasseranschluss
Den kurzen „blau“ markierten An-
schlussschlauch (4, ×blau) an das Eckventil
anschließen –
Die beiden Anschlussschläuche mit Überwurf-
muttern mit Dichtungen an den Durchlaufer-
hitzer anschließen.
Der Anschlussschlauch (5, Øblau) mit dem
nach unten zeigenden Pfeil wird an den
Eingangsstutzen des Durchlauferhitzers ge-
schraubt, der Anschlussschlauch (6, ×rot)
mit dem Pfeil nach oben zeigend wird an den
Ausgangsstutzen angeschraubt.
Bei der Montage der Anschlussschläuche ist
folgendes zu beachten A(siehe Seite 3):
– Schläuche nicht direkt hinter der Einbindung
biegen, mindestens 15 mm gerade lassen;
– Schläuche nicht knicken, sondern einen Min-
destkrümmungsradius von 20 mm beachten;
– Verwindung beim Einbau vermeiden;
– Zugspannung beim Einbau vermeiden;
– Verdrehen beim Einbau nicht zulässig.
2.3 Montage der Ablaufgarni-
tur (11)
Den Ablaufkelch (11.1) aus dem Ablauftrichter
(11.4) schrauben und von oben mit Dichtung
(11.2) durch den Ablauf des Waschtisches
stecken und mit dem unterhalb des Wasch-
tisches angesetzten Ablauftrichters und der
Formdichtung (11.3) verschrauben.
Die zweigeteilte Zugstange in den Armaturen-
körper einstecken, verschrauben und mittels
des Gelenkstückes mit der Ablaufgarnitur
verbinden.

2.1 Vorschriften und Bestimmungen
yDie Montage sowie die Erstinbetriebnahme und die Wartung dieser Armatur darf nur von einem zugelassenen Fachmann entsprechend dieser An-
weisung ausgeführt werden.
yAnwendungsbereich für offene (drucklose) Durchlauferhitzer.
yBauaufsichtliches Prüfzeugnis PA-Nr. (siehe Seite 2).
yZugelassen bis 0,6 MPa Fließdruck - bei mehr als 0,6 MPa ist ein Druckminderventil in die Hauptleitung einzubauen.
2.4 Montage MAZ
Armatur mit Dichtring (9) in das Wasch-
becken einsetzen und von unten mit U-Form-
scheibe (11), U-Druckscheibe (12) und
Spannhülse (13) befestigen.
2.4.1 Wasseranschluss

1.1 Description
Fittings MAE, MAZ and MAW are intended for use with the open mini instantaneous water heater DNM.
1.2 Safety Notes
The open outlet prevents a pressure build-up at the heater.The outlet must not therefore be closed. Effervescing units or hoses with jet regulators
must not be fitted.
1.3 Care and Maintenance
To clean the fitting use soap-based cleaners only. Do not use any abrasive or solvent cleaners or disinfectants. Remove limescale from calcified jet
regulators.
1.4 Important Note
Keep these instructions carefully and pass on to any new user.
Show these instructions to the expert when any repairs are performed.

2. Installation instructions for the professional
2.1 Regulations and Requirements
yThis fitting must be installed, commissioned and maintained only by an approved specialist in accordance with these instructions.
yArea of application: open (pressureless) instantaneous water heaters.
yRated up to 0.6 MPa flow pressure - at pressures above 0.6 MPa, a pressure reducing valve must be fitted in the main pipe.
Rinse the cold water supply pipe thoroughly.
2.2 Installation of MAE
Insert the fitting with sealing ring (7) in the
washbasin and from below attach with U-
shaped washer (8), U-shaped thrust washer
(9) and clamping sleeve (10).
2.2.1 Water Connection
Connect the short connection hose marked
„blue“ (4, ×blue ) to the angle valve - cold
water supply pipe.
Connect the two connection hoses to the
instantaneous water heater using union nuts
and seals.
Screw the connection hose (5, Øblue) with
the downward-pointing arrow to the inlet
connector of the instantaneous water heater,
and connection hose (6, ×red) with the up-
ward-pointing arrow to the outlet connector.
When fitting the connection hoses, note the
following A(see page 3):
– Do not bend hoses immediately after the
joint; leave a straight section of at least
15 mm;
– Do not kink hoses but ensure a minimum
curvature radius of 20 mm;
– Avoid distortion during fitting;
– Avoid tension during fitting;
– Twisting during fitting is not permitted.
2.3 Fitting the Drain Unit (11)
Unscrew the drain sleeve (11.1) from the tun-
dish (11.4) and from above push with the seal
(11.2) through the drain opening in the wash-
basin and screw to the tundish applied below
the washbasin with the shaped seal (11.3).
Insert the two-piece pull rod in the fitting
body, screw in place and connect to the drain
unit using the hinge piece.

