IMPORTANT:
Please read instructions thoroughly before assembly. Familiarize yourself with the inventory of
parts and the accompanying illustrations to assure safe and proper assembly.
Repeated assembly can weaken the locking ability of the washers. Periodically check all
bolted connections on your Pergola to make sure they are tight and secure. Please keep the
instructions for future reference.
WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS:
Read and follow all Warnings & Assembly Instructions before attempting to assemble.
For outdoor use only.
Keep children away from assembly area.
More than six people are required for this assembly.
Some parts may contain sharp edges. Wear protective gloves.
Assemble on level ground.
Do not over tighten any of the bolts or nuts, but do tighten each bolt and nut until firm.
This unit is heavy! Do not assemble this item alone.
Do not leave the pergola where there is a risk of high wind, as possible damage will occur to
the structure.
Do not climb on top of the pergola. Falling off the gazebo can result in serious injury, possibly
even death.
Keep all flame and heat sources away from this pergola fabric. It is not fire proof. The fabric will
burn if left in continuous contact with any flame source. The application of any foreign
substance to the pergola fabric may render the flame-resistant properties ineffective.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
Before using, clean the pergola completely with a soft dry towel.
Do not put your pergola in wet conditions where there is a risk of rust developing.
When not in use, store in a cool, dry area.
Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty:
This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser and applies to defects in materials
and workmanship of your item provided the item is maintained with care and used only for
personal, residential purposes.
The item is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of
two (2) years on frame and one (1) year on sling fabric from the date of purchase. If any defect
is found, please call Sunjoy Industries customer service department at 1-866-578-6569 for
help. The manufacturer will not cover transportation or delivery costs, or compensate the
individual or any outside party for assembling or disassembling the product. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.
EXCLUSIONS:
Items used for commercial, contract, or other non-residential purposes, or items damaged due
to acts of nature, vandalism, misuse, or improper assembly are not covered. Corrosion or
rusting of hardware is not covered. Proof of purchase (dated register receipt) is required for
warranty claims. Warranty is to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any
replacement of warranted items will be in the original style and color, or a similar style and
color if the original is unavailable or has been discontinued. As some states do not allow
exclusions or limitations on an implied warranty, the above exclusions and limitations may not
apply. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary
from state to state.
