SW3N1C28 3N1 Charger
Instruction Manual
CHARGING
The 3N1 Charger is equipped with Battery Life LED’s (8) so you know how much battery power is
remaining. The four LED’s represent 25% power each. (4 LED’s 75%-100%, 3 LED’s 50%-74%, 2
LED’s 25%-49%, and 1 LED less than 24%) The rechargeable batteries are already installed.
Please do not attempt to open the unit, as this will void the warranty. IMPORTANT: Do not
charge for more than 12 hours at a time. Overcharging can damage the unit and void the
warranty. When used infrequently the unit will need to be charged for 5 hours every 60 days. If the
flashlight is not as bright or if the electrical current becomes noticeably weaker, the unit will need
to be recharged. To charge follow the instructions below:
1. Plug the Mini USB plug into the Mini USB Charging Port (6) on the side of the 3N1 Charger.
2. Plug the other end into a USB charging device (wall plug, car plug, or computer).
3. Once connected the Battery Life LEDs (8) will flash indicating that the unit is charging.
4. To reduce charging time turn flashlight off.
5. When all four LEDs are showing a solid blue light the charging is complete and the battery is
fully charged.
USING AS A POWER BANK
1. If the device to be charged uses a mini USB plug you can use the included cord, if not you
will need to use the USB cord that came with your device.
2. Move the function Select Switch to the bottom (Off or Charging) position.
3. Plug the smaller end of the charging cord into the charging port of the device to be charged.
4. Plug the USB plug (larger end) into the USB Power Port (4) on the bottom of the 3N1
Charger.
5. To reduce charging time turn flashlight off.

6. Once the attached device is fully charged disconnect the device you are charging to
conserve the remaining battery power stored in the 3N1 Charger.
7. The Battery Life LEDs (8) will let you know how much battery power is remaining.
NOTE: The 3N1 Charger can be used to charge any device that has a USB charging cord
supplied by its manufacturer. However, Streetwise Security Products cannot be held responsible
for any damage caused to a device that is charged using the 3N1 Charger. The flashlight can still
be used while charging a device, however this will reduce the total amount of power available for
transfer to the device being charged.
USING THE FLASHLIGHT
1. Slide the Function Select Switch (located on the side of the unit) up to the top (flashlight)
position.
2. To turn the light off move the switch back down to the bottom position.
3. You can check the Battery Life LEDs (8) on the bottom of the unit to see the remaining
battery power.
TESTING THE STUN GUN
We recommend test firing the stun gun and becoming familiar with its operation before you need
to use it to defend yourself. WARNING: Do not test fire the stun gun for more than 1 second as
this will damage the unit and void the warranty.
1. Before using the stun gun you will need to remove the Stun Safety Cover.
2. Slide the Function Select Switch (located on the side of the unit) up to the middle or STUN
position.
3. Press the Stun Activation Button to test fire the unit. Do not hold down the button for more
than 1 second. You will see and hear a charge fire across the top of the unit between the
Stun Contact Probes.
4. Important: Once you have finished testing the stun gun move the Function Select Switch
down to the bottom (OFF or Charging) position and replace the Stun Safety Cover.
USING THE STUN GUN IN SELF DEFENSE
1. With the Stun Safety Cover removed and the Function Select
Switch (located on the side of the unit) in the middle position as
explained above, touch your assailant’s body with the contact
probes and press the Stun Activation Button.
2. Touching anywhere on the assailant’s body will have an effect.
However, the maximum effect is achieved in the areas to the
right:
3. When touching the assailant’s body, you will not see or hear the
electrical charge as you do when the unit is test fired. You can
hold down the Stun Activation Button for more than 1 second, as
this will not damage the unit, as it will when being test fired.
4. You do not have to be concerned about the effects of the charge
being transferred to you. Even if the assailant touches you while
being stunned, you will not feel the effects of the charge.
EFFECTS OF THE UNIT ON AN ASSAILANT
1. Touching an assailant for less than 1 second will cause minor muscle contractions and have
a repelling effect.
2. Touching an assailant for 1 to 2 seconds will cause muscle spasms and a dazed mental
state.
3. Touching an assailant for 3 to 5 seconds will cause loss of balance and muscle control, total
mental confusion, and disorientation. All effects to the assailant are temporary; the stun gun
can cause no permanent harm. NOTE: The device should not be used for longer than 5
seconds.

WARRANTY
Streetwise Security Products extends a lifetime warranty to the 3N1 Charger for the product
against defects in materials or workmanship, with the following exceptions:
1. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of
reasonable care, moisture or water, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the
product, loss of parts, or recharging the unit in any manner not in accordance with the
included instructions.
2. The warranty will be voided if the unit has been opened or tampered with in any way (unless
by an authorized dealer) or if any unauthorized replacement parts have been used.
NOTICE
Purchaser must check and abide by all local laws governing the possession and use of stun guns.
In addition, the stun gun must only be used in a lawful manner for self-defense. NOTE: Not to be
used on children, persons with heart disease, or any vital part of the human body. Not to be
stored or used in environments where it is damp or humid or where there are extreme hot or cold
temperatures. Do not use on metal objects.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Purchase of this product is an agreement by the purchaser/user to hold all sellers and
manufacturers harmless of all liabilities and damages.
TO OBTAIN SERVICE
Contact the Authorized Dealer from whom you purchased this unit for a Return Merchandise
Authorization. The return unit must be sent postage prepaid and proof of purchase is required.
Damage or loss occurring during shipment is not covered by this warranty.