1. Instrucţiuni de folosirepentru utilizator și tehnicianul de specialitate
1.1 Descriere
Armăturile MAE, MAZ și MAW sunt stabilite pentru funcţionarea mini-încălzitorului instant tip DNM, deschis.
1.2 Instrucţiuni protecţie
Evacuarea deschisă împiedică creșterea presiunii din încălzitorul instant. Din acest motiv, nu trebuie închisă evacuarea niciodată. Nu este
permisă integrarea unui pulverizator aer sau a unui furtun cu duză reglare.
1.3 Întreţinerea și îngrijirea
Pentru curăţarea armăturilor nu trebuie utilizate decât soluţii curăţare cu conţinut de săpun. Nu utilizaţi soluţii dezinfectare sau curăţare
abrazive sau dizolvante. O duză reglare cu depuneri de calcar trebuie curăţată.
1.4 Instrucţiuni importante
Păstraţi cu grijă aceste instrucţiuni, în cazul predării către un alt utilizator înmânaţi și aceste instrucţiuni.
În cazul lucrărilor de întreţinere și revizie predaţi tehnicianului de specialitate aceste instrucţiuni pentru luare la cunoștinţă.

mânerului. Rotirea stânga/dreapta are drept
rezultat "cald/rece" iar ridicare/apăsare
realizează "pornirea/oprirea".

2. Instrucţiuni pentru tehnicianul de specialitate
2.2 Montaj MAE
Introduceţi armătura cu inel etanșare (7) în
lavoar și xaţi de jos șaiba ovalizată U (8),
șaiba presiune U (9) și bulonul central de
arc (10).
2.2.1 Racord apă
Atașaţi furtunul racord, marcat "albastru",
(4,×albastru) la ventilul de colţ – conductă
intrare apă rece.
Atașaţi cele două furtunuri folosind piuliţe
oarbe și garnituri etanșare.
Furtunul racord (5,Øalbastru) cu săgeata
indicatoare în jos, se va înleta la ștuţul
intrare al încălzitorului instant, furtunul
racord (6,×roșu) cu săgeata în sus, va
înletat la ștuţul ieșire.
La montajulfurtunurilor racord trebuie
respectate următoarele A(vezi pagina 3):
– Nu îndoiţi furtunurile direct în spatele
îmbinării, lăsaţi dreaptă cel puţin o
porţiune de 15 mm;
– Nu ștrangulaţi furtunurile, ci respectaţi o
rază de îndoire de minim 20 mm;
– Evitaţi răsucirea la asamblare;
– În cazul asamblării, evitaţi deformarea
prin întindere;
– Nu este permisă torsionarea în cazul
asamblării.
2.3 Montajul garniturii
evacuare (11)
Desletaţi cupa evacuare (11.1) din pâlnia
evacuare (11.4) și introduceţi-o pe sus,
împreună cu garnitura de etanșare, prin
oriciul de evacuare al lavoarului (11.2)
urmând a o înleta, sub lavoar, cu pâlnia
evacuare și garnitura etanșare ovalizată
(11.3).
Introduceţi bara de conexiune, din două
bucăţi, în corpul armăturii, înletaţi-le și
îmbinaţi-le cu garnitura evacuare prin
intermediul piesei articulaţie.

2.1 Prevederi și prescripţii

Montajul, precum și prima punere în funcţiune și întreţinerea acestei armături, nu au voie să e efectuate decât de un tehnician de specialitate cu
respectarea acestor instrucţiuni.

Domeniu utilizare pentru încălzitorul instant (fără presiune).

Autorizat până la o presiune curgere de 0,6 MPa - la mai mult de 0,6 MPa trebuie integrat în conducta principală un ventil pentru reducerea presiunii.
Purjaţi bine conducta intrare apă rece!
2.4 Montaj MAZ
Introduceţi armătura cu etanșarea (9) în
lavoar și xaţi de jos șaiba ovalizată U (11),
șaiba presiune U (12) și bulonul central de
arc (13).
2.4.1 Racord apă
Atașaţi furtunul racord scurt, marcat
"albastru", (6,×albastru) la ventilul de colţ –
conductă intrare apă rece.
Atașaţi cele două furtunuri folosind piuliţe
oarbe și garnituri etanșare.
Furtunul racord (7,Øalbastru) cu săgeata
indicatoare în jos, se va înleta la ștuţul
intrare al încălzitorului instant, furtunul
